The dealership agreed to sell me a Lexus GS F Sport VIN : *** for $39,all cashI completed the paper work and sent this to Brian C*** the salesmanI get a call from Mike the Manager saying they cannot sell me the car because they had some red flags which they would not explain but the reasoning is because they are fraudsThey even attempted to pull my credit and good thing I freeze it so that frauds like them cant pull peoples credit without their authorization and consent which they did not haveThey said the only way to do the deal is that I finance the vehicle for months minimum so that they could make fees and predatory lendingThis dealership doesn't need to be in business and you can see from the previous dealership they purchased was the same thing they just did a sham name change Mick’s North Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge

To start off the salesmen lied to my friend about the price of the car the whole timeLong story short the accountant Lou H*** lied about the the cost of the car to the salesmen, so to me he was already dishonest to me In the end the manager came and made the deal right, which to me is commendableThey told my friend *** who was buying the car that she could take it while they waited on the total loss a few days before the sale was final when they lied about the priceThey said she needed a check to hold until the insurance check cameShe didn't have a check on her so the salesmen asked if I had one they could holdI always have a check so I said yes because they assured me times that they wouldn't cash it everSo after she bought the car and I asked this accountant Lou what happened to my check after *** gave him hers for $and he said he was going in the back to shred itNow today I look and my bank account is -$When I called for them to fix the mistake i

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim Shorkey Kia (rushed into the sale) I purchased an extended warranty, maintenance package as well as something called LUXCARE PROTECTION.The LUXCARE supposedly protected the car from any damage exterior and interiorI asked if I wanted this as well for $398, so I said yes, not fully understanding what it was that I was purchasing Two weeks later I ended up trading the car back in because I was very unhappy with it, there was smoke coming out of the ventsWhen the 2nd car dealership called to cancel the "extras" I was told the LUXCARE was non refundable because it was already added to the car I was never told by the salesman that this was the case As well as found out the LUXCARE was $799!!!!!! Completely not what I was quotedSo now I was left to pay for a protection on a car that I didn't own any longer and my complaint was completely dismissed I left a message for the owner, Jim Shorkey III, only to get a return call by the financ

My husband *** *** and myself traded in a Dodge Challenger for a Mitsubishi Mirage at Jim Shorkey Kia Uniontown and have never received my registration for this vehicleAfter multiple calls to the dealership we were told our plate was good until July and sometimes this is a long processOn April 4,I was pulled over by cecil twp police on my way to work for an expired tag with no registrationI did receive a citation for $This led me to call the DMV and I was advised to file complaints with the Revdex.com and the attorney generals office, which I did doI was also notified by the DMV that they haven't received any paperwork for a title or registration for my cars VIN numberI called the dealership again on 4-4-and notified them that I would be filing complaints with the attorney general and the finance department said the dealership never received a certificate of origin on the car I purchased and that is why I never received my registration and th

on July 2nd, We purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Salesman Dan B*** The radio was in need of repair (tuner *** not working) and were offered as part of the sale, to have the radio "fixed", among some other issues that have been repaired or replaced we have called at least times with no answer We visited the dealer to be told that it would be worked out, they would order another radio but have not heard from them again This has been an additional week added to the ever growing month time frame It feels as if we are being avoided Many other numerous customer service complaints, but this one seems to be the lasting one

On Dec 20th I contacted this dealer in reference to a Nissan nvcargo van that I was interested inWe made arrangements for me to see the vehicle on the 23rdWhen I arrived I was told that someone else was also interested in the vehicleWe had a look at my trade in and began the paper work, we were on the verge of taking a test ride when the rep I was dealing with excused herself for a minute then came back and informed me that the nvwas just sold but she had other selections that were only a little more expensive.felt like a classic bait and switch to me, what are the chances someone else is going to purchase the vehicle I'm looking at ten minutes after I arrive ?
I had given them the keys to my vehicle so they could test drive it to assess trade in valueUpon hearing the nvwas sold I demanded my keys back, they were returned by the manager who promptly assumed a very *** attitudeOverall a great waste of time Guaranteed I will NEVER do business with this dealership

I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in July of Was nothing but impressed with the dealerI traveled hours one way to purchase the vehicleI arranged everything over the phone, so I basically only had to sign when we got thereThey provided great customer service from start to finish (that day) and we really appreciated how accommodating our salesman, Mike M***, wasBut after purchasing on a Friday night and coming home, I realized I left my $trunk organizer and a CD in my car we traded inI reached out to my dealer the next morning before they even openedHe found the CD (was going to mail it but has yet to), but no trunk organizerfunny how something so bulky just went missing, right?
Fast forward a year and a half laterI referred friends to the dealer (also traveled hours one way) and one ended up buying a brand new Jeep CherokeeI was told at the time of my purchase they did "refer a friend" $incentivesMy friend inquired to figure out h

Purchased Kia Soul from Jim Shorkey Kia North Huntington on 10-10-The car came with "Forever Warranty" and a lifetime power-train guarantee from Jim ShorkeyThe motor blew up in the car on 03-07-2017, I have paperwork from Jim Shorkey saying that the dealer will pay 100% of labor and 100% of parts to repair the motor, transmission, drive axles, and internally lubricated partsI took this issue directly to my salesperson "Andrew" on the afternoon of 03-10-They refused to help me or honor the guarantee that they offered at the time of purchaseI told them that I did not want my money back, I did not want them to take the car back, I only want the car repaired as per the warranty they offered me at the time of saleI have proof that the car is up to date on all engine service to the date of the failure, even exceeding what the manufacturer recommends

Bought a vehicle with an extended warranty at a cost of $Traded the Jeep in a few months later and cancelled the warranty which would entitle me to a nearly full refundThe finance person, John, held the cancellation paperwork for a month to prevent a chargeback on commissionsCalled and left several voicemails with No return call after waiting more than a monthSpoke to the sales manager who assured me the general manager would call me which also never happenedThey will gladly take your money but do nothing to deliver service after the saleTerrible dealership with a bad staffThey will gladly take your money but delay refunding legally owed refundsStay away

AwfulTerrible customer serviceAll staff are very rude and cannot properly diagnose and address issues in the vehicles they're supposed to be certified on

On 9/18/I went to this business and looked at a Ram truckAt that time I was given a quote of approx thousand , down from 50, I chose to leave the dealer at that time because I ran out of time but set up a time today to meet on 9/19/at 3pmI arrived at the appointment and the man who I spoke with was with another person but he handed us off to colleague to help work through the process of purchasing this truckAs a couple hours passed, we gradually worked towards the price I could afford to pay each monthAs we neared the end of the deal, the original sales associate came back into the picture and took control of the process againAs the price was finally met where I felt comfortable paying each month and I literally was one second away from signing and he tells me, "I forgot I was supposed to tell you that the truck you are purchasing is not the model ram but a model without the running boards you wanted, but what we are going to do for you is re

Jim Shorkey listed a white wrangler JK for $31,It's on the website for this price & the Stock # is ***The salesperson Dan S guaranteed me this priceI had a friend call yesterday and make an inquiry and they said to get that price you have to qualify for all the incentives & rebatesWhen I emailed Dan S and now Mike the sales manager they are trying to say that is not the price on that modelThey tried to bait & switch me into one that doesn't even have power windowsThis was not the agreement & I have in in writing through text & emailSeveral dealerships said they bait & switch and lie to people to get them into the door and try to switch them into a different vehicle that is cheaperI picked out the one I wanted and they gave me confirmation on this and now they are changing their storyThe dealership in Irwin is the same wayyears ago I had the same thing happened about advertised price and once I got their they switched it up say

We sat down and worked numbers on a jeep on Friday and were told they would run the credit apps which they did because it hit my credit report times from them We were told to drive the vehicle home and come back on a less busy day- the next business day- and finish up all the paper work for a lease at $per month for 48monthsSo at this point we assume it is our vehicle! We get a call back on the next business day and told we had to take the jeep back because they sold it to someone else- really? Why was it not taken off the available list as soon as they ran my credit report? So I get a hard inquiry on my report now and no vehicle They tell me my credit is fine but my son's is not so they want him off or it will go up $a month more to keep him on itFirst off wait- I thought you sold it now you are saying that my son doesn't qualify So you tell me that it got sold at the same time as we took it home, yet it has an inspection sticker from October so that means all thi

I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from Jim ShorkeyI set an apt days prior to going in to see a used car they had advertisedWe get there, it takes the salesman min to find the car, then the car has not been serviced yetI test drove the car & then asked about the car not being servicedWell the sales manager Mike comes over to where we were sitting & states how bad he felt that it was not ready, he then circles $& says this would include everythingI had purchased the car on 3/25/but had to leave it there until completed, which should have been done from the beginningI was told I would have my car & the paperwork on 3/29/17/ I got the car but no paperworkI don't get the paperwork till Sat 4/1/17, they had the nerve to charge me $for servicing the carI also see a charge for $for Gap ins, I immediately called of course Mike says he does not remember ever saying he would waiveThen I said I never signed up for any insWell

I wish there was an option to give them a 0! This place is a joke! We were purchasing a truck from out of stateWe spoke with a salesman before they even opened for the dayWe gave them our information for our down paymentAn hour later we were told they sold the truck! Such **! And all we were told was "there is nothing they can do!" I would never recommend someone do business here! Do not shop here, if they sell a truck right out from under you, they are obviously shady!
