Improperly operating system after they serviced the equipmentDamage to property
On 7/12/Scott with Energy Air came to our home to service our Rain Soft systemScott was great and explained and showed me every thing he did and replacedWe left for vacation on the morning of the 13th and returned on the evening of the 16thWhen the garage opened up there was water and ceiling material all over the placeI quickly found that the pipes connecting to the system were all disconnectedI reconnected them and checked for leaksNone foundThe system back flushed early Monday morning and woke us at 3:30amthe pipes had blown apart againI bypassed the system as I've been instructed to do by Energy Air in the pastCalled them Monday morning and they said a manager would call meNo call was receivedI called again Tuesday morning and they scheduled for a field manager to come out and take picturesA field manager showed up and and took some pictures but offered no help as to fi
Equipment was installed wrong, causing a waste of water and plumbing bills

Company installed new water softener Did not use proper pipingPassed inspection because they insulated pipesJob looked like crap
Rain soft water softener was installedThey used cpvc piping which the company stated I requested which I did notI had asked several times to run it in pvcMade company pull permitFirst inspection failed due to improper strapping and cpvc pipe was not protected properly Tech came back out and insulated pipe with armor flex and black duct tapeInstall was hideous Inspector passed inspectionI let Josh and Nils know that I was unhappy with the "adjustment"Josh still reschulded inspection so it could pass knowing I wanted the pipe changed out This was back in late April early may I had spoken with josh on this matter a few times and he said he wanted to correct itHis solution was to take off the insulation and collect PaymentBy taking the insulation off the pipe will be unprotected againTherefore the inspection would not pass if
I found Florida Energy's technician, Mike, to be very professional and knowledgeableHe responded to all my questions and advised me on how to make my water softener last longerI feel he is a valuable asset to the company and we took his advise
purchased a new a/c unit to include a new unit handler,it has been over months and work has not been completed-unit not working properly either
on 9/17/we sign a contract to purchase a/c unit so we can replace handler which was the part of the unit that we were having problems with but since we could not have one without the other according to salesman we agreed to buy the whole unitthe appointment was set by *** so we though we were dealing with*** and we felt confortable since we have dealt with them before but we later found out they are only backing up this companyFlorida Energy does the work and they purchase all equipment and or materials from***the salesman hector m*** assure us that the whole unit in the closet was going to be replaced with a new one and that everything was going to look really nicethe draining lines going to the outside of the house were going to be replaced alsowell it turned out that only part of the unit was repl
