These orders are automatically transferred to our printing department for immediate processing.  At this point no one touches these orders.  Per your call on 10-31-16, with our representative did advised you of our daily phone and hours of operation schedule, Monday through Saturday.  We are no longer open on Sundays. In response to your dispute I would like to explain per research this was an online order on 7-15-15 with a MasterCard ending on 9903 with expiration date of 7-19. And same email address as listed on your dispute. We have adjusted this account in the amount of $32.48 you now have a zero balance with us.

However, after looking at the credit card information you supplied to me in your response, it is obvious that you(Direct Checks) and I have been the victims of credit card fraud. I do not have this card. Someone has attached my name, email, and address to a fraudulent card. Please flag this card so that we both do not suffer a financial loss in the future. Once the order is in the shopping cart, our website still will allow the consumer to edit the order for a final review.  This applies to all the unwanted options, pricing and grand total prior to submitting a method of payment.  In your case the handling charge applies to all re-order customer’s orders; this information is printed on all advertisements such as re-order form from your last pad of checks. Per printing in our website Checks Unlimited does offer several options to assist you with your order. Fraud protection, Ez-shield, and Ups priority mail with tracking are options you needed to deselect all unwanted options twice. Handling is not part of the offer; a $3.45 handling fee per box applies to all re-orders customers, unless otherwise indicated on the ad. Your order on file has been adjusted in the amount of $32.55 this credit applies to EZ-Shield -Fraud Protection has been cancelled, Ups and handling. Your credit card on file has been credited please allow 72 business hours for processing. Total amount paid for 4/boxes of personal checks $58.92.

After investigating this matter I would like to explain that per company and security procedure all orders are subject to verifications through our Security Department. All offers are code driven in regards to the internet orders per procedure once in the system, are automatically transferred to our printing department for immediate processing. I would like to explain that our general email per printing on line under contact us, this site features all of our products. To find immediate answers to the most common questions, it reference to please take a look at the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. If you still have questions, to complete the section below. It doesn't reference how to cancel an order. Under FAQ it does reference "How to cancel an order" as printed it reads "We apologize, but we are unable to cancel an order online". Please call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and speak with a representative for further assistance. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Mountain Time. Your order would have been cancelled right away. Your order has been shipped as of 05-11-15, with UPS tracking and is schedule for delivery on 05-14-15 by the end of day. You may refuse the package or destroy the checks. A credit refund has been issued to your credit card on file as of today, in the amount of $60.94. Please allow 72 business hours.

It would be nice if you have the cancellation policy in your order confirmation and not hidden in Frequently Asked Question.

I am rejecting this response because: this company is trying to make their internal policy apply to me. I have read their privacy policy and clearly it states that if there is no further business partnership, then here  is no reason to continue to hold on to somebody's personal banking records. I will now file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office. The clear and simple fact is I simply want my personal bank account information removed from their files and I will be satisfied.  I cannot trust this company, or any other, to safeguard my information. I will do it myself. For the record, if this company is breached, after I have requested my information deleted several times, I will sue the pants off of them.   Furthermore,  I do not understand their need to keep my information hostage? Simply delete my account information. Rest assured, I will NEVER even consider doing business with them ever again. I regret doing business in the first place. I never dreamed they would refuse to remove me from their database. Their internal policy has no bearing on me whatsoever!

In response to your dispute I would like to explain that in deed there was a manufacturing programing printing error. The entire order was processed twice in the plant. The first time, boxes 1, 2 and 3 were destroyed because box 4 was not available to match and ship. However; box four was processed as a single box order and shipped out. The entire order was re-run, which the complete 4 box order, and the single box order you received. As courtesy Checks.com will reimburse you the stop payment fee with proper documentation you may fax it with a copy of this letter to our free fax XXX-XXX-XXXX.
