I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I very much appreciate them writing off the balance. I do urge the company though to notify people if the amount of the original payment isn't adequate. Please give people a chance to accept or cancel their order. I am visually handicapped and the small print is extremely difficult for me to read. I'm sure there are others like me with vision problems and who also don't remember who they ordered checks from in the past. In my case it was five years ago. I appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com in getting this matter resolved in such a timely manor. *** ** ***

I did not use any code when ordering onlineI ordered a product on 9/and paid for it to be delivered on 9/You sent me the WRONG order which I received on 9/and your company refused to send the correct order via the one day shipping that I paid for. Now you send a NEW/THE CORRECT ITEM free of charge that will take 10-business days for delivery? This proves that you broke the agreed upon contract.I do not need your NEW/CORRECT ITEM NOW (9/20) as I have no use for the itemI needed it by 9/which is why I paid for the one day shippingI deserve to be refunded the entire amount, not just the shipping charge as I do not need your item as it was not useful after 9/7/You charged me for something, did not keep your side of the contract which voids the contractYou stole money from me
