The workers who delivered the carpet were polite, and did an excellent job laying the carpet. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.
I visited Dolphin Carpet and Tile last Saturday to find the perfect carpet for our master bedroom. I entered the store and I was greeted and assisted right away by [redacted] He was able to narrow down my search immediately by asking questions and showing me samples. I greatly appreciated his advice and expertise, because this could have been overwhelming. I made my carpet selection and then I tried out the different paddings under the sample before choosing one. [redacted] wrote up the contract, came out to measure, and called on Monday to schedule the installation. Wednesday morning the carpet men arrived and did a beautiful job installing our new carpet. We are very pleased and we would recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile to friends, family, and anyone wanting a great job!
I recently completed the purchase and installation of wood flooring for my home. I dealt with Ronald W[redacted] at the Biscayne Blvd store in North Miami Beach. Ron was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From selection, the ordering process and following through to the installation completion. it was a satisfactory experience and the installation team were very good, professional and did a fine job in the removal of carpeting, prep and the installation of the new wood. this job was the entire second floor of the home, including stairway, hallways, bedrooms and walkin closets. I would highly reccommend working with Ron at the Dolphin Carpet & Tile location.
I am pleased to share my experiences with Dolphin carpet and tile. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, referred my friend who bought carpet and a laminate and then I came back to purchase carpet for my condo elevator and landing all within a weeks time. That indicates a very happy customer!
My experience was good from my first visit through installation! Bentley was informative and helpful when I stayed for an hour on my first visit repeating my questions and "looking". From my carpet choice through installation, the experience was positive. Installers were on time and demonstrated the kind of work ethic that seems to be missing in so many areas. All went smoothly and I will definitely continue to refer Dolphin to others.
The sales person, [redacted] was extremely courtious and helpful. I needed the carpet right away and he made every effort to get it installed two days later. The installer did an excellent job even making sure he got all the dog smell off the floor. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile. [redacted].
Our tile and laminate floor installers were punctual, polite, professional and did a beautiful job. Finish work on both tile and laminate was beautiful, and although we and our installers were faced with the situation of us living in our fully furnished condo while the work was being done, the situation was handled extremely well and to our satisfaction.

The installers were great as well. I had a lot of large bedroom furniture to be moved which I was concerned about but they handled everything very easily. I had a lot going on while they were here and they were patient and extremely helpful and worked independently without having to be babysat.
This is my second time using these guys (first was in 2007) and if/when I need more flooring, I'd certainly plan to go back.
