The representative who took my initial call and set me up with an appointment for a furnace issue was so nice and helpful The technicians arrived right on time and from start to finish did an astounding job I'd spent hours trying to google and fiddle with the furnace and thermostat to get it working with no luck, and they came in and had it up in running in almost immediately They took they time to explain what they were going to do and why, answered all of the questions I peppered in there, and provided helpful tips for the entire system - not just the problem area They had all the tools they needed in the truck, put new shoe covers on every time they came in, and were overall very friendly and nice I have a new puppy at my house, and they did a great job making him feel comfortable getting used to new people They also checked if there were any other pets to be aware of for opening doors They worked efficiently with the fix, were knowledgeable, and took the time to answer questions and walk me through everything

Very pleased with the excellent service we received today from *** ** with Rodenhiser!
When our central a/c broke down during an intense heatwave, we expected we'd have quite a wait before anyone could come and investigate To the contrary, Rodenhiser promptly responded to our request for service and had a technician at our house in very short order *** ** arrived on time, quickly diagnosed our problem (vent issue), and had us up and running with cool air within half an hour He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the history of our ancient unit, and very informative about future options, providing clear answers to all of our questions He shared us with very sensible and cost-effective alternatives for if/when we're ready to make replacement decision, and educated us on Rodenhiser service plan options that may make sense to cover us between now and that time No pressure, just all good information for us to digest at our leisure - in our comfortable, cool home! Phew!
