We had a batoilet this morning I called Rodenhiser (I am a plumbing contract customer) and a technician was at my home within hours The toilet was unclogged and tested many times before my technician, *** ** left He was polite and left the bathroom clean

For starters, I used this company once, about months ago, and the service from start to finish was excellent months later, I began having trouble with my heating system; an issue unrelated to the issue for which they previously visited my homeAs I write this, I am currently having issues with my boiler The thermostats call for heat, and some heat is delivered, but not enough to raise the temperatures above 65-degrees I used their chat around 1PM today, and they advised me that they needed to have someone call me to discuss the very simple question I had regarding their service plans Fine, I waited until around 1:30PM for them to call back; not too bad all things considered Unfortunately, the person who called was just a switchboard operator for the company and placed me on hold while trying to locate the appropriate person for me to speak with I got the bad news that said person was on another call at the moment, but would call me back once they got off the lineWhy did they call me back if the person I need to speak to was busy? Why did that person not call me back after hours? I tried calling them, but was on hold without speaking to a real person for minutes before hanging up I returned to their online chat to find answers and explain my frustration After another minute chat I was advised that someone would reach out to me "soon."
After another hour and a half passed without a phone call, I AGAIN returned to the chat and explained my situation; that I have a month old at home and we can't get the temp above 65-degrees for the past few days They refused to put a supervisor on the chat line stating that that wasn't possible They advised me that I could call their number to speak to someone if I wished They again assured me that I would receive a call shortly and after patronizing me saying that I shouldn't have to "stay in that cool home any longer" it has been minutes without any follow up from their companyI guess they must not want repeat customers

My technician, Richard, was knowledgeable, professional, informative, timely and friendly for service!

The heat went off in our daughter's house while we we staying there and babysitting our grandson When we realized that it wasn't a programming issue, we call the Rodenhiser number It was a Sunday morning and we got an answering service, but the office scheduling person called back promptly and we had a technician at the house within two hours Tim was knowledgeable, friendly, didn't mind the animals, and got the system up and running We were very well satisfied with the service we received

Gary Mwas prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, reviewing his findings and answering all my questions! I would not hesitate to call them again

Had a central A/C system replaced These guys have it down to a science Planned for two days but done in one There was a glitch in the fan control at first that was apparently fixed by powering everything down and then back up, but they still spent a lot of time making sure every component was working right, and the lead tech even came out the next day to make sure it hadn't recurred

*** ** from Rodenhiser did an annual checkup of our heating system this morning He arrived when he was scheduled, did the checkup and reported that everything looked fine He was very pleasant and efficient

We had heat issues during the very cold end of and beginning of Gary came to our condo and was able to locate issue quickly He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with Very efficient and the issue seems to be resolved and we are nice and warm againWe would recommend Rodenhiser to everyone

*** ** (together with ** **) came this morning to do yearly maintenance on our furnace and heating system They were very thorough, cleaning the system carefully and checking all parts before resetting the thermostat panelThey were also very pleasant, taking time to answer questions, making sure to clean up well and not to track dirt (they wore booties) We liked them and our dog loved them!

Rodenhiser in general and Gary M specifically were outstanding during our recent A/C outage Response was within a day and Gary was available even earlier than anticipated He diagnosed the problem, explained it (inclphotos) and fixed it within minutes While not the source of the problem, he also took a look at our A/C filters and honestly said they didn't need to be changed at this point So appreciate the honestyWe turned to Rodenhiser solely from reviews on various sites and highly recommend them, especially Gary M Well done!
