I paid for advertising in May of this year and it still hasnt been sent to printI requested a refund and was told there is a 24hr cancellation policyI guess they can just delay my add forever and I cant get a refund? In my eyes Direct Fairways is in breach of contract and running a scamMy type of services are typically utilized in June/July when the add was supposed to printNo one wants pressure washing to be done in the winterSo for now I cant get a refundSave your moneyI am also filing a complaint with Revdex.com

Direct Fairways charged me for goods and services I didn't accept and that weren't delivered as agreed 3/29/The representative from Direct Fairways contact my business by phone and offered to do an advertisement for one year at [redacted] and said it will go in the printing at the end of the June The sales person told me the quantity of prints and said that all members of [redacted] will receive the guide of the country club with advertisement complimentaryThe sale person gave me more information by phone and charged my credit cardAfter receiving the contract later, I couldn’t find the details what I have been told on the phone in the contract and I wasn’t happy about it 4/3/The sales representative from Direct Fairways contacted me again and offered 2-year advertisement at Windyke country clubThe sales representative was hurrying me up to reserve the spotI told him that I will not agree without seeing the contractI reject the offer withou

I too have been swindled by this company! I paid just about $1,for my business to be listed in their yardage booksEach time I emailed them for a copy of the yardage books, they assured me it was in the mail...still waiting 3-months laterAfter attempting many times to get in touch with these THIEVES I still have received nothing...And, after trying to find out if I was listed at the golf course they proposed, there was nothing in my name at all!!! I have a hard time believing the positive reviews??? Once they called me for the first golf course, at $for advertising...they called several days later saying they would give me two years for the same price as onePLEASE Do no fall for these LIARS! Does the Revdex.com even look into this stuff? Why after all these negative postings they are still in business? They STEAL!

I was contacted by Direct Fairways to place an ad on the score cards for The [redacted] Course in Sherrill, NYI called the golf course to confirm it was a legit solicit and spoke with Ruth at the courseRuth verified that the course is buying score cards from this companyI went ahead and placed the adI received a receipt via emailMy initial phone contacts with Direct Fairways was Stephanie, then Cory, and Cory sealed the deal on the adAfter I placed the ad and my credit card was charged, I was contacted by Matt to upgrade my ad about 4-days laterAfter a persuasive conversation, I agreed to upgradeAfter I agreed, I called Ruth to verify that again this was legit because Matt stated the score cards were upgraded by the golf course to a tri-fold score cardRuth stated she did not upgrade and would only ever obtain a bi-fold score card for the courseRuth asked me who I spoke with and I couldn't remember at the momentShe asked me if it was Collin and I wasn'

I received a call yesterday from a company called "Direct Link Corporation" aka "Direct Fairways." They said that they were looking for a new, exclusive Realtor to feature in all the local golf course's newsletters because they had received several complaints about the existing Realtor's service and no longer were going to allow sub-par service for their high-end clients. Ya right is what I was thinking. Anyway, I did what I usually do for sales calls and requested that they email me their information and I would get back to them when I could. They did email me and the sample newsletter looked like something my 12 year old could create so obviously I had no interest.
Today, they have called me over and over. Finally, I answered and told them, first of all, their price was too high ($3,495/year) and, second, their newsletter wasn't professional looking so I didn't want to be part of it. "Mike" then said he could reduce the price to $1,580/year and that what he sent me was just an example, but the real newsletter was really nice because all their staff has been to college for design. I told him to send me the real newsletter and then I would decide. Instead he had "Josh" from their "art department" call me. Josh was yelling "shut up!" to someone in the background when I answered. Super professional...He then said Mike said I had some questions for him. I told him I wanted to see an example of the newsletter. He asked if I had been sent the July one. I told him I had but that the sales rep told me it was just an example, not what the real newsletter looks like, and I wanted to see the real one since the example was hideous. He snapped back "That's our newsletter. If you don't like it, you don't have to be in it." Thank you, sir, for confirming exactly what I was already thinking - this is nothing but a scam.

LETS GET IT!
COME ON MAN YOU GOT THIS.

These people dont know how to sell.
A real sales man does'nt work with scammers.
So I got the hell out of there.
I want to help people not scammed them like that.
399.00 for an ad
700.00 for real estate.
Hahahaha
Dont do it.
Nobody look at yardage or score cards anymore.

I thought it was a good tool,I used to work there.
I was wrong,They sold a card to a friend of mine and he spend alot of money for a stupid ad that does'nt work.
And plus I was ripped off on comission so dont even bother with these people.
So if you hear CLAP CLAP CLAP...Thats because they are selling.
Money hungry.

I agree with all the other reviews, total scammers! We're a new business which is probably why we got targeted for their advertising. Never saw their ad and never got one single lead from their ads. Absolutely no support or customer service, all they want to do is sell you more. I would give these guys 0 stars if that were possible. Very disappointed and will never use these dudes again!

I am beyond FURIOUS with this company! I paid for advertising for two years at two golf courses. Black Bear and Mount Dora Country Club, Both in Florida. I was told I would have a quad ad and be on a par 5 card at Black Bear, and I would have a triple ad and be on a par 5 card at the country club... I personally went to both of these courses and I am only on the score card at Black Bear, and it is a very small ad, NOT the huge ad I paid for! and I am not anywhere on anything at the Country Club. I want my $1300 back! I have called and emailed countless times and I always get Janea's voicemail to a google number, and Mark's email is no longer in service and there is an absolute AS that I fight with via phone & email, named Edgar Martinez. He says I received everything I paid for...I asked him if he is holding the finished product in his hand, because I am! He promptly hung up on me. How do I get my money back after MONTHS of fighting with these scammers?

I PAID for advertising in May of this year, tried contacting the company several times to work on artwork for the next several months, finally talked to someone a month ago, only because we kept getting phone calls to try to sell us ad space When I did talk to a rep OUR artwork could no longer be modified because it had already gone to print and the proof they sent me was HORRIBLE I was told the golf course would receive print by Oct 15th The golf course hasn't received anything and I am unable to reach anybody in regards to this We are a small family run business and every dollar counts so this has been a huge hit for us Direct Fairways is in breach of contract and running a scam I have read many other reviews and it seems that all positive feedback is paid and not organic I've never dealt with anyone/thing like this in my life

Please do yourself a favor and do not even listen to them when they contact youThey really are scammersI am a business owner and was contacted by Direct Fairways over a year agoI spoke with two gentleman who sold me on two advertisementsMake a very long story short the advertisements that came out were the ones that I did not approveWhen I checked the golf courses for my advertisement they were either non existent or they were the wrong advertisement in the wrong section of the book that was promised to me and paid for I was promised so many things by Direct Fairways and did not receive what I was promisedAs a business owner I can understand that mistakes happen and sometimes we arent in control of issues like these so I went ahead and contacted themI explained the situation in its entirety and was met with resistance, disrespect and down right aggressionWhen I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that I was speaking with the customer service managerAt that point I knew I was dealing with a fraudulent companyI have never been spoken to so unprofessionally beforeI asked to be transferred to anyone besides this personWhen I was transferred I spoke with a gentleman who was most likely sitting directly beside her because he already knew the entire conversation and began the conversation in a very rude mannerThe conversation we had is not important because it was the same as the first oneThe aggression from the customer service department when asking about an order that went wrong is disturbing and to me eye opening(Before I go on I must say that after the conversations I had that day, I was so disturbed that a company could be ran like this that I contacted my COO and had a very long conversation about the importance of customer service and how imperative it is to respect peoples hard earned money they are trusting you with)
After being spoken to the way I was I decided to tell them I was going to do a charge-back because I didn't get what I was promised and I have emails stating thisI was met with "Oh, so you are saying you are going to open a lawsuit against us?" Um, well, not exactlyAt that point I decided that no one there was intelligent enough to assist me in any wayOver a year later I am still disputing this chargeI spent a lot of money with this company, the money is not the pointThe point is that when a company makes a mistake they should do whatever it is they can to satisfy the customerI am not upset about the order, I am upset and confused about why a company would go to such a great length to dissatisfy a customerThis company is wrong and they took money away from my companyI do not want to harm Direct Fairways in anywayI just want whats right in this situation and whats right is to refund the moneyThis will go on as long as it needs to because it is the principle that mattersI will not give up and will go to any length to prove that Direct Fairways scammed me

The telemarketer called asking to speak to the owner while sounding as if he was eatingThat was the first turn offI told him we were not interested, that we did not service the area he was trying to promote, and he hung up rather abruptlyWithin a few minutes he called back and said "I just mapped it out and you are within xyz miles of this location." I again explained that we do not service the area he was promoting and he again abruptly hung upAt first I thought his reaction was rather comical, then after pondering for a while I decided I wanted to make his supervisor aware of the impression he made so they could do some coachingI called back the number on the caller ID which the telemarketer answeredWhen I asked to speak to his supervisor he hung up on meI called the main number for customer service only to leave a voicemailI attempted to call the number on the caller ID again thinking maybe a different telemarketer would answer, and I could speak to the supervisorIt went to a voicemailWithin a minute or so the original telemarketer called me back angryHe said, "You are on the do not call listYou are just down the roadI SUGGEST (yes, he stressed that) that you DO NOT call back again." Wow! Yes, it came across threateningI called the main customer service number from a personal phone and finally spoke with a CS manager who acted more and more surprised each time I expressed the turn of eventsShe was very kind, and tried very hard to get me to edit and change my review on GoogleShe also offered a free ad spot for a year if I would change my reviewI wasn't impressed with someone trying to bribe meI left my rating, but had already tried to delete the review because I wanted to give them a chance to coach, but upon seeing a pattern from weeks/months of similar situations I chose to leave it as isWhen I was speaking with the service manager she expressed that his actions was not how they do businessUpon reading reviews from weeks/months prior that are similar to the experience I had, it appears they continue to allow these practicesI am not a customer that pays, but could be considered a potential customer that THEY approached

Rude customer serviceStill waiting on my ad that I paid for almost a year agoWhen asked about a discount before even printing the ad they gave me the runaround and they are still doing itDO NOT do business with Direct Fairways- it's likely a scam

On 3/2/2016, we (*** *** ***) purchased advertising from Direct Fairways to be placed on the course map page of the *** *** *** *** *** *** for the 2016-seasonI paid $for premium placement of our adI signed a contract with Direct Fairways and paid a $deposit on 3/2/and I paid the remaining $on 3/24/I approved the artwork for the golf course guide on April 4, with their art department, well within the deadline for the 2016-course guide On 6/8/Mark Van A*** went to the *** *** *** to pick up a copy of the course guide to see the adMuch to his surprise he did not find the ad on the course map page or in the course guide anywhere He confirmed with the employee of the golf course that it was the new 2016-course guide Then he saw on the back of the course guide that the course book was not produced by Direct Fairways in Tempe, AZ at all, it was produced by Bench Craft Company in Portland OregonOn 6/

Direct Fairways did not honor a two-year contract They charged $to my credit card without authorization for an "early renewal" even after they were asked to look into the contract from March that was for two-years I stupidly gave them my personal credit card number in March for a "special deal to extend the contract from a one-year to two-year term" They required immediate payment to take advantage of the offer so I did not have time to get a paper check from my employer This was a one time authorization in March Now I've personally been charged $on my credit card for an ad for my employer which is bogus for a couple reasons: 1- We've already paid for 2018's ad; 2- I never authorized a $charge to my personal account; 3-I've asked them to look into the contract terms and have not had any response despite the documentation I have given them Now, I'm left spending time dealing with my credit card company trying to dispute the charge, when I have a lo
