Jaeson had a tricky install project to deal with, given he had to work around 1950's plumbing and a makeshift patio, but he came up with a plan for the installation and did an excellent jobHe also did a good job cleaning up after the work was finished and was very appreciative of the bit of help I gave during the planning and setup
I highly recommend FEWA based upon the three people who came to our property (Jack who did the initial sale, and two installers including Jaeson), they were all extremely professional and came across as just really nice peopleAll three are a credit to their company, if all of the staff are this good the company should go far

I had the best experience with this provider of Rainsoft products First, the products are wonderful Second, the installer, Jean, was wonderful Third, Florida Energy is wonderful and could not have been more helpful Very easy system to use and Jean answered all my questions honestly I have used this company for my a/c and now my mother is complaining it's too cold! Two year ago I by a rain soft ecseries water treatment system from Florida energy water & air by discovery marketing & distributing bout two mouth in I started to see my water bill is getting extremely high I just move into my home so I cut back an my water uses it didn't make a different mouth pass its the same I call a *** to do a leak check they told me that my water system was leaking water 24/i call florida energy water & air they came and thay fax it they
told me that it appears that the board on the unit failed allowing water to run from the drain 24/i filed a case with consumer affaires division trying to get them to take the equipment back an refound me back my money becuse it was two mouths after I by the equipment I stared to having problem on june I recive a mail from anthony gregory dept of public safety division of consumer affair its a copy of the latter that they recive from florida energy water & air stated it appears that the board on the un

I have been a customer for many years and I love my water treatment systemI really would hate to shower without it and I love not having to drag bottles of water to the house for cooking
my laundry comes out much better also, using a lot less soap

SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW A/C STYLE NAME RHEEM-MODEL RH1T3617STANSERIAL #WON 6/16/WE HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH IT NOT WORKING PROPERLY,THE A/C THERMOSTAT WAS CHANGED, THE TRANSFORMER WAS CHANGED TWICE INSIDE THE FURNACE AND IT WAS LEAKING WATER IN THE GARAGE.THEY CAME TO OUR HOME TIMES TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HAS NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED THEY LEFT THE RETURN HANGING OUT THE WALL AND STILL NOT FIXED,INSULATION THEY HAVEN'T YET COME BACK TO FINISH THERE JOB,TODAY 07/10/THEY WHERE SUPPOSE TO GET HERE FROM 12/3PM AND STILL NOT HERE ITS 6:PM TODAY HAVEN'T CALLED YET EITHER,SEVERAL TECH CAME TO TRY AND FIX THE PROBLEM BUT NOTHING YET HAS BEEN RESOLVED WE HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES TO SPEAK TO THE A/C MANAGER DAN BUT NO LUCK GETTING HIM TO RETURN MY CALLS, THE SALES REPS NAMES IS STACEYJESSICA CAME WITH THE PAPER WORK FOR US TO SIGN THE CONTRACT EVERTHING WAS WRONG ST

Our water purification system is not workingThere is a trickle of water coming out of faucets and we can not use the restrooms nor drink water

purchased a new a/c unit to include a new unit handler,it has been over months and work has not been completed-unit not working properly either
on 9/17/we sign a contract to purchase a/c unit so we can replace handler which was the part of the unit that we were having problems with but since we could not have one without the other according to salesman we agreed to buy the whole unitthe appointment was set by *** so we though we were dealing with*** and we felt confortable since we have dealt with them before but we later found out they are only backing up this companyFlorida Energy does the work and they purchase all equipment and or materials from***the salesman hector m*** assure us that the whole unit in the closet was going to be replaced with a new one and that everything was going to look really nicethe draining lines going to the outside of the house were going to be replaced alsowell it turned out that only part of the unit was repl
