Allure offers a sample of skin products used by a multitude of stars for FREE for a one time $shipping fee Hidden in the advertisement is supposedly a contract that you are signing up for monthly, costly ($80+) further products which are charged to your credit card without your knowledge Products mysteriously arrive without invoices as to cost nor to your knowledge as to have ordered them I received one additional product and found that $had been charged to my VISA withou my approval When I contacted Allure, I could send the product back but would have to pay $restocking fee ViSA commented that they had a security watch on such companies After much arguing with the company, they gave me a "tracking" number to send the product back and agreed to refund my money but never told me the exact amount and never mentioned the $amount that they had put on my card Purchaser be ware!

I responded to an ad saying that there were Macys stores closing and they had cosmetics and beauty products that couldn't be returned to their distributorThey were giving full size jars and we only had to pay for shipping and handlingI answered the questions that told them which product would be best for me and read the fine print several timesI continued with the order using my bank credit card for one order and my national credit card for anotherI was charged $and $on each card as they sent me jars in each orderThe packages arrived on the same dayI opened one box and they were full size jars and for this I was pleased as one person commented on Facebook that they had received a tiny tube and they were displeasedWhile checking my bank account transactions online, I saw a charge for $with this notation:

I called the toll free number and spoke with a CSR who refused to refund
Tried to cancel order immediately and they would not cancel
I ordered product on line, they added additional product to my order that I didn't orderWhen I got emails I replied back immediately and told them to cancel my order I didn't want any of it after they added to my order stuff I didn't even order.I never heard back from them so I called them in the morning aND they said it was to late to cancel orderI told the lady I emailed immediately that I didn't want the product and they added stuff I didn't even order and she basic said too badI told her the product hasn't been shipped out it had only been a few hoursShe refused to help me
