Patrick M*** came to my home to fix a dripping shower/tub faucet He fixed it correctly and efficiently While he was here, I asked if might be able to replace a broken outdoor sillcock valve He priced a regular and frost-free sillcock valve replacement for me, both of which he had with him, and even with snow on the ground, he was able to do the frost-free sillcock valve replacement that I chose Patrick was very friendly and impressively knowledgeable about many topics, and even though he did the jobs efficiently, he was not in a rush and patiently answered a variety of questions I had While I did not have cost estimates from other companies for comparison, the total cost did seem a bit expensive, but the high-quality, efficient, friendly service on relatively short notice satisfied me, even if I might have been able to get a better price elsewhereOh and since I knew he would have to go upstairs on carpeted stairs to access my bathroom, I had put out booties for his shoes, but I did not need to because he brought and wore his own booties without me even having to ask! That was a really nice gesture and very much appreciated Sometimes it is the small things that make or break a service experience

*** * came to do preventative maintenance on our a/c unit We just purchased the house in late February of so we did not know what to expect He spent hours cleaning out and working on our system which is years old and hadn't been serviced in a while apparently He explained everything along the way and provided invaluable information on what could go wrong with the system and what to expect when replacing the system All in all an A+ plus job

I recently had our house A/C serviced and the two technicians were timely, introduced themselves with business cards, were courteous, used care in entering house not to track in dirt, they explained the work to be performed and proceeded on service call As the service call progressed they uncovered some concealed maintenance that needed to be performed and provided me with a quote, I gave them authorization to perform the work They left the house clean and everything has worked fine since the callI'd highly recommend the technicians and company***
