I had a very good experience with Rodenhiser's air conditioning service They came to provide a "tune up" for my air conditioner A few days later, I noticed water on the floor, and it seemed that the condensate pump was not working I let them know as soon as I found out, late on a Sunday evening, and they came back to fix the problem promptly the very next day Throughout both the original visit and the return visit the technicians were very nice and helpful I really appreciated the company's responsiveness, and the efforts that were put in to make sure everything was done correctly I especially appreciated Gary M., who was the technician on the return visit and took great care to make sure everything was in good working order before he left
