purchased a new a/c unit to include a new unit handler,it has been over months and work has not been completed-unit not working properly either
on 9/17/we sign a contract to purchase a/c unit so we can replace handler which was the part of the unit that we were having problems with but since we could not have one without the other according to salesman we agreed to buy the whole unitthe appointment was set by *** so we though we were dealing with*** and we felt confortable since we have dealt with them before but we later found out they are only backing up this companyFlorida Energy does the work and they purchase all equipment and or materials from***the salesman hector m*** assure us that the whole unit in the closet was going to be replaced with a new one and that everything was going to look really nicethe draining lines going to the outside of the house were going to be replaced alsowell it turned out that only part of the unit was repl

On November 15th, I purchased a Lennox air conditioner from FEWAIt took several attempts before it was properly installed on 11/30/Then they had to come back and finish strapping it down on 12/8/and my air filter was not delivered until 1/15/The unit worked ok for a little while then on 6/23/it stopped workingThey sent out a worker to look at it and all he did was pour vinegar down the pipe and then said it was going to be $185.00, I told him that it was under warranty and he said that he could take $I paid him because I thought that this was how it was but later found out that it was not and was reimbursed by the companyOn 6/30/the machine stopped working again and I called and they sent someone outthey said that it was the thermostat and would have to come back to replace it and that still is yet to happen

Received unsolicited phone call from salesperson (Jawanna)on Octor promising a fixed fee of $for servicing my year old water softener with a water test, circuit check and replacement of seals or parts needed for maintenance No other charges would incur Also, she promised "boxes" of salt for the unit at no charge
On Nov1, the technician, Bryan N***, arrived and tested the water I left for a moment and returned to find he replaced the main circuit board citing signs of moisture which may be causing the system to perform its routine flushing during day and not as programmed for night I did not approve the part replacement About ounces of blue liquid was added to the salt and I was informed it was safe and intended to enhance performance of the system The total time was about minutes The technician presents a bill for

Sold new water system to an year old lady when her water system worked and did not need replacing $and she lives on $a month
On 6/1/a rep for Florida Water and Air came by ***'s home and installed a new water system and she paid with her discover card Her daughter called to cancel the transaction, but was told she was too late to cancel
