I ordered a sample product from this company, was charged $and an additional $(not sure what this was for) I never received any product, and two weeks later my bank account was charged an additional $ Looking back at their website, I believe by ordering the sample I committed myself to some sort of enrollment to receive repeat shipments of the product that I never received the first time I have sent two emails, the last being a week ago, requesting that my enrollment be canceled and requesting my money be refunded as I had never received any product I have not gotten a response

This company has taken money from my account without authorization
I ordered samples from this company on May 1st which I received two weeks after I placed the order the total amount was a little over $I believedays later I noticed an unauthorized charge in my account for $and then days later an unauthorized charge of $period when I called the company they told me that I had agreed to a monthly service from them when I ordered the samples although nowhere in their print or the invoice that came with the samples or the five emails they sent does it say anything about a recurring monthly fee for any of their products, which I pointed out to themThey continue to argue with me about it and told me that if I sent the products back they would charge me a $restocking fee and instead of refunding me my full amount that they took out with both charges they would refund me $I told them I would let my bank take care of it but it has caused me to have to close out

ordered free samples & paid shippingweeks later was charged $for products I DID NOT ORDEROffered a partial refund only
fraudulent business practiceswas never advised they would automatically charge my credit card for future shipments, Free samples ordered with shipping paid by credit card 12.89$Unauthorized charges of $made on Called to cancel & get a full refundWas told they would only refund $$due to restocking chargesI refused

Totally misrepresented
Purchased on 4/28/for to tryDidn't receive until weeks later Product was very runny Did not notice any difference My face seemed dryer than normal Charged my account $on 5/17/ Only had product for week They did offer me a refund $but I did not agree to to be charged and I kept the original e-mail and it did not state any where that I agreed to this charge after days Total scam

I was NOT informed when placing the order that my account would be charged for additional fees if order wasn't returned by certain date
I requested my orders to be cancelled this afternoon - placed this morningI want a full refund as it was NOT disclosed that after so many days - they would charge my account additional fees

I too signed up for a trial sample of alluraderm, partly because they used *** *** nameI thought it was her productI did not expect to receive this product againI wouldn't have ordered it, but was charged a lot of money that I can't affordAs for as the product, I think a drug store product is much betterIt seems to be mostly water or too liquidy to do much good

Deceptive and misleading trial offer of skin care product with small print of charges buried within many paragraphs of terms and conditions
Skin Allure( www.allure-wrinkle.com) ; customer service phone # XXXXXXXXXXX, engages in deceptive advertising clearly stating that a free trial costs only S&H fees of $while buried in paragraphs of terms and conditions in small print is the real dealIf the consumer doesn't cancel within days consumer is put on auto ship and consumer's credit card used to pay for the $original S&H fees is charged $for that first "trial" shipment and and auto ship of $for the following month and so on until the consumer catches the charges as in my case by the time I had been charged twice for a total of $My first order was made on 3/16/and charged on 4/3/and a second charge was made by the company on 5/3/ I called the customer service department to dispute the charges as I understood that I was receiving a day suppl

unethical targeting and online marketing practices
I fell victim to this marketing scheme by responding to a sample offer online promptly after leaving a website I am a member of Costco, and after signing off their website on May 29, 2017, a screen popped up appearing as though it was associated with Costco, thanking me for shopping on their website and offering samples of products Although I don't have the exact verbiage of the offer, the inference was that Costco was allowing their customers to preview several new or potentially new products by offering to try several products Shipping and handling fees were required In proceeding through the order process, I was re-directed to a web page to collect shipping and handling information, to include a credit card number Nowhere on this page did the sample offer refer to a 14-day trial after which the credit card would be charged full price for a standard size product which is exactly what happened When I saw the charges

I discovered today that this business has taken money out of my checking account without my permissionThey offered me a free trial, I should only pay for shipping and handlingThey sent me a receipt for these charges ($5.94) and specified nothing elseNo contract was ever mentioned, no recurring charges ever considered or agreed toToday I discovered a "monthly" subscription for $87.50/month for a product that I never requested, never used, nor am I interested in purchasingI can supply copies of the email whenever necessaryThe so-called company NEVER mentioned their schemeGiving a 1-star rating to this business is too generousThis is a SCAM, nothing lessI am disputing the charges and requesting a full refund

I just loved looking at my credit card bill, seeing charges on there and weeks after I received a free trailI called the company and they were so rude- basically saying to bad read the fine print I have called the credit card company and they are looking into it/ This was on shark tank- I am so very angry

Cancellation/Refund Policy - Day Trial
Here are details I sent to the company about my experience with them - a bunch of FRAUDS! After having an extremely frustrating call with "George" in your customer service center I'm told that I can only be refunded $of the $you charged me yesterday I thought the trial I ordered was for days and that I had that much time to decide if I liked the product and wanted to continue with it or not Well apparently that's not so I was told days from delivery is the limit to change your mind about the product and that my days was Monday, 5/- yes - the MEMORIAL DAY holiday So since I didn't contact your company on the holiday and waited until this morning I now have to keep it George said you do not refund open product, even if I had a reaction to it and cannot use it on my skin He had the nerve to say to me "well then, you know you had a problem with it after a week so you should've called us earlier" - REALLY? How rud

Bait & Switch Advertising; Unauthorized charges for free samples that once S&H fees paid, within two weeks you are charged $for each product
On May 5, 2017, while I was on Facebook, an ad came up depicting that the products are from Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper program I opened the ad and saw tat the products were for face serum and eye cream The ad stated that they were FREE Samples and the $was for S&H; so in total for both products you pay almost $for S&H for FREE Samples On May 13, 2017, I received my two samples On May 24, 2017, days later, I was charged $and $for the samples that were supposed to be free When I called the XXX-XXX-XXXX number for customer service, the lady explained that I had two weeks to cancel my subscription, which I did not subscribe to When I told her that it has only been eleven days, she advised me that they go by the order date, in my case May 5, 2017, but adds in four days extra to allow for shipping; maki

I sent for a sample at $7.95, and after refusing the shipment I still haven't been credited, and they sent two more shipments
I have called these people twice now and asked them to cancel any future shipments, and to credit me for the first one I sent backI keep getting them anyway at $a shipmentI'm going to have to cancel out my debit card and get a new accountI don't know what else to doAny help from you would be helpfulThank you

Purchased two items for $4.95from a Trial period w/o the knowledge that if we didn't return product within days we would be charge and
We contacted the company once we saw two charges on our bank statement when contacted them they told us that we agreed to the subscription because we did not contact them within the day trial period We told them we did not agree to it in the first place They would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and I couldn't return the products for a full refund I asked several times for a super visor and to no avail They kept saying we agreed to the products They did finally cancel my account
I called again on 9/27/to request address to return the products again They said that we coudln't refund the products for a refund because of the conditions of the trial period

I wish I had read these reviews before I got my "free trial." First they send you a jar that is supposed to last days, but the supposed free trial ends in - hidden deep in their information If they were a legitimate company or had a product that actually worked, they would tell you that right up front I actually called to cancel on the day my "trial" ended and the same day I was charged but was told that I had to call the day before to prevent the charges The day before was a holiday, preceded by the weekend They are open Monday-Friday This company doesn't even deserve one star for the product effectiveness nor for their customer service, but there is nothing lower

I ordered the trial of AlluraDerm wrinkle cream (and the website also added their eye serum) for shipping & handling charges of $and $for a total of $charged to my debit card on 10/03/ I received the products on 10/10/without any paperworkToday (10/19/2017) I noticed that my bank account was charged for $and $85.20, so I called the phone number associated with the charges and spoke to Jasmine regarding these charges She offered me $credit for each product for a total of $to be credited to my bank account in 3-business days and cancelled my account since I did not call the number on the jar and cancel within days I thought I had cancelled since the only communication I had from my order was for Makeup On 10/16/I emailed Makeup and cancelled my account and received a confirmation from them of said cancellation, not knowing that that cancellation had no affect on the skin products

Ordered a trial sample and suddenly received a significant unauthorized charge to my cardClaimed it was an auto refill that I did not sign up for
I saw an advertisement for a trial sample of and Eye and face wrinkle cream I thoroughly reviewed this site prior to ordering to make sure that there were no catches and could not find anything in FinePrint nor anything stated clearly regarding auto ships after the trial PeriodThis order was placed in April and all of a sudden in June I get two charges one for and one for When I called to inquire about the charges and how I did not approve them they offered to refund me a portion of what was charged and I did not have to return the productIf I did decide to return the product then they could return me an even smaller portion and then I would have to pay a $restocking fee on each product for a total of $So either way they walked out with to of my dollars that I did not authorize When I said that I was

I saw a promotion from this company, whereby they would send you a free sample of their product and all you had to pay for was the shipping, so I thought I would try it I received the sample, however, several weeks later, I noticed that they had taken approximately $and from my checking account When I called to complain about this, I was informed that I had been given days to accept or cancel the product (never saw this), it was something that was not noted when I ordered the sample and I certainly didn't see it when I received the confirmation for the shipment I think that this is how they are ripping people off In addition, I was only refunded only $60, so I have been charged almost $for a small bottle of a sample that does not even work - the sample that I received was DEFINITELY not worth it

I have a cancellation notice with them and they still will not refund my acct
They say the bank has to notify them of the dispute but my bank says that after the charges are taken out , it's up to Alluraderm to credit me back Purchased June 6,received June 19, I have a cancellation number and everything but they still won't credit my account
