Patrick M*** came to my home to fix a dripping shower/tub faucet He fixed it correctly and efficiently While he was here, I asked if might be able to replace a broken outdoor sillcock valve He priced a regular and frost-free sillcock valve replacement for me, both of which he had with him, and even with snow on the ground, he was able to do the frost-free sillcock valve replacement that I chose Patrick was very friendly and impressively knowledgeable about many topics, and even though he did the jobs efficiently, he was not in a rush and patiently answered a variety of questions I had While I did not have cost estimates from other companies for comparison, the total cost did seem a bit expensive, but the high-quality, efficient, friendly service on relatively short notice satisfied me, even if I might have been able to get a better price elsewhereOh and since I knew he would have to go upstairs on carpeted stairs to access my bathroom, I had put out booties for his shoes, but I did not need to because he brought and wore his own booties without me even having to ask! That was a really nice gesture and very much appreciated Sometimes it is the small things that make or break a service experience

Moe and Tyler did a great job installing a new heat-pump system(In fact the whole team came in, and just got the job done.) They had plenty of information to offer, and were quick to inform us if any of their tasks were liable to disturb what we were doing

*** * came to do preventative maintenance on our a/c unit We just purchased the house in late February of so we did not know what to expect He spent hours cleaning out and working on our system which is years old and hadn't been serviced in a while apparently He explained everything along the way and provided invaluable information on what could go wrong with the system and what to expect when replacing the system All in all an A+ plus job

Joel C provided our annual plumbing maintenance checkHe offered great advice on some issues we were havingWe needed to replace our kitchen sink's water handle and faucet and Joel brought in two model options for us, and then two finish options for the model we likedHe installed the new handle and faucet very quickly, taking care of our home and protecting the floor and countersHe also suggested a product we could use to break down some of the buildup in our pipes, and he suggested a replacement handle/faucet for one of our bathroomsWe declined to move forward with this latter option because we have plans of remodeling the bathroom in the short term, but otherwise it was a good suggestion and we appreciated his helpful inputJoel was very pleasant and we appreciate his good work
