I have been using Checks unlimited since 2007.
I have never had a problem.
My last order in feb of 2020 was a disaster.
I got part of my order, When I called to complain about it they couldn't even find my order.
There system only holds order for a few months.
Do not order from this company, they will rip you off and than blame you.

I mailed in order form from Sunday ad paper. I received the one book of checks I ordered 25 days after mailing it in and 18 days after my check cleared. The address is wrong - says Street instead of Blvd and no unit number - the correct information I provided. Will not use this company again

I think the website and phone sales associates are misleading and dishonest. It says free shipping but handling will be $3.45 / box. When I asked what "handling" was, I was told it was printing. So you can buy checks but printing is a separate fee? Totally misleading by giving you a low price for checks but you have to pay an additional 3.5 for printing of those cheap checks. beware! If this is all it takes to get a Revdex.com A+ rating. . . the rating system is of no value to consumers.

Completely shady. I've been ordering checks from them for years with no problems. This time, the order total came to $36, thanks to a promo code. They charged me $83. The 1-800 number doesn't work. I sent a comment through the "contact us" section and never heard back. The email confirmation contains no actual information. I found another number, sat on hold for several minutes, and finally got hold of a person, who told me that the checks I chose were twice as expensive as they were when I ordered them, and also the total given by the website wasn't the total (even though it said it was) and didn't include extra fees, shipping and handling. An A+ rating is completely unfounded, and I will never order from them again.

I have ordered checks from them several times successfully in the past, so I had no reason to search reviews or question the process this time. I ordered checks last month and entered payment information (as you are REQUIRED to do before placing the order). Now I'm getting spammy looking emails from them saying my "account" is delinquent. They're threatening to report me to collections. That's absurd--they required payment up front (like every other company on the internet). Don't know if it's the company trying to pull something or someone scamming their company, but it needs to stop. If something shows up on my credit report I'll be quite eager to get my lawyer friend to work up a class action lawsuit, as the internet is full of people reporting multiple bad business practices on this company over the last year.

Terrible! They apparently do not have any safety/ security in place. They allowed someone else to order checks with my info and have them sent to another state. They also allowed them to be sent out when the CC declined and then sent me a bill! They were rude on the phone and would not help me. They should not be in business!

Will never use them again. Website is priced in 'boxes' of checks, does not say how many checks are in a box,or how many books are in a box. I purchased checks from them before, a box contained 4 books or 200 checks. Now they call a box 2 book package (100 checks). Then when you go to check out they hit you with a 10.00 'handling' charge+ shipping+ etc. So basically I got 200 checks for 51.00 and change. Rip-off.

Cheaters. Be careful. They show you different amount in their website. Confirmation email shows only order number. They never show the charged amount. You will be under the impression that they will send you confirmation email with amount. All of a sudden one day you will get checks and lot of money will be charged on your credit card.
I request state attorney to investigate on this company.

I needed to get checks for a new bank account printed quickly because I had wrongly assumed that checks would come with my account (as used to be standard practice), and had not ordered through my bank. I trusted Checks Unlimited with a rush order even though this more than doubled my cost. When the order didn't come, I used the confirmation email to try to track the checks online. The online system said "cancelled." When I called in to query about the cancellation, a "supervisor" said that the cancellation was a fraud prevention measure. She all but accused me of fraud, and said they'd had a lot of problems lately. I don't think accusing customers of fraud is an acceptable fraud-prevention measure. I will never order checks from this company again, and I'm not happy that they have my personal data.

When you have concerns and ask her, she just repeatedly say " YOU HAVE TO DO........." . By the way her sound is really like a ZOMBIE ROBOT! I understand some representative will lose their patient when custom ask too many questions, HOWEVER the CHECKS.COM representatives lose their patients after you say "HI"! Even she IMPATIENTLY introduces her name!

I placed an order online, and the price changed the instant I clicked Complete Purchase. Emailed immediately after ordering and then called in to complain, but they "couldn't cancel because it was already being printed" within 24 hrs of placing the order. They agreed to refund the difference, but I was charged $82.63 for an order that should have been $23.22 and they're only refunding $46. Oh, and it will take 10-14 days to issue a refund? This was their Artistic Checks brand (customer service even asked, "Which company are you trying to reach?")

Bottom line, I will not be using them again, and I strongly advise against using any of their brands.

On 12/06/19, I ordered a box of checks online and paid extra for the UPS trackable option to ensure tracking and security. When I never received my checks by 12/30/19, I went online to inquire about my order. The site states the checks were mailed on 12/12/19 with "UPS Trackable", however there not not a tracking number. I then called customer service to inquire about order and they stated that Hawaii does not have a trackable option. Again, I paid extra for this option! I then stated that I would never have ordered the checks if tracing the order was not an option due to the highly sensitive information being ordered. I was offered no apologies or resolve, just told to call back in a week. To date (01/07/20), I have still not received my order and was provided very poor customer service. No resolve on identify theft or recommendations, only stating they will refund my order within 5-8 business days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! As an additional note, I have filed a complaint with Revdex.com due to the false allegation and extra service charge of offering UPS trackable packages.
