Ordered online for alluraderm skin product...trial, pay $shipping...today I read there are a number of complaints about this company, I called them, they informed me if I didn't cancel within days they were going to bill me $I told them it is well before days and I want to cancel any further orders The woman then offered me a deal to keep product for $19.99.I explained under no circumstances did I want the product...there ad never mentions $after daysI explained I am years old and I did not want the product...she then told me she would send me to collections if I did not pay or then gave me the option to return the product..after giving me return info, I went to post office, and sent the package at a cost of $I asked for receipt to indicate I sent the product back because the company is scamming peopleCompany name: SKIN ALLURE BRANDS [redacted] W [redacted] SUITE [redacted] TAMPA FL XXXXX [redacted] , XXX-XXX-XXXX

I received this AlluraDerm wrinkle cream in the mail and I did not order itI called and they said it was ordered through a hotmail account which I do not haveThey say they charged me $shipping and expect me to pay shipping back to them or I will incur more charges, specifically $for the creamIf I did not order this cream and I will be sending it back I do not want to pay the $OR the money it will cost to send it back Product_Or_Service: none

advertising, not the product I ordered, was not signed up for autoship, and could not get my full refund back I saw a advertisement with Dr Oz& Christie Brinkley for a wrinkle creme,On Feb 28, To order it as a sample , just pay shipping of $7.95.I believe I received the product about a week later, and noticed that there was nothing mentioned about either person, and the product name was Alluraderm????,after looking at the shipping invoice I noticed there were No Dates, No Amount of money, nothing about auto-ship,just a Customer Service phone numberBeing upset, I went back online to check and couldn't believe how fast it switched over to a different product!, I looked again to see if there was a mention of auto-pay, which I did not see After checking my bank account this morning which is March 18th, I noticed a charge being taken out for the amount of $to a DWRINKL ??? of course I call, only to find out that it is a call center for AllurADerm??? They changed

advertisingThey have several adds in the internet with different location and product has several different covers on the bottle and coverea Joanna G [redacted] does not own or produce or back these productsSeveral sites on the internet using HTV star as the creatorI made several searches to find their locationWhen you call their number they won't refund your money nor will they provide an address to return the productSaid not returnable and it was my responsibility to read the fine print They advertise the first callers can try it free for the cost of shipping and handlingWhich was $Then in a week after the delivery of product they charged my account $Said I had days to have gone on line and canceled The one number I have is [redacted] , provided to me by my credit card company

Misleading advertising Like others who have filed complaints against Skin Allure, I took them up on their offer for a FREE sample, paying ONLY S&HI did not see any small print that said they would continue to ship productI received a box with the two treatments (eye and face cream)NO notice that it was coming; NO notice that they were going to or had changed my CC; and NO invoice included in the box; just the shipment, as if I wanted itI don't even know how much it costI have several CC, so now I'm left to go hunt for the chargeI called "customer service," which is a call center, to get the return numberNow I have to pay to ship these unwanted goods back in order to get credit for a product I NEVER intentionally orderedThe FREE sample offer should be just that FREE, and if they intended to charge me again, they should be required to let me knowAnd they should be required to let me know that they made the charge, and they should be required to include an invoice in t

I thought I was paying postage and handling for samplesI should have known it was a scam because the package did not contain an invoice I received my credit card bill for an amount just shy of $The product was not very goodThem next day I received a new set of products that I did not authorizeThe very small insert does not contain any cost information and states I need a "RMA" number to return the productWhat is that! I can only call between am to pmWish me luckSending the samples back too

Complete rip of! Do not order from them, they should be put out of business They got me for $87.50, and I returned all products to themHave PO, routing verification to prove they received the order back They still will not refund my money!

Why would you advertise something "Free": when It costs over $to try the cream and $to send back before you get to try the product I feel like women like me are prayed upon when we see the word "free" It is very hard to locate and comprehend the conditions of your contract SHAME ON ME I am now out over $for your free product that I was not even able to experience in ample time to see if it even works before your company taps into my account SHAME ON YOU I heard nothing but good things about your product and am disappointed I wasn't able to try the products' full potential Your advertisement is very misleading Also the website requests we have to purchase the serum in order to get the cream UGGG

$of unauthorized charges was put on my credit card On 4/25/if unauthorized charges was put on my credit cardI called the company at [redacted] to get the charges removedThe said the could only refund my $100.00, and I could not return the trial products, because they had been openedShe said the trial products and not free, but I paid $to get them

Fraudulent Charges - Withdrawal from Checking Account I provided my billing information to pay shipping fees for two free samples of Allure Wrinkle ProductsI picked up from USPS last week after being discharged from the hospital, I never opened or used the products Today there was a withdrawal from my checking account for this company of $ When contacted the Repsaid that I agreed to pay this amount after a 15-day trial period I disagreed and offered to return the unopened productI was told there would be a $restock fee (15ml liquid and about grams of cream) and it would take weeks to get a refund for the balance I have contacted my bank but unfortunately the payment has been made I will file a Fraudulent Claim with them

I have attempted to cancel this order - the company is manipulative and deceptive I have attempted to cancel this order and they informed me of my options - either way I would be paying MORE (whether the products were returned vskept)I had only been interested in the eye wrinkle cream and then it asked me if I wanted to add on another item, there was no "x" for me to decline, I attempted to exit, but it did not allow me toI did not add it to my cartIt then told me that my order was placed, I immediately called, then being told it was past business hoursThe next time I called they informed me I needed to wait to receive the items before I could cancel anythingNow that I've received the productsIt is not possible for me to return the products? I call the company to try to come up with a solution and she tells me she will send me to collectionsNo offer to help come to a solutionShe just threatens to send me to collections and informs me she will not cancel my order and

Free Trial Product that is useless, company would not provide an RMA for return and charged our credit card $172.50, offered no refund This is a complaint against Skin Allure Brands of ***, FLMy wife, responded to an online advertisement of their products in the belief that she would receive a free trial of the products she orderedShe did not understand the terms of this free trial which required her to contact the company within days of receiving the products if she was not satisfiedThe company failed to make that clear to herThe products were received and found to be uselessOn Oct 6, 2017, I was reviewing transactions on my checking account and was shocked to find two charges totaling $made against my checking account on Oct 6, To dispute these charges, I called my bank and was given the telephone number for Skin Allure BrandsOn Oct 9, 2017, I contacted the company and spoke to a call center in the PhilippinesI told them that these charges were not a

I can't believe this company didn't turn into a police case yet! How can a company builds its reputation fooling people and nothing can be done???? I was a victim of their scam: I was participating on a survey and a trial of Allure products was offered to me, no option to leave the page, just a "proceed to check out" button that took me to shipping charges adding close to Oh well, it would not hurt to try a new product, right? Wrong!!! I NEVER got the trial for problems with my address, donveniently didn't save the apt #Then I called to ask for trial and found out that I was automatically enrolled on a monthly supplyCancelled it, but had a charge of already on my cardCalled multiple times and was told nothing could be done and hung up on me

ad for free sample on compread entire page for infonowhere said sign up for future shipments or payments now have two shipments and huge bills An ad popped up on the computer advertising free samplesaccompanied by famous celebrities who endorse the productMy sister and I who are and read the entire page looking for any places that said anything other than this free sample free and clear.I ordered the eye cream and the face cream the ad showed a $shipping feeWhen the purchase completed there was a fee for the eye $and a separate fee for the face cream $This alone should have alerted usI was on vacation, the shipment arrived I went over seasAfter two months, my sister called me and said another package arrivedI checked my amex statement but there was no charge thereI tried to check my citi bank statement but the bank had made a change in policy within the bank and the card I was holding had to be changed while I was looking into this matt

I took a survey and choose the skin care products as my "free" gifts, all I was to do is pay postage and handling I took an online survey, in return for doing this I was to receive a free gift, unfortunate for me I choose the skin cream and eye serum, all I had to do was pay postage and handling, which I did with no issues Then I woke up this morning to find charges taken from my account totaling $for products that I feel I did NOT order I would have never in a million years paid this much for face cream and eye serum, and if there would have been "fine print" telling me that, I would have stopped the order before even placing it I called my bank to try to stop the charges and they are looking into it, but said this is how they get you, they don't tell you this stuff up front, or it is in the "super fine" print that you probably didn't see So I proceeded to call the companies and she is trying to tell me I went onto this Skinallure website and placed the order...I

Ordered a free day offer for shipping charges only They sent me a day supply and charged me for that and because I did not cancel my order (never saw any thing on the original order about cancelling) they sent me another order in days and charged me full price for that My credit card blocked the charges and when I call the Co they offered me a refund if I returned the product At my expense of course! Will never fall for another Internet offer! Believe this is the product of singer [redacted]

I ordered a trial offer and paid shippingI later was billed $for the products I asked to return the unopened products I ordered a trial offer from an ad on Facebook and paid for shipping an handling A short time after receiving the shipment and be fore opening either product, I was billed $ I called and asked to return the products and was told I would be billed $restocking charge for each of the products I saw none of this disclosed in the adI had filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office also

Monthly subscription without knowledge and inability to cancel due to their policy Received charges on credit card for monthly subscription I didn't authorize Called phone number dozens of times and they did not answer Finally found website that said you can only cancel by phone Which they will not answer After days of trying, finally got them on phone and they will only give me a credit for half on what they charged Total scam

This company keeps sending me cream I did not order and will not answer my calls or emails to resolve the situationI can't afford this cream I tried this cream as a promotion on DrOz' siteIt was quite deceptive - it said I would get the cream for freeBut they charged us 50$ for shippingSince then, they keep sending me the cream - on automatic order, charging my credit cardI have emailed and called twice to get this cancelled and they do not follow throughWhen you call they put it all on you saying I was supposed to call days after I got the cream to let them know whether or not I wanted itThe headline said nothing about a 'trial' or contacting in daysThey purposely make this very unclear - I am not even certain it was in the fine print - b/c I scanned that and did not see itThey are criminalsI explained I have a special needs child at home - he is medically fragile - it is expensive and I don't have the money to spend on cream! Even with this, they keep m

and misleading advertisingFalsely using a famous person's name to trick people into buying their product There was an online story about Joanna Gaines being involved in developing Allure wrinkle skin cream and offering a free sample jar, pay the $shipping charges onlyI ordered my free jar, then the next day discovered Joanna Gaines is not involved in this company at all, and what I had done by ordering was to get signed up for a subscription service that was going to cost over $87/jarBut if I wanted to cancel and keep the product they would only charge me $I immediately emailed, then called to get the RNA # and will return this product todayMy complaint is only regarding their false, deceptive, and unethical advertising practices Thank you
