Had Rodenhiser in to do a burner cleaning, and they were fantastic Personable, knowledgeable, and friendly *** and *** are the type of people who you will ask for on your next service call to make sure they are ones who will learn your system and continue to work with you long term The company is very successful, and they obviously hire very good people

Review for *** *** and *** ***, electricians: *** *** is a master electrician He has come into my home in the past year to do various electrical jobsOne of his first jobs was installing or replacing the mail electrical panel in the basementSince then he has done a major rewiring project, which included all of the outlets in the house (44), installed venting of the microwave and bathroom fan, and relocated my range outletI have found him and his assistant *** *** to be dedicated professionals who love their work, are kind, courteous, and respectful In addition, they always thoroughly cleaned up before they leftI felt comfortable with their presence in my homeI highly recommend them for their knowledge, precision, and abilities to do electrical work

I thought this was a firm I could trust but unfortunately I was mistaken They provided no details on their estimate - so unless you happen to be a general contractor that knows what a job should cost they will take you for a ride That is what they did to me When they said the final charge was the same as the estimate I was confused I looked up the price of the parts used and also called other plumbing firms for their ourly rates Rodenhiser charged me double for $for a job that took less than two hours They totally took advantage of my trust Their hourly rate is supposedly $while other firms charge $I spoke to Kathleen in billing for a detailed bill and she said that I needed to speak with the service manager Dan M*** I left a message for Dan - it is now weeks ago - and he never called me back This firm is not transparent with their pricing and then doesn't even have the courage to call back a customerTheir website says customer satisfaction guaranteed but it is baloneyI am very dissatisfied - don't make the same mistake that I did - go elsewhere as there are many other firms in MA that have more integrity than this oneAlso, they showed up hours late - 10am for a 7am appt Their excuse was that some plumbers had quitFurther, I had called them because I received a mailing for a discount offer - except the discount didn't apply They also try to upsell some service plan which they don't even provide details Again, just total baloney from this firm I will never use them again

Very professional and courteousArrived on time during a blizzard and finished in daysEven took my old water heater when leaving(gallons is not enough for a watub!) Now have a *** gas-fired unit and am very pleased with itI usually don't do online reviews, but for these people, I'll make an exception

*** ** (together with ** **) came this morning to do yearly maintenance on our furnace and heating system They were very thorough, cleaning the system carefully and checking all parts before resetting the thermostat panelThey were also very pleasant, taking time to answer questions, making sure to clean up well and not to track dirt (they wore booties) We liked them and our dog loved them!

The heat went off in our daughter's house while we we staying there and babysitting our grandson When we realized that it wasn't a programming issue, we call the Rodenhiser number It was a Sunday morning and we got an answering service, but the office scheduling person called back promptly and we had a technician at the house within two hours Tim was knowledgeable, friendly, didn't mind the animals, and got the system up and running We were very well satisfied with the service we received
