The Client's rejection does not address the factual circumstances of his file Therefore, we respectfully refuse to refund any fees to the Client As a courtesy, and to resolve this matter, we are willing to allow the Client to cancel his account without paying the contracted cancellation fee of $ [redacted] As set forth in his December 28, Funding Assessment Agreement, the Client certified that he understood that we did not guarantee him funding Likewise, he certified that he would provide us ALL financial statements, tax returns, bank and trade references or other financial information that we requested As set forth in his file detail notes, from February 26, to present, we have requested the Client to deliver the documents necessary for us to provide lender matching: On February 26, 2016, the Client took the following actions in violation of his contract: We told the client he needed to provide us his December business bank statement and his business tax returns Instead of producing the documents, the client violated his contract, told us he would find financing on his own, that we were wasting his time, and terminated the telephone call The Client called back, we explained that he was not eligible for an SBA loan, that we needed personal credit information to apply for other loans, and he hung up again The Client called back, discussed the cancellation fee, agreed to move forward, and terminated the call On March 8, 2016, the Client told us that he had gone to another company for lender matchingOn March 30, 2016, the Client did not respond to our telephone calls From April 15, to April 20, 2016, we requested the Client to provide us updated personal credit information so we could help him find other lines Instead of completing Lender Matching, he has filed this frivolous complaint with the Revdex.com Accordingly, the Client's rejection does not address the factual circumstances of his file Therefore, we respectfully refuse to refund any fees to the Client As a courtesy, and to resolve this matter, we are willing to allow the Client to cancel his account without paying the contracted cancellation fee of $ [redacted] Enclosed are copies of his Funding Assessment Contract and his File Detail Notes

Our records do indicate that a business plan was sent to the client in July, After further review of thebusiness plan, our business plan writer was asked to revise the business plan, and resend it to the client whenfinished One of our lending scenarios are collateral loans The client did not meet the criteria requiredby that specific lender We are continuing to work on other lending scenarios for the client Direct Business Lending is in the Mountain Standard Time zone, which is hours behind Ohio time zone.We can accept call backs up to 6:p,mOhio time which is 4:Mountan time We are attempting to contact client to assure that we will continue to address her concerns, and work on her file to deliver the Lender Prep Package which includes lender matching

Direct Business Lending, LLC ("DBL"), respectfully refuses to refund *** *** ("Mr***") any fees because Mr*** has paid less than $1,towards the $3,in business consulting products that he has contracted to purchase, Mr*** has received $2,in products,
and Mr*** has refused to pay the contracted for cancellation fee of $1, If Mr*** agrees to pay the contracted for cancellation fee of $1,495.00, DBL will take the following actions: We shall close his account, we shall make no further charges, and we shall make no further collection efforts On or about March 1, 2016, Mr*** electronically signed the Funding Assessment and Lender Preparation Package Agreements with Direct Business Lending to purchase the Funding Assessment and Lender Preparation Packages from DBL.a The Funding Assessment is DBL's proprietary analysis of Mr***' eligibility for business financing b The Lender Preparation Package is DBL's proprietary suite of business consulting products to help improve Mr***' eligibility for business financing The products consist of the Bankable Business Plan, Business Website, Business Entity Formation, Business Credit Enhancement, Personal Credit Enhancement, and Lender Matching.c As consideration for electronic delivery of the Lender Preparation Package, Mr*** promised to pay DBL $down, $per month, for a total amount of $3,500.00, costs and fees associate with collection, and interest at the rate of 18.99% per annum, until paid in full.d DBL declared that it did not guarantee Mr*** any type, kind, or amount of business financing.e Mr*** promised to pay a contracted for cancellation fee of up to $1,depending on the work DBL performed.f Mr*** certified that he understood these terms and conditions when he signed the agreements To date, DBL has electronically delivered every product that Mr*** has purchased, except Lender Matching, and corrected the errors in those products The total value of these products of $2,($3,total cost for products/= $per product x products = $2, DBL has not delivered Lender Matching because Mr*** has not completed the other products and Mr*** has refused to pay the contracted for cancellation fee of $1, To date, Mr*** has paid less than $1,towards the products he has purchased DBL respectfully refuses to refund Mr*** any fees because he has paid less than $1,towards the $3,in business consulting products that he has contracted to purchase, he has received $2,in products, and he has refused to pay the contracted for cancellation fee of $1, If Mr*** agrees to pay the contracted for cancellation fee of $1,495.00, DBL will take the following actions: We shall close his account, we shall make no further charges, and we shall make no further collection efforts.Enc: Funding Assessment Agreement, Lender Preparation Package Agreement, and File E-Mail Notes Page

We have unsuccessfully tried to reach the Customer by telephone to resolve his concerns We respectfully deny the Customer's allegations However, if the Customer signs a settlement agreement, we are willing to close the Customer's account as settled in full, with no further payments to

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionDirect Business Lending strives to provide outstanding service to each and every clientIf we miss that goal we strive to rectify the situation immediately. On July 14, the client signed our service agreement ( see attached) which
discloses in multiple places that there are monthly paymentsThe client also supplied account information to make the down payment of $ and the monthly payments Additionally, the finance manager reviews the service agreement with the client and the Special Financing Co sends confirmation and statements each month to the client Finally, the client acknowledges on a recorded line that there were monthly payments One of our customer service supervisors did make contact with Ms*** on September 23, and they discussed the file and what was needed to move the file forward to present to lending On September 22, 2015, an email was also sent to Ms *** to discuss her concerns We have not seen a response to that email and we believe that the phone call resolved the issues. Please note:Our company is not a lenderWe provide services to help a client receivefunding when they are otherwise not qualifiedOur time frames vary depending upon thecomplexity of the fileOur average file takes 30-days Although that is our goal, there are instances where more processes are needed to get a client file ready for our lending department

Direct Business Lending will submit additional information regarding the client's rejection.In September, 2015, Direct Business Lending submitted this client to a lender The client was approved for purchases in the amount of $*** This client did not accept the funding offer This client did receive actual cash funding in the amount of $***.Our records do not indicate that the client email has changed since the original contract date, so if emails were being sent to his son's email, we should havebeen advised immediately so emails were directed to the correct email address.The original funding request was in the amount of $10,- $15, We have completed the client's business plan and web page We are continuing to work on additional funding for the client but still need requested documents to update the client file to continue with the lender matchingprocess. The client was provided services, and received funding exceeding the original request back in September of This was months before the documentation was sent to the Revdex.com.We will continue to work with the client; however, we do need some of the additional documentation requested to proceed We will continue to matchclient with funding partners and continue to coach the client on how to obtain business credit accounts Client does have a follow up appointment scheduled for February at 1:pm M.S.T

response because: I feel that I was given erroneous/nom factual information by Milton (LNU) in that I would be put before a lender in 3-weeksNot only has this not happened, I also feel that I am no closer to closing on business funding than I was on February 2ndThis company provides little bits of sketchy information to string you along to get more money, not only unethical but illegalI had to call and complain in April about not be contacted by the company for weeks, I was then contacted by the company, an appointment was made and then the call did not come at the appointment timeI am not talking about to minutes, it was minutes to hrs late in some instancesI am willing to go the arbitration if no monies are refunded, I am also willing to contact the Division of Consumer Protection to file a complaint as well, and the web site that was opened closed down

On May 27th Mr. *** signed up for our services and signed the financing agreement. Special Financing Co is the financing company that administers the financing for ourcontracts Shortly after signing up we requested a credit bureau
report which Mr*** provided. The following day we attempted to reach Mr*** but there was no answer On June 10th our account manager reached Mr*** and reviewed his credit report and discussed getting his business registered with the state. Mr*** will receive regular contact from his account manager

agreement.Shortly after signing up, we began working on the services that were purchased and included in the Lender Prep Package We completed numerous consultations with the client, went through business credit coaching, discussed website, and provided numerous consultations and drafted letters for the credit reporting agencies to clean up any red flags that would disqualify them This service was performed for more than partner In response to the documents that were sent and never received Our records indicate that the client never provided a tracking number, nor the name of the individual that signed for the package UPS does require a signature Direct Business Lending treats every individual piece of information with the upmost security procedures Our files are strictly confidential.On August 24, 2015, a communication was received by the client advising the desire to cancel their contract due to closing the business, and partner moving out of the country We have not received any other requests or concerns The contract consists of the following services: Providing the necessary documents to file the corporation with the State that the client's business will be located Personal credit review and restoration, if needed Business credit coaching on how to establish your business credit A bank ready business plan A bank ready web page.As always, if additional information is needed, please contact us directly Please note:Our company is not a lenderWe provide services to help a client receivefunding when they are otherwise not qualifiedOur time frames vary depending upon thecomplexity of the file.We have attached a copy of the Sales Order Contract

In answer to the response from MrW***, the following information is provided.In December, 2013, Direct Business Lending did prepare and send to client a bank ready business plan The business plan was pages in length and did use some researched facts and comparisons The business plan is prepared in a format that lenders prefer The plan used both information obtained from MrW***, and research obtained from other sources.On April 22, 2015, our lending department did a proactive lending review to see what lending options were available for MrW*** It was determined that there were still a number of factors as to why Mr W*** would not qualify for business lending at that time The lending department advised what items needed to be addressed and once those items were to be resolved, we could again re-submit MrW*** to our lenders We were actively working on resolutions so that our client could be submitted to a lender successfully Direct Business Lending does not guarantee a timeline for funding, as each individual case is reviewed individually We strive to be able to get funding for our clients as quickly as possible An average client funding takes about weeks That is if there are no additional issues regarding personal and business credit that may need to be disputed.Our records indicate that MrW*** stopped making payments in May MrW*** sent in an email stating he wanted no further contact with Direct Business Lending Mr W*** was sent to an outside agency in November, to collect payments due on his contract Direct Business Lending continued to work on the client file until payments ceased.Direct Business Lending would still like to assist in getting the funding requested We would do a file overview to see the status of the business and then would continue on from there We would like to resolve this matter by helping the client get the finding that was requested and to assist in any issues outstanding directly related in the ability to help the client get funded.As always, please contact us if there are further questions or clarifications needed

I am rejecting this response because:As a reply to the companies response as to what they offered me and what I actually got are two completely different things.Entity Formation- though some paperwork was aided with they did not really help me with this more like hey go do this and I did all the leg work and everything else.Personal Credit Restoration- if anything my credit has gotten worse, though it did get better to the range they made me believe I could receive a loan at just to turn around and tell me that it needed to be much higher after lying to me in the first place to get me to sign a contract, I never would have signed a contract if the people I talked to told me I had to be at a much higher credit scoreWhen I went in I was "10-points away from being able to get a loan" so this seemed obtainable so I joined then I did all the work gave them all the information only for them to drag this out and take there time telling me it takes time to write up specific letters for credit repair, and what I got was a cookie cutter template and some instructions on how to do it myselfI then did all the stuff that they told me to do, after looking it up online I could have done this all myself and should have because now this company is ruining my credit and doing nothing for meIt Is a SCAM and I wouldn't advise anyone who is trying to start a new business to do it, just look it up yourself because everything they tell you to do or have you do you can find out online and fill out and do yourself.Business Credit Establishment and Building- once again I did all the legwork and paperwork on this they just sent me suggestions on places to apply, that I clearly could have found online.Business Plan Creation-I filled out about pages or so of info they turn around and spit out a business plan where it looks like a lot of my info was copy pasted into existing documents that they probably send to everyoneWebsite Creation Including a Professional Business Email- the website was good, but you have to pay a lot to use it on top of the amount they are already trying to charge you for making it, furthermore it is only good for so long then you have to pay again to keep it upI NEVER received any such "professional business email"As for current communications I got one call since I filed this I was on my way to work, explained my grievances and the person offered me to talk to an escalation manager, I repeated that I didn't have the time currently and was on my way to work the person then said well then we will just continue our collection efforts and hung up on meThey could have set up a time for the manager to call me instead they pretty much said screw you and your credit we will keep taking money out of your bank that you do not have and overdrawing your accountWhen I mentioned I was lied to before signing the contract they just rudely reply back "well did you read the papers?" How does someone in their company lying to people to get them to sign up for something just get forgiven because the contract? Do not use this company they will say whatever to get you in the door, then make you pay out the wazoo just for you to do all the work they claim they will do for youI was lied to, so that I would sign a contract and start a process that I did myself pretty much, just to reach my supposed correct credit score then be told I had to have a higher score and that they could not go forward with the loan processI have received very poor customer service and they do not care that they are overdrawing my account every month or that I am getting in more debt and that my credit score is worse nowI have had my power turned off twice, lost internet almost had my car repossessed for not being able to pay the note, don't have money for food but they don't care about any of that they just want to tell me I signed a contract and keep charging me for services I am and will never be satisfied withI have two kids I cant buy anything for and I even have a full time job, though it does just pay minimum wage I can pay my rent, car and the light bill sometimes, but they don't care they just want their money because they are a SCAM
