One of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal withWe purchased two ads from them, one of the golf courses closed and we were told we could switch our ad, and we never heard back from themI called a few times and got transferred until I was droppedThen they called for more $and I just got the scorecard we purchased for the WRONG COURSE!!!!

The company has not delivered on an advertising product (golf course guides) that was promised to meI spent a total of $split in two payments that were made in January and FebruaryI was assured that the course guides would be printed and sent out in MarchIt is now June and the guides still have not been sentNo communications have ever been initiated by Direct FairwaysI have only ever heard back from them after multiple emails and callsWhen the company did respond to emails, there was always another promise of 1-more weeksI have asked repeatedly for a refund as I feel at this point that there is no intention of printing these course guidesI know that I have been mislead and fear this is a scam

These people are just flat-out liars They told us that our advertisement would be prominently displayed on the yardage booklets for particular golf courses, and that the only way a golfer at a particular course could keep score was to keep score on the scorecard in the yardage booklet When we went to the course, the course managers said that they hardly ever give out the yardage booklets, and that they do indeed have other scorecards with no advertisements on them Nobody ever even sees our advertisement
We also paid for our advertisements to be on actual scorecards for other golf courses We were in complete agreement that our advertisement needed to be in a particular spot on the golf scorecardsThey did not put the advertisement on the card where they said they would Their customer service guy at first sounded helpful, but has since vanished The advertisement we paid for is supposed to last for years, and they said they would reach out to us periodically to get ne

They called me and I was sold on a course far from where I liveBut agreed it would pay for itself with two paying customersDecided to call the golf courseThe owner answered and said that they are not doing busines with that company and have had many others calleds that ask him the same questionsThey seem to be very shady and unreliable as a companyDont say yes till you verify every end of the transactionEven my bank said that this was a fraudulent charge and that other bank users have had to cancel there cards and dispute the chargeIts hard as a small business owner I'm struggling already not only to be scammed by more than 80% of the advertising companies out thereI've made complaints against them as well

I wrote a review, and hopefully you can read that for a detailed description I would have copied and pasted had I known I needed to post it twice
Basically, they do not follow through on their contract They made a money back guarantee that I would receive not only calls, but at least enough business to pay for the ad I received no calls for approx the first year I went to the golf course to inquire about the ad in their brochure The pro-shop had no clue as to what I was talking about, but finally went to a cabinet and pulled out the brochures They said, "they don't leave them out because they get so few of them." I have tried to talk to Direct Fairways about this several times, but they are very difficult to reach I called *** *** golf course, but the person who placed the ads no longer worked there, and the manager refused to speak with me
I had a lawyer write them a demand letter concerning the money back guarantee They have not responded in any way Thi

I purchased a scorecard advertisement and a golf guide advertisement in October of they were to be published and at the golf course first of the yearIt is now August and they are still not thereI have asked for a refund and they refuseThere is only one person that you can talk to *** who doesn't seem to understand what fulfilling a contract meansEven if they were to produce it now which I doubt our season is overI am also retiring at the end of this year so this does me absolutely no good

This painter was hired to finish a job of another painter (whom we let go due to charging unfair prices)We hired Ryan S*** of Studebaker Son's Paint and Drywall to finish the jobHe had days to finish and the paint was already half done, all prep work done and done wellI offered to pay the second half of what I originally paid the other painter for labor- ($600- since all the paint was already purchased, and then this painter said we would need more gallons and charged me another $160)
Things seemed to be going well until he said he was almost done and on the very last day which was the day of the deadline- this painter showed up late, with his child, and started hastily paintingThis was a rental unit with a new tenant moving in the next day
This painter said he was done at 11:at night, there was still tape everywhere, paint all over my flooring, appliances, bathtub, and fixtures
He left many places unpainted and would not let me get through a walk through w

I have asked times now to stop being called and Direct Fairways will not comply with my request People calling from this organization are rude and incompetent Give them your money and watch it puff away I will be calling my local Senator to file the next complaint, and I will incessantly be filing complaints with local and federal governments This business needs to be investigated

I was double charged for an advertisement fee of $in March and for the same amount in May The business called and said they needed to fill their advertising space and if I wanted to extend my subscription I verbally told them no They charged my card anyways I disputed the charge with my bank at ***

I was called back in January of to advertise at two different golf courses of which neither of them received my add for Genesis car care One does not do business with direct Fairways pamphlet in the middle of July which is halfway through the golf seasonThey wanted to charge me $Plus for a 2-year add at golf course and $Plus at the second golf course for the same two yearBut now they're sending me an email for another $I feel they should return my money for the one Golf Course that is no longer doing business with direct Fairways I have tried to call and email with no responses

I paid for advertising in May of this year and it still hasnt been sent to printI requested a refund and was told there is a 24hr cancellation policyI guess they can just delay my add forever and I cant get a refund? In my eyes Direct Fairways is in breach of contract and running a scamMy type of services are typically utilized in June/July when the add was supposed to printNo one wants pressure washing to be done in the winterSo for now I cant get a refundSave your moneyI am also filing a complaint with Revdex.com

My small company was contacted via phone in March by a representative of this companyThey offered one year of advertising on a nearby golf club scorecardThe price was $for the full year for a business card size ad, which sounded like a great dealThey also guaranteed that there would be not competing businesses, for example only one law firm, one hair salon, etc
I called the local golf club (I googled their number, it wasn't given to me by the scammers) to verify with them that they had indeed partnered Direct Fairways for their scorecardsI spoke with a manager, and he confirmed that they had
I called Direct Fairways back to get more information, and they were very pushy in taking the payment, and made it sound like there were a lot of people interested and if I didn't pay right away I would miss out on that opportunity, so I compliedThey took my credit card number down, and they immediately sent me a text on which I simply had to reply "yes", and and my credit c

I made payment on time and when requestedThey informed me that the following week I would receive a phone call to go over details of my ad space I purchasedI never received a phone call and after two months of hearing nothing I decided to callThey told me the ad was getting ready to print and I said how so if you do not have my ad informationI then requested a refund which I was told I would be able to receive one by the representative I originally talked to two months priorRegardless of there terms and conditions they have not delivered on there promise and product, thus I have paid for nothingI tried explaining that if they do not refund me my money for not providing a service/product I will be contacting the Revdex.com and will never do business with them againBut they want to hold tight on $that in the long run is going to cost them thousands, because the local golf club is not going to use them ever againWorst customer service I have ever received and I still have not

I signed up for ad in July for a golf score card and they signed me up for ads when I clearly have proof that I emailed them to tell them I only wanted ad They charged me for * *** *** and have not provided the sample score card for the ad and refused to refund meThey continue to tell me they will send me a sample score card and still have not

We're a small company of years strong, and simply, always do what's right for our customers We are a seasonal business that moves with the storms, never knowing when or where we will be at any given time We were contacted by Direct Fairways to advertise with them on a local golfcourse in our (at the time) current area After over a two dozen calls, texts, and emails, they finally convinced us to advertise on the Pebble Creek golf course, promising that the ad would come out before and during our hail season months They knew it was pointless for us to run any ads after the hail seasonThey soon called us back making more promises if we would run an additional ad at half price, for the second portion of the course The first ad was for $and the second was $350.00, for a grand total of $ The $ad came out approximately months late, after the hail storm season, and after we had already left the area( It was also printed in the wrong location of the score

I was impressed with the quality of the yardage card I received at my local golf tournamentI needed them to be at the course within months of my purchase and they turned out great Douglas in the booking department was extremely helpful with this whole process Thank you
