I received one sample and I will return itI was billed $and $on 11/27/for items not orderedI have canceled my account and object to restocking fees of $
The advertisements and billing practices are fraudulentI would never order a skin production costing $to $or agree to continued deliveries as part of the agreement to receive low cost skin care samples
Adeyepro and Aderma are the same company but billed separately

I thought I was paying postage and handling for samplesI should have known it was a scam because the package did not contain an invoice
I received my credit card bill for an amount just shy of $The product was not very goodThem next day I received a new set of products that I did not authorizeThe very small insert does not contain any cost information and states I need a "RMA" number to return the productWhat is that! I can only call between am to pmWish me luckSending the samples back too

Skin Allure Brands billed my Mastercard on July in the amount of $for unreceived, unknown order

advertising, not the product I ordered, was not signed up for autoship, and could not get my full refund back
I saw a advertisement with Dr Oz& Christie Brinkley for a wrinkle creme,On Feb 28, To order it as a sample , just pay shipping of $7.95.I believe I received the product about a week later, and noticed that there was nothing mentioned about either person, and the product name was Alluraderm????,after looking at the shipping invoice I noticed there were No Dates, No Amount of money, nothing about auto-ship,just a Customer Service phone numberBeing upset, I went back online to check and couldn't believe how fast it switched over to a different product!, I looked again to see if there was a mention of auto-pay, which I did not see
After checking my bank account this morning which is March 18th, I noticed a charge being taken out for the amount of $to a DWRINKL ??? of course I call, only to find out that it is a call center for AllurADerm??? They changed

Why would you advertise something "Free": when It costs over $to try the cream and $to send back before you get to try the product
I feel like women like me are prayed upon when we see the word "free" It is very hard to locate and comprehend the conditions of your contract SHAME ON ME I am now out over $for your free product that I was not even able to experience in ample time to see if it even works before your company taps into my account SHAME ON YOU I heard nothing but good things about your product and am disappointed I wasn't able to try the products' full potential Your advertisement is very misleading Also the website requests we have to purchase the serum in order to get the cream UGGG

I received a free trial and then received two bills When I attempted to return the product I was offered a credit, which I thought was a full credit,
Unfortunately, I was billed !and was credited $When I requested the balance credited, I was informed that that were the terms of the free trial
Please shut them down

Company offered a free sample, then shipped more products for $I had to call and get a code for a refundThey tried to hustle meCrooks
When I called for the return the rep offered to pay me $NOT to send it backThey will also charge me a bogus $"restocking fee"Plus I will need to pay postage to return itI never asked to to have anything but the sample sent to me and never saw anything about restocking feesProduct has not been openedWhat a rip offProduct "sample" did nothing for my skin which is why they don't want it backHe offered the $"quick" refund to me times

Sending and billing unwanted products after being instructed to cancel order
Ordered productUnsatisfactoryDid not reorder, but shipments kept coming Returned to senderSpoke with company representative and requested cancellation of deliveries and refund 1/Thought matter had been resolvedReceived product again on 3/8/Cancelled credit card of record

ad for free sample on compread entire page for infonowhere said sign up for future shipments or payments now have two shipments and huge bills
An ad popped up on the computer advertising free samplesaccompanied by famous celebrities who endorse the productMy sister and I who are and read the entire page looking for any places that said anything other than this free sample free and clear.I ordered the eye cream and the face cream the ad showed a $shipping feeWhen the purchase completed there was a fee for the eye $and a separate fee for the face cream $This alone should have alerted usI was on vacation, the shipment arrived I went over seasAfter two months, my sister called me and said another package arrivedI checked my amex statement but there was no charge thereI tried to check my citi bank statement but the bank had made a change in policy within the bank and the card I was holding had to be changed while I was looking into this matt

Ordered cosmetics creams onlineAdvertised as free day trial for shipping cost only, no terms or conditions listedwks later I was billed $
I believe it was a Facebook Ad online for skin products, free day trial, for shipping only1-AlluraDerm cream, 1-eye creamordered 10/06/using my Debit card to pay for shipping$for the wrinkle.cream and $for the eye creamNo mention was made on the Ad for terms and conditionsI looked for them! I received the products, but had not used them as I did not receive and follow up info for reordering On 10/24/I checked my online banking and saw that I had been billed $for the Wrinkle cream and $for the DermaEyeXT cream I called the company and they informed me that if I had not canceled the trial within days that I would be charged for the day free trial supply, which they didI complained that I thought they were advertising fraudulently and deceiving as I did not see any terms or condition

SCAM - I ordered a sample AlluraDerm Advanced Eye Serum and a sample of AlluraDerm Ant-Wrinkle Solution and paid the charge 0f $and $on September 30, I received the product promptly and in reconciling my bank statement I saw two charges to my credit card acct
One was for $and another for $ I called the company and was told that since I did not return the product within days, I was charged the full amount for the product Nothing on the advertisement nor any enclosure that came with the product told me that this product could only be tried for days and if not returned, my credit card would be charged for the additional amount
The product came in a small box with a shipping label made out in my name and gave instructions on how to use the product No mention of returning in days or be charged an additional amtof $and $ I called the company and complained and was told they could credit a small portion of the charge I said NO

Skin Allure Brands offered a free sample of AlluraDerm Anti-wrinkle Serum and Advanced Eye Serum, for only the cost of shipping
I ordered the free sample of the anti-wrinkle serum, and they automatically signed me up for the advanced eye serum without my consentIn no area of their ad did they indicate that this was a day trial period, as well as am automatic monthly subscriptionAnd their product was received on the 14th day after ordering, rendering such terms meaningless in the first placeThe shipping receipt indicated no method of contacting them except to return the productAfter finding a phone number online for customer support, I was informed the trial period had ended and the best they could offer me was a $refund for each product rather than the $they charged for each productTheir business practices are beyond questionable, and their advertising practices should ceaseEven their website is misleading, there is no reference to their products, there

I purchase a trial of products from Allura
and was charged for the trialsI have now been charged by them for $and $unapproved by me
Trial for products were ordered and received and paid $and $ Yesterday my Bank of America account was charged by them $and $unapproved by me I have called my bank, Allure and the FTC reguarding this scam The Allure Company has offered me a partial refund which I have refused as I believe they owe me all of that money back This is a scam tactic used by many companies and should be stopped

cancelled within minutes of ordering.I received a cancellation number. Then received the productNo record of cancellation, sending me to collections
On 9/27/I ordered on line and within minutes I cancelled with Michael I was given a cancellation number and told everything was cancelled Then I received the package I called and was told my cancellation number was invalid If I wanted to pay to return the product they would only charge me If not I would be sent to collections I am now being told to return the product and I will only be charged I was given another number I do not trust them, and I am not sure how to prove that I am sending back the product

Sends products without permission Very difficult to get it canceled Had to cancel my card to get it canceled

Deceptive sales practices
Total refund refusal
On or around 09/10/I heard Johanna Gwas selling beauty products.Googled it,found Alluraderm products.(later I learned she is not in the cosmetics business and these people are using her name) A Risk Free sample was offered, just pay shipping,so I ordered.During checkout the same deal on eye serum was offered so I ordered that as well on my checking debit card.At NO TIME DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WAS I TOLD,ASKED NOR DIRECTED TO LOOK AT THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING
On 09/29/a withdrawal for $& $had been taken from my checking account causing an overdraft of $eachI found a number to call and DID receive a refund of $130.00, however, I believe I am entitled to a another $The $differnce & the $in services charges

I cancelled an account and was still billedThe company would not return the full amount I was billed
On 9/17/I ordered "Free Trial products agreeing to pay Shipping and Handling" The online site referred me to a second site for more informationI could not access the second siteI used the email address provided "***@makeup365.net" to state that I could not access their site and "DO NOT BILL MY CREDIT CARD FOR A MEMBERSHIP I DID NOT WANT!" This company charges me twice on the same dateOne charge of $and another for $As others have stated, you signed up to get a free trial paying just shipping cost and the company continues to bill youI would hope that the Revdex.com would force this company to shut downDo not buy from the companyIts a scam

$of unauthorized charges was put on my credit card
On 4/25/if unauthorized charges was put on my credit cardI called the company at *** to get the charges removedThe said the could only refund my $100.00, and I could not return the trial products, because they had been openedShe said the trial products and not free, but I paid $to get them

This company needs to be shut down They did to me what they have done to all of you The fraud department in my bank will take care of this; however, please make sure you call your bank, and get a new credit card I just left a message here in Florida with the Attorney General, and they will return my call Please call your Attorney General and report your experience All one has to do is type Skin Allure Brands in Google, and you will find hundreds of others being scammed Give the AG the following address: *** ** Hillsborough Avenue, *** FL If you call you will get the Philippines and you will get no cooperation from them only rudeness
