I have been using Rodenhiser for years and highly value their service Being on their maintenance plan has helped point out issues that could have been truly big problems Their technicians are nice, communicate well what is going on and importantly get the job done fast because of their experienced technicians

Water heater failed this morning Rodenhiser responded very quickly to evaluate the problem Entire unit needed to be replaced Provided me with options and was able to install a new unit today Took care everything needed for the complete installation Was very nice to have in done on the same day The tech, *** was extremely nice and very professional Explained everything to me on what he was going to do, how long it would take and how everything worked after the install

Fast, Friendly service Eversource had shut down my furnace on the coldest day of the year The team at Rodenhiser came out inspected my furnace and gave me electric heaters to keep my pipes from freezing The next day (Sunday) a sales rep came out to show me new furnaces, picked on out and the furnace was installed by Monday afternoon All along the way the team was helpful, and continued to support the system after the install Technicians had to come out a couple of times late at night to fix a couple of places where the pipes had frozen Each time the technician was out in less than a couple of hours after my initial phone call
