I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel that DBL is capable of finding us a loan The only two options they have given us so far for lending involves us ADDING to our current debt load by taking out an additional loan to pay down debt ( but not paying anything off)We cannot add any more debt to our budgetWe came to them with this amount of debt, having already invested the money into our business, asking them if we could help us by securing a loan to pay the debt off At that time, our sales person, Kurt, said it would not be a problem to get us funding for " working capital" The last communication we have had with DBL is on July rd, in which I spoke with Richard ( not MrH*** as was noted in their response) At that time Richard said he was going to check with lending to see what other options there wereI have never heard back from anyoneI left a voice message with Jack on 7/ This is really unacceptableI do not believe that DBL is working to get us fundingI believe that they have no options for us but are leading us on in this endless cycle We are paying $for nothingI want to end the relationship and pay nothing more to them.
Sincerely,
Maribeth H***

and certainly do have contracts supporting all of our practices. Those will be supplied in order to support our statement if necessary. This Client signed a Sales Contract on April 30, 2015 that allows us to begin working on their behalf. To address the specific issues noted, our records indicate that we received the initial business plan surveyfrom Ms. [redacted] on June 23, 2015.  A business plan was prepared and sent to Ms. [redacted] on July 7, 2015 by email.  Within our Client Services departments, there are sub-departments which each provide specialized servicesand consultations.  We have a personal credit area, a business credit area, a web designer, a businessplan writer, and an account executive. Frequently, our account executive assigned to a client, willtalk with clients on a personal level giving them additional suggestions for funding, while theirfile is being prepared for a lender.  We do refer people to Crowd Funding, suggest theycheck with their State to seeif there is abandoned property that may be in their name.  This is not by any means to be confusedwith services being charged for in the Lender Prep Package rather than just personal suggestions.Client was submitted to lending but did not qualify for the total amount requested by our client.  We are continuingto match our client with other lenders, but need information from the client updated to do so.On November 17, 2015, a supervisor from Client Services did attempt to reach Ms [redacted].  She was not availableand a voice mail message was left.  On November 19, 2015, an email was sent to the client requestinga time convenient to call to discuss issues.Direct Business Lending would like to continue to provide services contracted for and will continueto try to reach out to client for additional services as provided in the Lender Prep Package purchased. As always, if additional questions need to be answered, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Direct Business Lending strives to provide outstanding service to each and every client. If we miss that goal we strive to rectify the situation immediately. On September 29, 2015, we contacted the client to further discuss the progress...

of his file and an appointment wasset for a team leader to call the client back.  Jennifer was out of the office on the day to follow up.  Our team leader did phone the client, apologized and let him know the reason for the missed call.  On October 7, 2015, our team leader called Mr. [redacted] again, but was informed that he was currentlyat work and would need to call back.  We contacted the client again on October 9, 2015 to go over the file and todiscuss the benefits of completing the website survey and business plan survey so we could customize themto his specific business.  He agreed to set an appointment for October 12, 2015.  On October 12, 2015, wephoned the client, and started going through the surveys, and the call was dropped either from the client'scell phone battery going dead or bad reception area.  We did attempt to call the client back but there wasno answer.  We did leave the client a message to call back.  On October 15, 2015, we tried to call theclient again and was unable to get through to him so another message was left.In an attempt to resolve this complaint we reached out to the client and offered to move his file forward and to set the appointment for one hour so that we can process the surveys on the client's behalf.  We definitely want this client to succeed.  Please note:1. Our company is not a lender.2. We provide services to help a client receivefunding when they are otherwise not qualified.3. Our time frames vary depending upon thecomplexity of the file.4. Our average file takes 30-45 days.

I have excepted the offer to be released from my contract. I have emailed back to them. I would like to take the complaint back at this point.

I am rejecting this response because:I have at a contact from Geri. She said Trevor would call at 6 pm. At 620 no call. I called and told them to which they emailed back he had a death and a Bridget was to call. They just presume you ate going to be available. They new where I lived and never before said the 2 hour difference would be a problem. Heather was who I talked to at the beginning, on speaker so my husband and daughter could hear. Heather said I fit the criteria perfect. Also said it would be easy to get. Now I read was they sent you which counterdicks what they told me. Also I have a saved voicemail from Geri today and she said she just saw my started business plan and it did have quite a few mistakes that she would work on. I have no trust or faith in this company. I made  my own and will try this myself. I don't have time alto waste on them

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received any cancellation packets. No services have been provided.I would like to know the team of professionals that were working my claim and what exactly they did. I would like by name and role.I have not been contacted multiple times. Matter of fact, the last time a supervisor was supposed to reach out to me, I was called and hung up on immediately. This company does not provide names and utilizes a scheming method of random hires to call at random times to pester their "clients."Who in this company is qualified to provide any sort of process?I reject this company and its response.

I am rejecting this response because: I got their e-mail after you sent me the Revdex.com message . I found that they were saying they tried to contact me , the e-mails they sent were to my sons e-mail and not to mine . I do not know how they got his . I could not respond to that when I did not have it . My son later forwarded them to me.I would have been willing to try and work with them to get funding , it has been so long that I can not wait any more . If they wanted to work with me and get what they said to begin with , why did they not do anything until I sent the Revdex.com a note about the way they neglected their promise to me , which was to get me funding for a business ?

concerns of the client. The contents of the business plan was discussed.  Client was asked to provide requested changes byemail so our business plan writer could review and incorporate the requested changes.  Typically, revisionsare processed a number of times before the business plan is considered "final".  The businessplan will be changed and revised after the client requested revisions are received by email. It was also explained to the client that Direct Business Lending usually waits for approximately 35-40days before processing an updated credit report.  The new password log ins have been received andnew reports were processed.  We are moving forward on the client file.  Our business credit consultant worked with Mr. [redacted] withouta scheduled appointment and consulted with the  client regarding how to establish business credit.Direct Business Lending appreciates the opportunity to work with Mr. [redacted] and wants to bea part of his success.  We are continuing to move the file forward and providing services contracted for.

I did sign some documents. One of the reps told me that he would hate for me to lose out on an opportunity to receive a big loan because I was canceling because of the $350 I had to cough up. The rep is the one that told me to get another loan so that I could pay for the down payment. H emade it sound as if my loan was a sure thing.I had no idea that I was going to be paying my fees before I received any funding. I WANT FULL REFUND.I was down right misled and lied to.
