I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my new car here June The sales staff was fairly decent but after that forget it We can't get return calls from our sales rep, the sales manager, the finance department, and even the general manager I actually called and left a message for Jim Shorkey III to call me today We will see if its the North Hills location that can't return calls or is the owner of the company the same way After weeks from the deal and we still did not have any paperwork from the lending institution and it appeared to be issues with our loan I began leaving messages for xxxxxx in finance to call me here Here we are weeks later still no return call after leaving atleast a dozen messages for him We find out they misrepresented the lux care and it does not cover stone chips We talked to xxx in sales and he was very degrading on the phone Hind sight is always 20/and I wish I never purchased my new car from this location I will give Jim Shorkey III until am Monday 7/23/to return my call before proceeding farther with the Revdex.com and taking legal action

I purchased a car on Jan On Apr 18, I e-mailed PENNDOT asking them to research the status of my new vehicle registration On Apr 18, PENNDOT returned an e-mail and stated that they could not verify confirmation of receipt of any paperwork for my vehicleI returned to the dealership and the salesman told me he would look into the situation and call me with an answer on Apr I never received a call on Apr and my Temporary Vehicle Registration was due to expire on Apr I returned to the dealership on Apr I was told by the salesman that PENNDOT received the check that the dealership sent and cashed the check on Feb PENNDOT informed me that a reference number would be associated with the check cashing transactionI told the salesman that I needed the reference number in order to follwith PENNDOT personnel After approximately two (2) hours of hearing that there was nothing that the dealership could do for me (the dealership told me that

I purchased a Grand Cherokee on Friday evening 8-The vehicle was a recent trade in and had not been detailedWe were told by the manager that this vehicle would be completed and ready for pick up on 9-but due to the holiday 9-would be betterThere was paint chips that were to be repaired for the deal to take place I receive a call on Wednesday 9-that the car will not be ready because they are waiting on a partThey claim the part was coming from Washington and would take days to get thereSo Im paying for a vehicle now for two weeks that still isn't readyi was assured by the manager Jeff at this location that the part would be in on Wednesday 9-and it would be a hour jobI call today 9-and get the run around from the salesman that they are shooting for a pick up of 9-but couldn't guarantee anything because they still have not detailed the vehicleTwo weeks and Im still waiting for a vehicle and continue to get the run around by everyone at this

I purchased a vehicle from Jim Shorkey automotive three weeks ago and learned the car had several issues that were not disclosed to meI had a certified dealership check the car out and provided a reportI have attempted to resolve the attached issues with them but the General Manager, Mike E*** has refused to cooperate and is ignoring any of my requestsI would like to formally file a complaint against this dealership as you can see they have defrauded several other customers and they simply say its not fair that I am coming back to them but its not fair for a consumer to be defrauded

Jim Shorkey Service department worked on my transmission and clutch, they had my vehicle for weeks and when I picked it up it went in my garage I left for work the next morning and I was on the turnpike and I tried to downshift and the transmission locked up I almost ran into a tractor trailer I stopped within minutes Then I couldn't get it off the highway It was towed to Tri Star in somerset and I had to pay towing and now they are saying that I need to pay the bill for the clutch and transmission They screwed up when they worked on it and now expect me to pay for repairs that should be covered under warranty as it was their fault I also am paying for a rent a car
