Signed for a free trial of AlluraLuxe face cream products, but they charged me for more money that I did not signed for

We never accept or authorized these payments and when we signed up for the trial, nothing was said about any type of monthly subscription or future paymentsIt only referred to payments of $ and $
Besides, this amount of money is ridiculous for the products received and we have not received any other product of the company

Fraudulent Charges - Withdrawal from Checking Account
I provided my billing information to pay shipping fees for two free samples of Allure Wrinkle ProductsI picked up from USPS last week after being discharged from the hospital, I never opened or used the products Today there was a withdrawal from my checking account for this company of $ When contacted the Repsaid that I agreed to pay this amount after a 15-day trial period I disagreed and offered to return the unopened productI was told there would be a $restock fee (15ml liquid and about grams of cream) and it would take weeks to get a refund for the balance I have contacted my bank but unfortunately the payment has been made I will file a Fraudulent Claim with them

Ordered a sample product and they subscribed to a monthly supply of face cream
Ordered sample of face creamIt came in an unmarked box with NO order form, etc When I saw a charge other than the sample fee on my credit card I called them and they said I signed up for a reoccurring charge of $for a monthly supply of their face creamThis is completely absurd! I never signed up for anything and there was absolutely no paperwork with the sample or any contact information for the company to ask questions, etc

Very tricky in their business transaction, just like other complaints previously filed in this site the same thing happened to meSkin allure keep on sending me the product and kept on charging my credit card without my consentI spoke to a customer service through a phone number Allure provided in the package and telling me that I agreed with the terms of condition upon signing up for the sample, he simply stated if I did not agree I would have not provided my credit card for payment whereas I only provided my credit card for payment of the shipping and handling to get the sample and nothing stated that I have to call to cancel an automatic subscription after the trial period to prevent me from being charged If I could give a zero star I would, well star would mean negative anywayHope this will help others not to be a victim of this scam

Hold onto your credit card They will rip you off every way they can, steal you blind Once they have your credit card number you will be charged $every month and if you want to get a refund you have to pay to ship the product back and are charged a re-stocking fee, so you do not get a full refund If you do not return within days, you CANNOT get a refund I was charged for a product I never received even though they insisted they had a United States Postal Service tracking number showing it was delivered to my mailbox No one signed for it I never received it, and since I did not call about getting the refund until after their required days (when the $charge appeared on my credit card), I was denied a refund This is a TOTAL RIP OFF, SCAM to steal your money!

they advertise free samples but charge you huge amounts of money if you don't cancel a "subscription" that you didn't know you signed up for !!!
I requested free samples of Alluraderm makeup and also their skin cream they said it would only be a charge of $each for shipping Nothing was said at all about any other charges, nor a subscription service a couple weeks later, my credit card company alerted me that a makeup company had attempted to charge $to my card (they blocked it and notified me), and then they attempted to charge $to my card, which was not blocked I have filed a dispute claim for this fraudulent $with my credit card company, still pending I made attempts to resolve this with AlluraDerm, they DO NOT CARE They offered me a $"settlement" the first time, and a $"settlement" the 2nd time - both of which I refused They then charged a $"subscription fee" to my credit card, which I never signed up for, and I protested to my credit

Do NOT fall for this SCAM company !!!!! *** *** DOES NOT use this !!! It is just a LIE to SCAM people !! There is NOTHING on their website to say , by purchasing any product, that you are SUBSCRIBING to AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS !!! They charge your card every monthIf you send it back, they charge you a "Restocking Fee" , that is only $less than you paid for the product !!! Even worse, THE PRODUCTS DO NOTHING !!! I called my credit card company, and started a dispute I just talked to this SCAM company, and was told that I might as well keep this last shipment, "SINCE I PAID FOR IT, AND CANT GET A REFUND" Again, I did NOT even open the box!! I had seen this AD on TV and called in to placed my FREE trial order
I feel I was completely scammed by Skin Allure Brands and their Allura Derm productI thought I was agreeing to a FREE trial period of the new product and had days to determine my like or dislike of the product, only to find out weeks later my credit card was charged for $87.00+ shipping without my consent
I was lucky that my credit card company declined and calling me to warn me about this company
On 10/25/17I contacted them and they still charged me $plus the shipping
I would never recommend this company, their product or their poor customer service practices
Buyer beware, they blame the customer, do not take ownership of their supposed trial offer and then stick you with an enormous bill, for a product that really did not live up to its claim

I purchased a skin product on July 11, 2016, which was shipped on July 13th and received on July 25thI paid the shipping costs of $ I did not see anything that said it was a two week trial and after that time I would be charged for the entire amount

I then checked the Revdex.com and found six recent complaints just like mine You would think this company would change its practice of hiding the small print in the middle of all of its paragraphs due to customer complaints The fact they did not indicates this company is aware of its deceptive practices Two weeks is not even ample time to try out a product, and their two week return policy needs to be located in the same font

they say that in the ad it tells you that you have days free trial period, if you don't call within that time to cancel they will charge the credit card on filewhen you call to rturn product for full refund, they only partial credit your account and don't want the product backwhy can't there be an email warning the trial period is abvout to expire

Misrepresentation of products and complete failure to work with customer
On May 2, I ordered two samples of this companies products for trial There was no discussion of a contract or any other agreement They evidently sent the regular size items, again without any discussion of contracts On May 21, I got a notice from my credit card company that Skin Allure had billed us for $and $($total) for the two items When I called the company on May 22, they said I had agreed to their "contract" to pay in full, if not returned within two weeks Spent over an hour with the first person, plus his supervisor, and all they would do is offer to cancel the contract, but pretty much we still owed the money I told them in no certain terms that I never agreed to any of their terms and was not going to pay them They would not budge from their position and continually insisted we owed them I finally called the credit card company and disputed the charge through them

I ordered an introductory order a month ago for products and just received a second shipment
