Our water purification system is not workingThere is a trickle of water coming out of faucets and we can not use the restrooms nor drink water Our water purification system decided to stop working on Saturday January 20th around 4:I have a family of ( of the kids younger than 4)We cant drink water not use the restroom because there is barely any water coming out of my faucetsThe pressure has been an issue since we got our brand new water system about a few months agoI had our water service come out and rule out our water provider being an issueWe contacted Florida Energy water & Air emergency contact line and did not receive a call back until 8:pm last night saying they would send someone outWe have not received any call back from anybody and I have continued to call throughout the night and leave voicemailsI am furious to say the leastIt has made one of my toilets overflow into my bathroom that I had to clean upMy children and family have no water to

Billed my mother for a water treatment system that she does not have installed in her home Sold it to her when she has Alzheimer's and can not pay See attached letter saying that there is no water treatment system yet they are charging my mother who has Alzheimer's for this system I called them several times asking for documentation of the contractThey did not comply I asked to talk to the person in charge and he did not return my callsI was threatened by [redacted] when I called them to tell them the problem Currently, I am sending them the attached letter asking for them to cancel a water treatment system that she does not have installed in their home I feel this company is not operating legitimately because they have not helped me in resolving this problem for my mother who has Alzheimer's diseaseI do not know where to turn for help My mother's financial position has been degraded by several business decisions that she has made in the past few ye

I acquired my RainSoft Water Treatment in My husband was in concrete construction at the time He absolutely loves it because he would tell me if we were running low on salt in the machine because he could run his fingernail down is forearm and it would leave a white markThis just shows how soft your skin gets with the RainSoft waterWhen I need service they are usually at my house that day or the very next dayVery polite service techsFlorida Energy is a great bunch of folks to work with and they take care of your needs

Today David was in change of my water softener installationHe was compromise not o lo to get the work done but he explain everything clear to understand how the system worksReally reccommend his services

purchased a new a/c unit to include a new unit handler,it has been over months and work has not been completed-unit not working properly either on 9/17/we sign a contract to purchase a/c unit so we can replace handler which was the part of the unit that we were having problems with but since we could not have one without the other according to salesman we agreed to buy the whole unitthe appointment was set by [redacted] so we though we were dealing with [redacted] and we felt confortable since we have dealt with them before but we later found out they are only backing up this companyFlorida Energy does the work and they purchase all equipment and or materials from [redacted] the salesman hector m [redacted] assure us that the whole unit in the closet was going to be replaced with a new one and that everything was going to look really nicethe draining lines going to the outside of the house were going to be replaced alsowell it turned out that only part of the unit was repl

Steve was very personable and knowledgeableHe had the Rain Soft system fixed quicklyHe also educated me on tips for future fixes

We received a poor and bad customer service for an unfinished job by Florida Energy Water & AirWe are asking B.B.Bto help us solve the issue A contract was signed back in 7/26/(See Attached contract) between myself [redacted] , ex-owner of [redacted] , Orlando, FL 32837, and Corry, a technician and a salesman from Florida Energy Water & Air, incknown as "RainSoft" The contract stipulates that I agreed to pay $to change the old system with the contingency that RainSoft will disconnect and reconnect the system at the time of moving to the new purchased property located at [redacted] Orlando, FL The contract is valid for years with a lifetime warranty of the system When I was moving from [redacted] , I called RainSoft to come and disconnect the system which they did Now that I am asking to reconnect the system, Rainsoft team is giving us hard time to come and install it in the new purchased property located at [redacted]

The Rainsoft product does not and have not worked properly since we has it placed on the property in February At the end of March once I was home and able to cook I look at the water and noticed that the water continued to be yellowWe notified the local office which they sent out Marco to see what was wrong with the systemMarco stated" he had to bleach the system to get it right"He bleached the system and we did as we was toldSeveral days later the water was still yellowWe contacted the local office again Marco came out again and stated "if they put they dye in the water to change the color it's still the same yellow water but dyed"We contacted the Orlando office and spoke with Sharon who was the office manager who was supposed to speak with her boss to help resolve the issue for her not to get back with usWe attempted to call her two more times with no return callsWe also spoke with Becky the finance manager with foundation finance and she was very nasty and ver
