We received a poor and bad customer service for an unfinished job by Florida Energy Water & AirWe are asking B.B.Bto help us solve the issue A contract was signed back in 7/26/(See Attached contract) between myself [redacted] , ex-owner of [redacted] , Orlando, FL 32837, and Corry, a technician and a salesman from Florida Energy Water & Air, incknown as "RainSoft" The contract stipulates that I agreed to pay $to change the old system with the contingency that RainSoft will disconnect and reconnect the system at the time of moving to the new purchased property located at [redacted] Orlando, FL The contract is valid for years with a lifetime warranty of the system When I was moving from [redacted] , I called RainSoft to come and disconnect the system which they did Now that I am asking to reconnect the system, Rainsoft team is giving us hard time to come and install it in the new purchased property located at [redacted]
They had a salesman come to our house and give us a demonstration of a Rain Soft water treatment systemThe demo made our well smell and taste greatWe went for the lifetime warranty on the product for about $8600, were told we would never have to pay for service of the productWe signed up for itWith months the system did not work, the sulfur smell was back, we had a service tech come out, with a Rain Soft rep, they said we needed a chlorinating tank, which they installedThey told us to use Clorox bleach in it and if that didn't work, we would have to switch to chlorine, it didn't and we had to switchThen it stopped working after about weeks, of course we have to call them again for service, that is when we got the instructions for the chlorinating tank, we have to keep it fullThen we have had to keep calling them every month or two sinceWe received a call at the year mark, to schedule annual maintenance, I asked if there was a charge for this, they said yesApparently, after one year, we have to pay the labor on the system, the parts are no chargeNot exactly what we are told from the startDefinitely would not recommend these people to anyoneI think they scammed us

Abysmally poor customer service! On 5-24-I had my annual water system service that included a yr service to change the filtration mediumThe day was terribly storm, and, in my opinion, should have been rescheduledHowever, the tech arrived anyway, and after he was finished said "it would have gone quicker, but I didn't have a funnel with me, so I had to re-load the medium by hand As they charge by the hour, this affected my bill in a negative way! I started calling about this issue on 6/19, and have called them x to date, I have received one missed call at the end of 6/I called again 2x on 6/and was assured it would be contacted by 1:30PMWas never contacted This has been a HUGE waaste of my time waiting for phone calls...I will be going elsewhere for service

We have used Florida Energy water and air for years, with their water purifying system and love it! We recently moved and made sure we could bring everything with us Our son recently had an air conditioner installed using Florida Energy water and air, and also was extremely pleased, and had a great experience It is so nice to be able to call such a wonderful company and know that we not only can call them when we need salt for our system, but also if we have any other issues in our home We highly recommend them, they are always friendly, professional and able to help us , in anything that we need We highly recommend them!!!
We purchased a brand new water treatment system from themIt was installed wrong, then collapsed and damaged our house, cameras and electric supply We purchased a complete rainsoft system from this company around $ The guy whole sold us the system Josh said his brother would install We later discovered that Joshs brother had just finished training and it was his first unsupervised install After the installation we noticed the main tank was way too far away from the wall (approximate feet) The company sent someone back to move it closer, they failed to put adequate support under the tank and it has been leaning ever since A few of weeks ago we called them out for a service, we asked if they could straighten the tank as it had been leaning for over a year, The engineer said he had packed something under the tank but he did not have the materials to fix properly so someone would be in touch soon to finish the repair We heard nothing further then left to g
