The initial installment of our water treatment device was done very sloppy with exposed wires, crooked towers, and the water runoff placed against the houseThe manager of the company was very apologetic and in a couple days we had a new technician out to do a complete reinstallIt looks fantastic now! The wires and drain is hidden and he even brought covers for the computersVery happy that they could correct this with no hasslesThe only reason for stars now is that we are still awaiting our living products delivery

Our water purification system is not workingThere is a trickle of water coming out of faucets and we can not use the restrooms nor drink water

Jaeson had a tricky install project to deal with, given he had to work around 1950's plumbing and a makeshift patio, but he came up with a plan for the installation and did an excellent jobHe also did a good job cleaning up after the work was finished and was very appreciative of the bit of help I gave during the planning and setup
I highly recommend FEWA based upon the three people who came to our property (Jack who did the initial sale, and two installers including Jaeson), they were all extremely professional and came across as just really nice peopleAll three are a credit to their company, if all of the staff are this good the company should go far

I had the best experience with this provider of Rainsoft products First, the products are wonderful Second, the installer, Jean, was wonderful Third, Florida Energy is wonderful and could not have been more helpful Very easy system to use and Jean answered all my questions honestly I have used this company for my a/c and now my mother is complaining it's too cold! Do not listen to the negative comments online They score high with ***, Revdex.com and *** (I use them as well) Highly recommend
