In March 2017-I responded to a Facebook News Feed item- It was a video (I think) for the Alluraderm face/eye cream- It stated that if I paid the shipping they would send me FREE SAMPLESI did thisAnd I received what I thought to be free samplesTHERE WAS NO PAPERWORK in the sample box indicating that I will be entered into a subscription if I didn't respond within daysI had no idea- that in the background Alluraderm was signing me up to a very expensive subscription program which would charge me hundreds of dollars! months later I receive ANOTHER package of the creamsI didn't order them, I had no idea why I had received the creamsSO I went to my credit card website- and on my May credit card statement I found charges adding to more than $170- and my statement indicated that the charge was for a subscriptionI called the Alluraderm company- I asked for an immediate cancellationI thoroughly explained that I did NOT sign up for a subscription- just for FREE samplesShe refused, the bottomline was that I approved the subscription and that they would wouldn't finalise my cancellation until I returned my very recent package delivery of the products- I would need to pay for shippingWhen that was received she said- they would return a portion of the May Credit card payments- because there were huge restocking feesI balked! I wanted the total credit card charge back and I would willingly pay the shipping to return the products to get my total money back- as the Advertisement was misleading and didn't clearly indicate that I was entering into a subscriptionShe replied that it was very clear- I did not reply therefore I wanted to join in the subscriptionIn my disagreement discussion with the representative- I mentioned that I may need to get my credit card company involved- When she returned from one of the long "On Hold"s- she stated that I needed to submit written documentation that I pledge "not to get my Credit card company involved"I refused to "PLEDGE" anything- and I felt that was probably an illegal requestThen she stated that they would no longer allow me to return the product and they would no longer discuss the possibility of cancellation until my credit card company called them in a way call When I spoke to my credit card company- they informed me that there were also additional charges in April for ~$170!!!!! The credit card company called the Alluraderm company with meThe company offered me $and they would not allow me to return the recently delivered product for a refundTo date I have been charged ~$PLUS the original shipping I paid in March- I balked at only getting $of the $345- and I balked at them not allowing me to return a subscription product that I WAS NOT AWARE of my membershipThe Service Rep repeated that in March I sent in the shipping money with full knowledge that if I didn't respond to them in days - I would be joining a subscription planFurther the ~$charge in April was payment for the free samples! I balked- and the rep told me that I was a waste of his time and that he would not allow me to speak with a supervisor- as they were very busySO MY bottomline is that I was only paying shipping for a free sample- I NEVER saw any of the HIDDEN- BURIED- MISLEADING details of the subscription located deep inside the Terms and AggreementsI therefore am disputing the charges with my credit card company and agreed to receive no refunds- he did state that my subscription is cancelled, howeverI award Alluraderm ZERO STARSI need your help!

Allure offers a sample of skin products used by a multitude of stars for FREE for a one time $shipping fee Hidden in the advertisement is supposedly a contract that you are signing up for monthly, costly ($80+) further products which are charged to your credit card without your knowledge Products mysteriously arrive without invoices as to cost nor to your knowledge as to have ordered them I received one additional product and found that $had been charged to my VISA withou my approval When I contacted Allure, I could send the product back but would have to pay $restocking fee ViSA commented that they had a security watch on such companies After much arguing with the company, they gave me a "tracking" number to send the product back and agreed to refund my money but never told me the exact amount and never mentioned the $amount that they had put on my card Purchaser be ware!
