Jaeson had a tricky install project to deal with, given he had to work around 1950's plumbing and a makeshift patio, but he came up with a plan for the installation and did an excellent jobHe also did a good job cleaning up after the work was finished and was very appreciative of the bit of help I gave during the planning and setup
I highly recommend FEWA based upon the three people who came to our property (Jack who did the initial sale, and two installers including Jaeson), they were all extremely professional and came across as just really nice peopleAll three are a credit to their company, if all of the staff are this good the company should go far

Having health issues do due their Company replacing the Venting system and Air Conditioner in our home

I have been having chest pains, constant coughing and breathing issuesSince they replaced the duct work and venting and Air Conditioner systems When the men were here to change the duct work, they left the air on so it would cool the attic spaceWell the blown insulation in the attic was then being sucked into the venting system and the A/C unitWhich in turn blew insulation through out the homeThey sent Stanley Steamer to clean the vents and the carpetThey really should have been replaced everythingWe have made numerous attempts to reach Jason S*** and Dan C*** to get this situations rectified? I have been to my Doctor to try and figure out what is going on? They did a ekg to see if there was a heart issue, they have taken x-rays? When speaking with Dan he said he would make sure everything was fixed and taken care ofBu

SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW A/C STYLE NAME RHEEM-MODEL RH1T3617STANSERIAL #WON 6/16/WE HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH IT NOT WORKING PROPERLY,THE A/C THERMOSTAT WAS CHANGED, THE TRANSFORMER WAS CHANGED TWICE INSIDE THE FURNACE AND IT WAS LEAKING WATER IN THE GARAGE.THEY CAME TO OUR HOME TIMES TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HAS NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED THEY LEFT THE RETURN HANGING OUT THE WALL AND STILL NOT FIXED,INSULATION THEY HAVEN'T YET COME BACK TO FINISH THERE JOB,TODAY 07/10/THEY WHERE SUPPOSE TO GET HERE FROM 12/3PM AND STILL NOT HERE ITS 6:PM TODAY HAVEN'T CALLED YET EITHER,SEVERAL TECH CAME TO TRY AND FIX THE PROBLEM BUT NOTHING YET HAS BEEN RESOLVED WE HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES TO SPEAK TO THE A/C MANAGER DAN BUT NO LUCK GETTING HIM TO RETURN MY CALLS, THE SALES REPS NAMES IS STACEYJESSICA CAME WITH THE PAPER WORK FOR US TO SIGN THE CONTRACT EVERTHING WAS WRONG ST
