Purchased two items for $4.95from a Trial period w/o the knowledge that if we didn't return product within days we would be charge and We contacted the company once we saw two charges on our bank statement when contacted them they told us that we agreed to the subscription because we did not contact them within the day trial period We told them we did not agree to it in the first place They would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and I couldn't return the products for a full refund I asked several times for a super visor and to no avail They kept saying we agreed to the products They did finally cancel my account I called again on 9/27/to request address to return the products again They said that we coudln't refund the products for a refund because of the conditions of the trial period

My account was charged for a membership that I did not sign up for I thought I was being charged $for a free trial size of the skin allure eye serum and wrinkle cream on 9-23-Today 10-11-I found out that I was being charged $for a membership I didn't want I called and the representative I spoke to 'Mark' told me that I could not get a total refund and they did not accept the product back as a return I explained that I didn't sign up for the membership and I didn't see anywhere on the site where I had to cancel in + days He said they would not give me a full refund they could do $ I then explained that I needed the full refund amount due to my financial issues I asked him what if I returned the charge as an unauthorized charge, he then told me to forget about even getting the $refund I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me again to forget about the $refund and put me on hold I waited for about minutes it seemed, he came

I have a cancellation notice with them and they still will not refund my acct They say the bank has to notify them of the dispute but my bank says that after the charges are taken out , it's up to Alluraderm to credit me back Purchased June 6,received June 19, I have a cancellation number and everything but they still won't credit my account

I ordered a free sample but then automatic billing beganI called for a refund and to stop billing They were resistant and I fear they won't
I ordered a sample product from this company, was charged $and an additional $(not sure what this was for)I never received any product, and two weeks later my bank account was charged an additional $

Misleading advertising
Like others who have filed complaints against Skin Allure, I took them up on their offer for a FREE sample, paying ONLY S&HI did not see any small print that said they would continue to ship productI received a box with the two treatments (eye and face cream)NO notice that it was coming; NO notice that they were going to or had changed my CC; and NO invoice included in the box; just the shipment, as if I wanted itI don't even know how much it costI have several CC, so now I'm left to go hunt for the chargeI called "customer service," which is a call center, to get the return numberNow I have to pay to ship these unwanted goods back in order to get credit for a product I NEVER intentionally orderedThe FREE sample offer should be just that FREE, and if they intended to charge me again, they should be required to let me knowAnd they should be required to let me know that they made the charge, and they should be required to include an invoice in t

I ordered their product because they said Joanna Gaines used itShe does not
I ordered a face cream called AllureDerm WrinkleThe price of the product was Which I paid by debit cardSince then they have debited my account for which they were not authorized to doWhen I contacted them they said that I checked a box that said I was or older and that enlisted me in their program and after days plus days for shipping they could take the I have since closed my debit card and put a dispute inWhen I contacted Joanna Gaines her response was She in no way endorsed this product and that I should contact my local FBI office which I intend to do

Fraudulent advertising and biz practicesThey said I was making a one-time purchase for $and charged me hundreds without my knowledge or consent
This company is a complete scamThey run a series of ads on FacebookEach one differs in that it states that a different person developed and runs the brand--everyone from Melania T*** to Jo G*** to two college studentsThe ads invite people to make a one-time purchase of product "samples" for only the shipping costNOWHERE (not in the ad and nowhere in the purchase experience) does it say that you are actually committing to pay $for these samples unless you proactively contact the company within days to cancel what is (unknown to the customer) a monthly subscription service that runs $160/moThey hid that information very well because I actually read the fine print and didn't see itI spent hours getting only $back of the of the over $that was charged to my card
This is highly unethical and totally illegal

advertising and charging for product that was not ordered
Saw the website offering free trial for only shipping payment Once I had entered credit card info, it took me to an eye product and you could not decline wanting that product Exited out of the site all together, but still received both products in the mail and charged shipping A month later, was charged $for the wrinkle product and $for the eye product Called the company, spoke to a supervisor named Lester who said they could not refund as the product was opened He said the product for for a day trial, and I would have had to cancel within days I told him, that actually, I never ordered the product but when I exited out of the website without submitting the order, I received it anyway He told me he could refund $of the product and that I would have to contact the company in Tampa via email for further complaints He told me there is very fine print that states you must cancel with

I ordered a 'sample' of Skin Allure for $and received a jar of their product It was nothing I would order again and felt it was a total advertising regarding Anti-Wrinkle Solution Nothing in that order indicated I had signed up for an automatic ordering
About a month later, I received a second (not ordered)with a small slip of paper included saying to return, call a number and get a "RMA" number So I called that number and said I didn't order this and wanted to return it I was told I could return it and was giving the needed RMA number, with instructions to put it on the outside of the box Then I was told there was a 'restocking fee' and I would be reimbursed $with $going to restock this product I did not order This outfit is a total scam
It showed up on a facebook ad showing results when used A simple just order your 'free' sample here and pay $for shipping, nothing about auto shipping future orders So, I'm sending it back and I'm upset abou

The product was advertised as a single free sample with only shipping to be paidTo date, I have been sent three shipments at exorbitant charges
I accepted an online offer for one shipment of a Skin Allure sample product with only shipping and handling to be paid by credit cardThe first shipment was dated July 5, I have been sent three such shipments at an exorbitant charge I was not expecting any shipments after the free oneToday, I telephoned to cancel this order I was informed that I had a contract for monthly shipments at approximately $per month for a small amount of product The return of the product entails a $re-stocking charge
Order I.DXXXXXXX, I.DXXXXXXX, I.DXXXXXX
Each time the shipment contained:
AlluraDerm Anti-Wrinkle Solution: quantity unknown
AlluraDerm Advanced Eye Serum: 15ml
The associate agreed to cancel my order and gave me a return authorization number
I am allergic to perfumes These products contain pe

The advertisement on the television commercial was misinforming about the price that was to be charged for the product I purchasedMy checking account was billed two times, one for dollars and ninetyfive cents, which had not been quoted in the advertising priceThen I was charged another dollars and cents, which had been the amount quoted by theTV advertisementI stopped at my credit union on December 14th and was told that there was an $hold put on my account, which was never quoted by theRepresentative I spoke with on the phone when I placed my order They said the order had been placed on the web siteI had called the number on the television in the commercial, no website of my knowledge had been accessedThey claim that they will not cancel the charge accountThey did offer to refund $to my account and keep the other $I said that it was unacceptable since this amount was never brought upThey said there was a statement to be made to me while my orde

Be very waryIf you accept the promotion deal ( face cream and eye cream for only shipping cost) in days, if you do not cancel, you will be charged $for EACH product AND they will continue to send them to you and bill you $eachYou must read the fine print carefullyOr better yet do not shop with themBuy your creams at a store that does not try to trick you into buying their products

Scam! Do not buy! The bottle they say is free, just pay shipping, they end up charging over $forAnd it's like a half ounce, or something ridiculousThey say, it's not free, it's a trial, so either return it, but they'll charge $restocking fee, or keep it, and they'll refund you $How is that a free sample? I already paid $shipping, which is a lot for something that smallThese guys are the worstI want to let people know how terrible and fraudulent they areWhen I cancelled with them, the email said I was cancelling a subscription service with them, which I definitely never signed up for nor wanted, so their extortionate racket doesn't end with their lies when I ordered my face cream the first time

I too ordered the samples from this company several weeks ago The products seemed nice but nothing special I just received an alert from my credit card that this company had posted a charge of $on my card which I did not authorize I do not recall reading anything in their offer that indicated acceptance and payment for their samples obligated me to further automatic purchases Will be contacting them by phone and mail to cancel further shipments and any obligation for same

Alluraderm advertises its product in a very deceiving wayThey sell you a product as a trial for just the cost of shipping and then in the small print if the terms and conditions they let you know that after days you will have to actually pay $for the productThey also automatically sign you up to a monthly subscription charging you the same amount every month and when you call them in it and offer to return the product they do not give you a refund nor accept the returnTheir contact is firm also doesn't give any contact information for themThey make it exceptionally difficult to reach them to cancel and inquire about this
Product_Or_Service: Alluraderm wrinkle and eye cre

Sent shipping fees for a sample of productsReceived products in mail and they claim I did not call to cancel ordercredit card charged amount not g
Charged credit card amounts never agreed uponTwo months in a row when I realized they were automatically sending it without my permissionThe products have never been opened

Obviously this company is a scamMy story is the same as all the other reviewsAn offer for a free trial just pay shipping and got charged over 80$ with no information that I would need to cancel anything or that I signed up to get recurring shipmentsClearly this is their business model- Don't be a victim- STAY AWAY!!!!

Co refused to provide full refund for products returned unopened, that I did not intend to order in the first place
I requested sample of two products on 5/9/17(eye cream & wrinkle cream)for a combined price of $10, charged on VisaThe co claims I agreed to ongoing subscription at $172.70/mo for both productsI never agreed to this! The product arrived w/o receipt& no info on return policyWhen bill arrived on 6/26/I immediately called co to return unopened product & cancel subscriptionThey agreed to cancel subscription & accept return of 2nd shipment (not yet rec'd), but would not agree to full refund on initial shipment (unopened)I spoke to co rep "Paul"***)who refused to provide his last nameI expect to receive a full refund for the products which will be returned unopened

This is a bait and switchadvertising
I ordered their skin product as a trial sample and paid the shipping charges to receive my trial sample I soon found out they charged my credit card $ I called them and they refunded the amount charged only to re charge my account again a second time Offered to return the product and they denied my request This is a bait and switch and fraud and want other to know not to order from this company

The company deceived the public using JoAnna Gaines of HGTV as owning/developing the products which is untrueThey charged $restocking fee
Order # XXXXXX approxdate Augfor two products, eye serum and anti-wrinkle cream thinking per ad that they were developed by JoAnna Gaines of HGTV
