told me I would be funded within weeks think you are forgetting to mention
that fact and by the way I do not deny that you have not done anything for me
But I think I have been more then patient on my partEvery time someone gets
assigned to me they either drop the ball or quitAlso in the beginning I was
told someone would be in contact every weekWhatever on that one and I have
kept being lost in the shuffleThink it is quit strange and suspicious that on
the day that you decide to responded to this Revdex.com complaint is the same day
someone from your office decide to e-mail meI know the contract I signed but
you all have dropped the ball on your end several times actually way more than
several timesThat is why this should be on the top of your list to make me
happyBecause I honestly think if I stay on I will fall through the crack
againI have given you all several opportunities to prove me wrong and I still
have been left disappointedThe only reason why I signed this contract was for
reasons were to get a business loan and to have items on my credit report
removedWell let see neither have been done and you have had a tax lien
release for some time now from meMy credit is only went up very little compared
to what you all saidAlso still have not been funded and had to let a couple
people go from the company and now it remains on holdLast but not least
signing your contract is a mistake I regret I might need to take further
actions if you do not make me happy

I am rejecting this response because: Direct Business lending has been extremely disingenuous with both their promises to me as well as their response to the Revdex.comThey GUARANTEED me $50,within "two to three weeks" and simply lied! Their so called business plan is a pre-typed templateThe only part that pertained to my business was the one or two paragraphs of information that I provided to them! They expect me to keep paying them and they stopped communicating with me! How do they expect to be paid and they're ignoring my emails and phone callsThis seems to be a regular practice for this company, as the dozens of complaints show on Revdex.comTheir conduct and professionalism is nothing short of disgracefulNo one that signs up for their services is ever going to see any loansThey'll be stuck with monthly bills and face lawsuits if they cancel the payments! This is a SCAM and a CON gameThey are CRIMINALS who are committing FRAUD and GRAND LARCENY to thousands of unsuspecting small businessesI will take measures to prepare a class action lawsuit against this company! I was told numerous times that I was "ready for lending" and then the person that was supposedly submitting my file to their lending department did nothing at allThey do not have any lenders! I asked them to refer me to just one successful client and they were unable to do so! They did nothing more than fill me with hope!

contracted to purchase the Lender Preparation Package consisting of six business consulting products: Business Credit Enhancement, Personal Credit Enhancement, Business Entity Formation, Business Website, and Lender Matching To date, Direct Business Lending has delivered all the products except Lender Matching Direct Business Lending has not delivered Lender Matching only because the Client stopped paying us long ago and the Client has not completed the other products Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Everything they said on the response is not true I received a text on August 19th from my business partner and I was told that I was the one that need to call Direct Business Lending about the cancellation of service He also mentioned that when I call to dial the extension *** I called on a Thursday, August 20th and dialed the extension *** I left a message to call me back, waited for a phone call back Then mid afternoon I tried to call again, no one is available again with that extension number *** So when call back again, I press (new client) someone answered and when I ask who do I need to speak to regarding cancellation I was told that they were out for lunch I called again on August 21st, tried that extension again but no luck When call back I tried to press for new clients This is the only way you can speak with real person I was ask by the representative for my phone number on file and then I told them that I would like to cancel the service She told me right away about the cancellation fee of $- $ I started telling them about I am not happy about the service and that is when she told me that I need to send and email regarding this matter.An email sent on August 24th to Direct Business Lending and I received an automated response that my email was received and a representative will contact me shortly No one did.In regards with the business plan, the only thing we received was an email that they received the questionnaire that we filled it out so that they can start the business plan Never received a copy of business plan About the website, I send them all the information they need to start the website I sent them the username , passwords, and the questionnaire that they sent through email I sent these information through regular mail and copies of managing partners' credit report I received confirmation from DBL receiving these documents It is true that I received an email on May 8th about website creation and I called them to let them know that they can start creating because I sent all the information about this.My business partners and I started doubting Direct Business Lending, the way they were handling our account If I do not have time to call DBL, one of my partners will call and speak to them and check what else needs to be done and we all get different answers There were one incident that one of my business partner has a very good credit score and we were told that they are going to use this information to get the funding We were told about to weeks to get funded I called and check and then I was told that they do not have my business partner's social security number If DBL have time to response through Revdex.com, they should find time to response to our calls Since I filed the complaint, I haven't heard from them The reason why we are closing the business because we know we are so far away to get the funding I do not want to continue doing business with Direct Business Lending I was fooled once to sign up I just do not want to be fooled again I should not be charge with the cancellation fee I heard that the Division Of Consumer Protection of Utah is investigating this company

I do not agree on their response at all We have been trying to contact them about cancelling the service since August 8th, one of my business partner made an appointment to speak of one the representative but he was told that the only person can cancel this service is me; I am the main person on the account When I called I was told to send an email for the cancellation of the service and when I addressed reason why we are cancelling the service; the representative admitted that they drop the ball on this one I also ask how come they never follow up my wife's credit and they say she was not included on the account I never received a copy of the business plan that they wrote When I ask about the website; they say they do not have all the information to start creating the website.Like what I said before, they always come up with these excuses and making us look that we are at fault and we are the one not cooperating with them It is not true not one of my business partner is moving out of the country.Before I filed a complaint with Revdex.com, I called that day to speak with someone but of course the same excuse that person is busy with other client.I am not going to fall for it anymore We are the one that filed the Articles of Organization for the business and paid $out of our pockets, we signed up for credit monitoring and we were being charge $a month out of our pockets, we purchase a domain for our website for $paid out of our pockets These are all expenses we paid through out of our pockets that didn't came out of what we paying to Direct Business Lending.I still would like to cancel the service with DBL, I reject to pay the cancellation fee.

I am rejecting this response because: We just received our dispute letters this week in the second round of clearing inaccurate information on our personal creditThe dispute process takes approximately days per round just for a response from the creditorsIt takes an additional seven to ten days to clear any discrepanciesThis does not include the time it has taken to receive the letters from Direct Business LendingWe did not even receive the first round until approximately June or July when this should have been done within the first month of service. Within the past two weeks, *** has continued to contact customer service in order to have our issues addressedWe have had to baby sit this entire process that we are paying for since services have been contractedWe were told on numerous occasions that we were close to funding throughout this entire processWe still have to build business credit which they have solicited us to contract more services without delivering on services we haveWe feel very mislead in this and that services were falsely advertised. Therefore, the timeline given is not feasible and they continue to fail to meet the expectations and deadlines that they are promisingWe would like to discontinue the services because we have allowed more than enough time to provide service and resolve our concerns.

For each of the previously stated reasons, we never guaranteed the Client financing.As we have told the Client, if she is willing to bring her account current, we shall provide her lender matching.In the interests of customer service, if the client is willing to sign a settlement agreement, we are willing to waive the client's cancellation fee and close her file.Under no circumstances are we going to refund the Client any fees

In order to address the allegations, our Resolutions team has provided summary of the documented interactions in relations to the file of the complainant, Client discussed signing up for our services on February 23, This conversation is documented on file 120+ days after the initial point of
contact in November of After speaking with our Funding Analyst, she explained her struggle of applying to banks for a loan and being declined; furthermore, she projected she would need $*** to $*** to start her venture to establish a child learning centerClient is advised that personal credit repair is a priority due to the number of inquiries the client has on her credit from going from bank to bankOn February 25th, the client gave [DBL Agent] permission to start services and was transferred to our Compliance Department to review and confirm the contract details for additional verificationDuring this recorded conversation, Direct Business Lending does NOT guarantee lending in 3-weeksFurthermore, we discuss in detail the consulting services provided and required before submitting to a lender Our Client agreesOn the call, we discuss in detail how our services will compliment any services she may already have available that are included in our package, such as business plans; our client agreesOnly after the client agrees to enter into our consulting services package do we take another step in covering our contract in detail Our company discussed the services on four separate occasions before providing a down payment and entering into the Service Agreement, a legally binding contract. In keeping with our contract, Direct Business Lending got right to work on our client’s file. On February 26th, the Introduction Call was completedOn this call, the client and a DBL representative reviewed the client's personal and business information in depth to identify our main priorities on the fileClient had their Entity Formation completed at the time of sign up and sent over documents to begin Business Credit EstablishmentThe client disclosed that she would provide her own Business Plan rather than having our team complete one for herThis was documented clearly by the agentThe client expressed her interest in a complex website and was set up to discuss her needs with a Website SpecialistThe client had a potential Lender Match and our team did the client right by forwarding the file to an Affiliate Company to review the criteria for funding, within the initial days, on February 29thWe also discussed terms that may be required on loans from lenders and discussed an option regarding the client’s 401kWe provided options. On Monday Feb 2016, the client signed a second contract for a customized website from a specialist in the Website Department based on the benefits discussed it will provide to her businessWe have it documented on the file that the additional contract was signed on 5:pm on February 29thDirect Business Lending prides itself on being available to provide more than what the base price includes for consultingNothing is done w/out the client’s full knowledge and signed contract Without a signed contract, Direct Business lending will not do work We must be in full agreement with our client. On March 7th, our Entity Formation Specialist did right by the client by collecting the applicable documents and analyzing the accuracy before advising the client to move forward and start establishing Business CreditOn the 9th of March, the client called in to our office to discuss their file and was able to review the next steps without an appointmentShe explained she had a concern about the payments being drafted automatically from her account[DBL Agent] set up an appointment to discuss payment method and concerns with a SupervisorDirect Business Lending, while primarily appointment based, provides a direct line to speak to our firm without appointment and our client received these services On March 11th, a Supervisor attempted to reach the client multiple times at the scheduled appointment timeEach time the agent received a voicemail prompt and left our contact information, as well as a follow up email to explain we attempted to make contact and had not been able to reach her[DBL Supervisor] did right by the client by setting a future appointment time to attempt to reach her againOn March 15th, our Resolutions Team discussed the file in full, per the request of the client.Our Business Credit Coach did right by the client by fulfilling a previously scheduled appointment, ready to assist progression on the fileThe agent did right by the client by taking the time to discuss her concerns in depth and further explain our intent as a company and as her professional consultantsThe appointment was completed successfully and the agent did right by the client by reiterating that we cannot guarantee time frames and assured that our team will continue to work to get her file Lender-Ready as soon as possible.The client escalated once again to our Supervisor after calling in on March 15thOn this date, the Supervisor documents that the client’s reason for cancellation is simply that she is fed up with our processAt this time, a review was scheduled to speak with another member of the Resolutions team and address her concernsBefore the client spoke with the Resolutions team, she was contacted by our Website Department to obtain photos to complete the Upgraded WebsiteOur Resolutions Manager reached out to the client on March 18th as scheduledThe client was called multiple times and there was no answer so she left a voice mail of her Again, Direct Business Lending was available to service our client. [DBL Agent] reviews concerns with client on March 21stThe client describes her concerns about the time line on her funding and states she does not wish to have a refund, but for services to be put to a stop because she wants to seek funding on her ownThe agent reviews the law-required 5-day Right to Rescind that was disclosed originally at the time of the contract signingThe agent did right by the client at the time and reassured her that we have been looking into options for funding while we've been executing the services outlined on the agreementThe agent further explains the purposes and benefits of our servicesThe Service Agreement was referenced by the agent, the 5-day right to rescind from the agreement On page 1, Point 5, of the service agreement the cancellation process
is clearly stated:If Customer chooses to cancel this agreement after the
initial 5-day period, client understands that Company has made significant
effort in fulfilling services and has incurred cost for servicesIf Company
accepts Customer cancellation request, Customer agrees that a cancellation fee
of $495-$1,based on services performed shall applyActual price shall be
determined by Company upon cancellation
On page of the Service Agreement, right above the clients
signature, is as follows:
This authorization to remain in full force and effect until
Direct Business Lending, LLC and/or its agents or assigns has received payment
in full or Direct Business Lending, LLC and/or its agents or assigns has
received written notification to terminate said authorizationThe termination
must be sent in such time and in such manner as to afford Direct Business
Lending, LLC and/or its agents or assigns and the financial institution a
reasonable opportunity to act on the termination.The client called back into the Client Services Department the same day, after discussing our process with our Resolutions Team, to cancel againOur Escalations Manager references the contract, signed by the client, to reiterate that the Service Agreement binds the company to complete the services listed as much as it binds the client to pay for any services rendered; the service agreement is in place as a legal protection for both partiesAs documented on the file, the client, when provided the cancellation options as outlined in her signed agreement, refusesThe client continues to object to the cancellation fee in the amount of $***, as manipulative. To also address the allegations that Direct Business Lending is promising services that we don’t intend to provide:Within less than days of working on the client’s file, there has be substantial contact and progression on the file, represented as follows: - appointments, covering all six different services outlined in the Service Agreement.- individual consultants working on her file simultaneously.- outbound emails communicating with the client regarding file status and the current progress. - Multiple calls from our client outside her scheduled appointments to provide unlimited support/consulting even when our client chose to miss her scheduled appointments with our Firm.- Lending Matching Strategy started on Day of membership with use of 401k Direct Business Lending offered a Settlement to cancel the Service Agreement on March 21st The client has not respondedDirect Business Lending is awaiting the client’s desired resolution to move forward with the Service AgreementDue to the substantial services provided, the original financed amount for all six services has been decreased to over 40% due to the client’s lack of cooperationThe company has identified a path of least resistance in order to assist and prepare our clients to obtain the funding they need to grow their businesses, no matter what stage of business, through trial and error, that has been and continues to be proven with each client we successfully match to a lenderThis is documented in writing as a requirement to be successful: “Please remember as the leader of your own business you should be motivated, confident, and able to be independent once funding is achievedIn order for us to accomplish funding we need to complete: Business Plan Writing, Personal Credit Improvement, Business Credit Establishment & Building, Website Creation & 3rd Party Verification, Lender Matching.” As listed on our website: “Direct Business Lending provides time-saving knowledge and expertise on the current lending environmentOur approach is straightforward and direct, in the fact that we take the time to do a comprehensive review on their entire business file, everything from incorporation structure, credit scores and reports, business finances, business plans and much moreWe will have an honest and open conversation and tell you all the good and bad things about your fileAcknowledging the good and bad aspects of an application allow for open and honest dialogue with our funding advisors which in turn allows them to advise on the best funding options available to each unique applicationObviously there are no guarantees, but through our resources we can help your business obtain access to a variety of different business financing options.”Direct Business Lending has fulfilled services and is still actively working with the client on their file according to the Service AgreementEach Direct Business Lending agent has been forth coming and proactive about addressing the concerns of the client along each step of the process as detailed above

in May, (Copy attached for your review) The Company charges a down payment of $for the service(s) we provide to entrepreneurs in order to help them in the funding processThis Client came to our Company on May 26, He spoke with an agent regarding hisfile and signed an initial agreement allowing us to work on his behalf and set an appointment with an advisor to go over his file.This Client signed a first agreement that allows us to begin working on their behalf and outlines our appointment with the advisorClient had a meeting over the phone with his Advisor in order to discuss what it takes for himspecifically to obtain fundingWe stated that he was approved for a $3,Business Services Package which will include:Entity FormationPersonal Credit RestorationBusiness Credit Establishment and BuildingBusiness Plan CreationWebsite Creation Including a Professional Business EmailThe following items have been fulfilled upon as part of our agreement:SFC Financing Contract Signed Business Plan Sent to Client Dispute Letters Sent to ClientEntity Formation Paperwork complete and emailed out to Client DUNS Number Establishment Website creationEach file is differentOur average file closes in about 30-daysUnfortunately *** *** was not in a position to qualify for funding that quickly, that is why we were working on his file to better his chances in receiving an approvalAs you can tell we have had a lot of work done for *** *** that was outlined in our Lender Prep PackageOur finance company has advised that Mr*** has stopped his monthly payment as of November 2015.A client service supervisor will be calling the client to address concerns and continue process on the file.Thank you, as always if you have any questions please let me know

to provide a LenderPrep Package which consists of the following services:Entity EstablishmentBusiness/Personal Credit Review and Resolution for Red Flags appearing on the personal credit bureausBusiness PlanWeb Page DesignLender MatchingThe cost for those services are $*** Our finance company provided the financing for the clientbecause the client did not have payment for the services up front All aspects of the financing agreementare discussed with the client prior to signing the contract by our compliance department on a recordedphone line This $*** was not a loan provided to the client It was to pay for Direct BusinessLending consulting services and lender prep package.Our goal is to provide lender matching and business loans to the client business within a 4-week time frame.Frequently, due to red flags on a client personal credit reports, funding does take longer because of contributing factors Also, if the business is a start up business, it does take some extra time to help the client establish any type of business credit To date, we have provided the client with a bank format approved business plan We have also completed the firstround of dispute letters for the credit bureaus, and are in the day response time provided byregulation We will again follow up on or around November 19, for personal credit review.We are diligently working on the client file A credit advisor will contact the client for another review to see if the client can be submitted to a lender once we receive an updated report The client missed hisappointment set up for November 5, We have rescheduled another file review appointment on November 19, Although we have not been able to reach the client, we are continuing to work on the lender prep packageand reviewing lenders that the client may be qualified to be submitted to.As always, please let us know if any additional information is needed

On March 23, 2015, we provided the client with the business plan, one of the required documents to be includedin a lender submittal package.We continued to work with the client with consultations, personal credit reviews and phone calls up to and including August24, at which time we were informed by our payment processor, that the only payments that had been processedwas the initial down payment, and the first monthly payment for the April payment In May, the client had closed theaccount that had been authorized The total amount paid by the client was $*** which represents the initialdown payment and installment payment of $***, for a total of $*** The payment processor continued to contact client to attempt to work out a way to get the file brought current so that the file could continue forwardDirect Business Lending worked on the case for months past the time that the drafts were stopped In an attempt to resolve this complaint, We are still committed to our client and want to provide the rest of the services as provided for in the Lender Prep Package We are willing to work with the client on the past due payments so we can continue our relationship We want to see them succeed and want to be a part of their success.For clarification please note:Our company is not a lenderWe provide services to help a client receivefunding when they are otherwise not qualifiedOur time frames vary depending upon thecomplexity of the fileOur average file takes 30-days Most files are more complex and take longer to fundWe are committed to our client no matter the length of time it takes for them to receiving funding

Customer was contacted by Director of Customer Relations It was mutually decided that client would continue working with Direct Business Lending We have set up weekly meetings with our client for every Thursday morning at 8:Pacific Time to discuss progress or any other matters pertaining to the client file

I am rejecting this response because: They promised from day that Direct business funding will continue working with me until I get the fundingNow they are saying they cannot guarantee me any fundingWhy should I pay them a single penny If you can't do the job I'm paying you forBusiness plan and other stuff are just another scamI'm here to do business which means I already have a business planThey constantly said I have to do a business plan, website so that they can present me in front of a lender.All that was done because DIRECT BUSINESS needed to show some reason to take moneyI'm not the first victim of them, There's at least people out there who went thru the same scamThey don't have enough gutts to send all the voice record from day Isn't it a common sense, If someone would tell you " I can't guarantee you the loan, however you have to pay me regardless" who will be that stupid to do so?? I already do not have money, still I had to pay them. They wrote me some dispute letter to mail to credit bureauPlease note: I had to mail themHowever they should have known few charges will never erase from my recordThe letter they wrote I could have write them as wellOn top of that they gave me wrong mailing address of ***. If Direct business claim they did work for me, well then I answer is You got paid for the work you have doneNow do not ask for a single pennyI need all my money back as they couldn't to the actual workInstead wasted my time and money.

On February 5, 2016, a supervisor called and spoke to Mr *** about his concerns and to followup on the client's file Mr*** advised that he needed additional funding We had assisted Mr***previously with funding but additional funds are needed We advised Mr *** of the documents needed to continue with Lender Matching and once the additional documents needed were received, wecould proceed.On February 10, 2016, Mr*** was contacted again about not receiving the documents requested.We were informed that he would not be able to provide some of the documents requested Mr*** wasadvised that we would again speak to the supervisor about alternative documents and that wewould contact the client back the same day We attempted to contact the client back, and therewas no answer and a voice mail message was left as well as an email sent to the client.On February 11, 2015, we again attempted to contact Mr*** and were unable to reach the client.Another voice mail was left asking for a return call Additionally, another email was sent to theclient asking for a return call.As of February 16, 2016, we have not received any return calls from the client Direct BusinessLending would like to continue to assist the client in getting the additional funding neededfor the business
