On 9/18/I went to this business and looked at a Ram truckAt that time I was given a quote of approx thousand , down from 50, I chose to leave the dealer at that time because I ran out of time but set up a time today to meet on 9/19/at 3pmI arrived at the appointment and the man who I spoke with was with another person but he handed us off to colleague to help work through the process of purchasing this truckAs a couple hours passed, we gradually worked towards the price I could afford to pay each monthAs we neared the end of the deal, the original sales associate came back into the picture and took control of the process againAs the price was finally met where I felt comfortable paying each month and I literally was one second away from signing and he tells me, "I forgot I was supposed to tell you that the truck you are purchasing is not the model ram but a model without the running boards you wanted, but what we are going to do for you is re

Contacted the dealership regarding a Subaru that I found on CarGuruContacted them on Monday and said I could only be down on Friday, 11/4/I was paying cash and I was told by email and by text that they will have the car ready for me with a "VIP Appointment"The last text I received was this morning, 11/4, saying everything was a goI get to the dealership (miles away) and was told the car was sold yesterdayA real waste of time and gas for a "bait and switch" deal
I also received a voicemail last night saying the car would be ready for me today

Saturday Jan I received several calls beginning at 8:40am in regards to an online request I submitted for more information about a vehicle I saw for sale onlineThe information on the site was not in agreement with the information that was listed on the free carfax report that was posted, plus there were no pictures of the vehicleSo I wanted to get to the bottom of itThe first caller told me the vehicle was soldI thanked them for the call and went on with my dayThe second call came at 10:52am and the caller indicated the same thing, that it was sold and did I want anything elseI said no, and thank you for the call and went on with my dayThe third call came at 12:38pm and this time, indicated the vehicle was still available and that they would make sure there was not a deposit on it and get back to meBy 1pm the person from the dealership was texting me pictures of the vehicle and dais it was inline to be detailedAfter several pictures, and documents sent to me, t

THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN THE STATE OF PATOOK MY VEHICLE FOR NEW BACK BREAK LIGHTS ONLY, JIM SHORKEY AUTO GROUP PUT A WRONG SIZE FUSE IN MY VEHICLE AND BURNED THE INSIDE MOTHER BOAD AND WIRING CAUSING ALL KIND OF ELECTRICAL ISSUES IN MY VEHICLE AND THEN TOLD MY FAMILY AND ME TO HAVE OUR WARRANTY COVER THE ISSUES THAT THEY CAUSED ON HER VEHICLEDO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL HAVE HEAVY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, ARE VEHICLE EVEN SHUT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC WITH KIDS IN THE CAR,ETC

On December 23, 2017, my Jeep Liberty was inspected, On the Multi-Point Inspection sheet, all sets of brakes were checked off as being good and my new inspection stickers were installed Three months later, my front drivers side brakes are metal on metal There's no way the technician took the time to look at my brakes

On their website they have the jeep listed as 34,with a Savings of 8,for sale price of 26, Then when I went there they said that was the 'lease; price and the price to buy is 29, When you read the small print it does say price can change etc I am just asking that they clearly state what that price is All other cars that they are leasing say what it costs per month plus the amount down Link below

I would warn all those doing research into dealerships to maybe look elsewhere for a vehiclefirst off I bought a dodge ram from the north huntingdon store a few years backin, out, and on my way with NO ISSUESwe then started doing business with *** because they were closer to where we livedmy wife and I both had lease trade ins, and I talked my wife into going to Jim Shorkey in North HillsI purchased my infinity without any issuefew days later I took my wife in to purchase her SUVafter a few back and forths we landed on another lease for a jeepour main goal was to be under her current paymentwhen BILL L came back with the first set of numbers, we were slightly under the current paymentBUT there was a circled on the paperworkBILL L explained to us that this was a check that was going to be cut to us because the mileage of the car we were turning is was way underI have heard of this before where dealerships can give you money back on your lease if the mileage is way under the agreed upon year month agreementwe then started asking BILL L in different ways about this moneywas it something we could use for whatever we wanted? was this something that was to be paid towards any of the old lease? we were told that this was out money, and we could do with is as we wantedso we signed the papers thinking that WOW, what a dealsame payment, but money backafter we signed the papers, and drove off we were happy with everythingthen it all turned
after a few weeks of NOT hearing from anyone (hence the once the sales done they drop you in the other complaints) we called to ask where the check waswe then called our old Chrysler capital because we got a bill from the old vehicle we turned inturns out, we were mislead about the checkafter we asked all the right questions, and were told all the right answers, we were now in a situation that we have to pay on the old lease, and a week later had to make a payment on the new vehiclethe check that was promise to us was to be used to pay off the old vehicle which we turned inso my question wasif we were paying on the old lease that we turned on, why didn't I still have that SUV? on top of that, Chrysler capital noted that this is not common practice and they do not know why the dealership would make the customer pay the remainder of the lease
so after leaving voicemailsand emailsa month went by and still no checkso we had to make a payment on a vehicle we didn't have, and a payment on a new vehicle a week laterwe talked to mike, a sales manager there who made it sound like it was out fault, and BILL L our salesman called and apologized, we finally were able to talk to KEISHA who made things happenshe tracked down our check and had it overnightednow this was a month later mind you, and the check was to pay off the remainder of the lease
we were mislead into our purchase, and now are stuck with what we have,we will not be shopping again with JIM SHORKEY and will return to ***we wish to share our experience with those that are reading thiswe do not want anything from this dealership because we have wasted enough of our time trying to get some resolution out of thisall we can do is tell people to be very careful about what you purchase, and who you deal withread the complaints that are filed and note that a lot of them all are based around to same thingour salesman was mentioned once in a complaint already and now this is a second time on a matter of monthsdo research on dealerships and make the best choiceI can only share that this was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership

Purchased brand new Outlander, with less than miles experienced numerous paint chips on hood, top and side door Service department had Mitsubishi rep look at and it was determined to be from impact and thus not covered on their well advertised bumper to bumper warranty The only reason why we went with a Mitsubishi in the first place What a joke! Service manager said only recourse to get a lawyer and file charges against Mitsubishi, dealership unable to do anything Left several messages for general manager, Russ S***, no response at all Once the sale was complete they did little to nothing to help a new car buyer that is left with a vehicle that you can't ever run through a car wash without fear of paint coming off! Several other issues with same thing, Mitsubishi well aware of issue, does nothing to resolve

Purchased Kia Soul from Jim Shorkey Kia North Huntington on 10-10-The car came with "Forever Warranty" and a lifetime power-train guarantee from Jim ShorkeyThe motor blew up in the car on 03-07-2017, I have paperwork from Jim Shorkey saying that the dealer will pay 100% of labor and 100% of parts to repair the motor, transmission, drive axles, and internally lubricated partsI took this issue directly to my salesperson "Andrew" on the afternoon of 03-10-They refused to help me or honor the guarantee that they offered at the time of purchaseI told them that I did not want my money back, I did not want them to take the car back, I only want the car repaired as per the warranty they offered me at the time of saleI have proof that the car is up to date on all engine service to the date of the failure, even exceeding what the manufacturer recommends
