Great service!! Thank you so much for installing our water filter you did awesome!

I used FEWA to treat the water I was receiving in my community The system has delivered on it's promises Just under years in and it has paid for itself, the water is cleaner, tastier, and healthier for my whole family The few service issues I've had were all addressed promptly and professionally A great company to count on!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff

I had a Rainsoft home filtration system installed quickly and professionally by knowledgeable technicians a couple of years ago The sales person patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick out the appropriate system for my needs I am happy with it and glad I decided to make the purchase

Rain Soft fixing equipment and send a maintenance person and charged after the job
On 2/24/the Florida Energy Water & Air, INCcame and fixed the Rain Soft equipmentA month later the Company call me for a maintenance related to the equipmentOn 3/22/the employee conducted a maintenance and after it completed it was attempt to charge me $I was confused because the company just did a month ago a repair on the equipment

Too many hidden fees for a system that broke
We spent over $on a brand new Rainsoft TC water filtration system in June We have also spent the additional (but not well disclosed to customers) $service fee every months to have someone "service" our brand new systemWe also buy the salt to refill our system, which is $or so bucks every year, which is also not provided to us or really mentioned that we would have to pay forThe last time someone was by to "service" our system was in January 2017, just over months agoSunday morning, July 16, 2017, we noticed a sound coming from the outside the houseWe went outside to find our rainsoft system spewing water all over our sidewalkWe called the emergency weekend number, left our name and number and explained that we had turned off the water because the system was obviously broken, and it had been leaking water probably all nightNo one called us backThis morning, July 18, we followed up since no one ever called

George was very courteous and kind and did a great job tuning up my Rainsoft water softener
I highly recommend him as a service technician

The company is charging me for a service in which the did not inform me of the fee prior to the work being completed
This company contacted me in December regarding a regular service for my water treatment/softener deviceThere was no mention of a fee for the service, and previous services have been free and covered by warrantyI had to cancel the appointment and reschedule, still no mention of a fee by the companyOn the day of the actual rescheduled service (1/3/18) I was at work and my partner was at the house where the device is locatedIn the morning, the service technician called me to tell me he would be at the house between 1pm and 3pm, still no mention of a feeI received a text message from my partner around 2:08pm and saw it at 2:30ish pm (as I was at work) that asked if I had left a check or some form of payment for the serviceI called the company and complained about the request for money as I had not been informed of any feeThey asked me to call the technician

Rain soft took my money installed a system that didn't and wouldn't fit my needs and then left me stranded with buy a whole system just fix half probl
12/I had rain soft come into my home and test my water and told they could fix all my problemsAfter th install everything was great until I noticed my water was still coming out yellow so I call d them back they came and put more resin in the tank in the garage, after that is when I noticed the scale in my dish washer and sink I thought it was the soap they gave me so I switched brands and watched it it wasn't the soap so I called them out the guy said it saltwater intrusion he didn't run a test he just looked at the sink so I asked what can they do cause we just got this system not even a month ago can we just add the few pieces of the RO that he recommended I was told I can buy a whole new RO system for the whole house which is another 10k and we just spent 8k cash or I can settle for a under the sink system that cost but

I sent in the water sample at *** and got sucked inI have a Rain Soft Water System$+ interest that compound DAILYSystem works great but found out I could have had a cheaper system if I bought it at ***
The worst part of this company is they will not stop calling you from Orlando call centerI got calls a month and sometimes calls a weekThe lady on the phone would say thing that we got a report that your system is brokenI NEVER EVER CALLED THEMI asked over and over DID MY Rain Soft System SEND YOU AN EMAIL? She would just laugh and say no it is not capable of that So I marked the phone numbers as SPAM on my Cell PhoneWell they could not reach me THEY CALLED MY WORK PHONE NUMBER AND SAID THAT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY THAT THEY NEEDED TO TALK TO MEI told them to NEVER call my place of employment again
My system needs only yearly serviceI have not needed to call them ever and I have had this system for over years
The technician came over 01/and I gave him my credit card and I waited for months for it to show upThen a few weeks ago I get a bill that the card was declinedI called the *** and they said no one submitted the bill and they did not decline any purchasesOnly good thing that came out of this is they have not called since FebruaryOh and the free soap that they sent with the systems is not worth using, just trash it or refuse to take it

I have my Rainsoft system for over years and we can't live without itThe service we have experienced over these years have been prompt and the service men are knowledgeable and friendly
By the way we plan to keep our system for lifePlease call me if you need re-assurance

A quick installation, with highly trained technicians

He was greatDid a outstanding job

I bought a new Rainsoft Water Softener last year and schedules a maintenance call for "BEFORE 2:00PM" as I had a birthday party scheduled for 3:PM They said they would call to confirm on the day in the morning that they will be able to service time before 2:00PMThey never did call After my calls, they said he would show up between 2-PM I stayed home from work so this is really bad
So while the hardware is good, I would suggest that you get a local service company because service out of ORLANDO Office is unprofessional

I have been very satisfied with FEWA I have a water softner with them and they stand behind their product and their service I have been a customer for years and would highly recommend them Thank you for standing behind your product.....DianeMS

I had a new ecsystem installed yesterday I i have nothing but compliments for the installer Robert, he was well informed, professional, and quickly installed the system We have had other water systems in the last years that I have owned this house, and none improved the quality of our well water as much as this system Lets hope I'll be saying the same in a few years, but right now it is great

I had a new A.Cunit install in September by this companyIt is now November and I have had to call them for service for timesJust got off the phone with them again in factIssues have not been resolved even though it is a brand new unitThe call center is rudeScheduling is terrible and their after hours emergency service does not exist, they make you wait until mid next dayThat is why I just got off the phone with them forThe A.Cthey installed is great.....when it works

My water quality is 100% better, water taste better, now have excellent tasting coffee and ice tea, I brew my own, skin feels better and toilets are stain free

Strongly recommend, the tech that came out was very informative about the system he was installingHe was very professional in both the way he presented himself and the way he did his job
