We had a service call today regarding our thermostat. Jacob was our technician. He was excellent in every way. He was knowledgable,helpful and friendly. I recommend him highly to everybody.

Great customer service and great response time.

Overall, good quality work and good communication.

I needed some outdoor plumbing repairs. Brian arrived early and let me know it with a phone call. He listened to my request, assessed the job and then provided some options on the repair work. He quickly provided an estimate, and completed the work to that price in the estimated repair time.

Thank you Donley for coming to our office so quickly during the first cold week of the year. I know it is an incredibly busy time for your company. Mike Trimble did a great job of analyzing the problem and fixing it in a short period of time.

Such a great experience with Donley Service Center and Sammy the technician who came out. Needed 3 A/C units evaluated, one wasn't working at all and we thought it may need to be replaced. Turned out there was an ant nest inside! Sammy removed it and the unit started working again. We were afraid it would cost $1,000s of dollars, but turned out to be just a few hundred for some Freon and valves. Such a relief.

We received the Revdex.com complaint notification today and have contacted the customer. We have agreed to settle the complaint meeting the customers desired settlement request “Full refund for the unneeded repair performed on 3/30/15…”  totaling $538.84. The customer paid by credit card and we will...

be issuing a refund to that card ASAP. Please let us know if there is anything else you need from us to positively close this complaint.

Beolow is the communication between myself and our customer Mr. [redacted].  In his response below he indicates the unit has been operating satisfactorily since 4/29.  We will stay in touch with him to ensure that he is 100% satisfied with the work and with [redacted] Service Center....

I received your complaint from the Revdex.com this morning and wanted to follow up with you immediately. We pulled the service records over the last month and the installation paper work for the unit from 2004. It looks like the last service call was Tuesday April 29th.  Has the unit been cooling since last Tuesday or had anymore problems?

 

We appreciate you letting us know that you are not 100% satisfied with the service over the last month, we appreciate customer feedback.  I also want assure you that [redacted] and [redacted] the manufacture will full honor the warranty on your air conditioner as promised in 2004.

Mr [redacted],   Thank you for getting back to me. The ac has been working fine for the last week, however,  I am hesitant to say it is repaired. This is the 4th time [redacted] twice, [redacted] once, and this time, that your repairmen have been to our home, for the same repair. I am waiting to tell the Revdex.com that we are satisfied with this until I'm certain we wont need any futher service for this issue. We have used [redacted] exclusively since moving to Mesa in 1999. In the early or mid 90's while living in Chicago we saw a 20/20 special on ac repair shops, and yours appeared to be the only honest shop. I am begining to lose a little faith in your business, but will continue to use your services. I appreciate your time and reply. I will wait another week or two to contact the Revdex.com again to report my happiness with this issue. Thank you again.[redacted]

I contacted Donley Service Center to check out the air conditioning for my rental property. Before the day was finished, they had been out, serviced the unit and contacted me with the diagnosis and results. They did not attempt to sell me anything that I didn't need. I was very impressed with their speed, their friendliness and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to other potential customers.

Today I had Daniel W[redacted] from Donley Service Center come do a Quality Control check on an Air Conditioner and Furnace that were installed in my house the end of November. I had a few issues and questions which Daniel corrected and answered satisfactorily. Daniel was very professional and courteous. At the conclusion of his visit Daniel went over everything with me again. I felt more reassured my system was properly installed and working correctly. Thanks Daniel!
The Donley salesman was a gentleman named Mike C[redacted] Mike stuck with me over several weeks time as I compared what Donley had to offer to several other vendors I invited into my home. I did extensive internet searches and reviews on various vendors and product lines before deciding on the brand name I wanted and who I wanted to do the work. I also read forums on what to ask and watch out for from whoever was going to do the installation. I called and emailed Mike several times to ask him for clarification to the product, installation, warranties, etc. every time I had a question. Mike always responded quickly, and took the time to ensure I knew exactly what to expect from Donley. Mike's salesmanship along with Donley's reputation of being in business over 35 years and a clean record with the Revdex.com and Registrar of Contractors helped me decide to give them my business. On the day of installation Mike showed up to ensure I was a happy customer and to answer any questions I might have.
Overall, I feel Donley is a top drawer company that only hires the best employees. I appreciate their professionalism. Sincerely, [redacted]

Tech Ruben was very good on a Labor Day late night call to fix my A/C system. It was an inconvenient situation for both of us but Ruben was very professional and courteous and completed the work efficiently. I would recommend Donley and Ruben to anyone needing A/C system help.

Donley provided excellent service and quality work. Jacob (Technician) was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough! I would highly recommend Donley to anyone and will continue to use their service in the future.

Donley has provided years of excellent service to us under their Home Comfort program. While all the A/C technicians they have had service our units, special mention should be made as to Enes S[redacted], who is the most thorough technician we have had . He shows a lot of pride in his work and is extremely thorough and very personable

We had a great recent experience with the install of a new unit, which just confirms further our commitment to DSC. Work done well, priced correctly and followed up on in the right fashion. DSC handles our HVAC and plumbing, and have for a long time. They are great. Highly recommend.

Ricardo was very polite and very professional and respectful to our home. Also the quality of work is noticeable. This is the first real plumbing work I needed done and I had a bit of sticker shock at the cost of the work but I guess you get what you pay for. I can tell the job was done right and he was at my home within an hour of my initial phone call. That was amazing to me. I would rate them a 10 in likelihood to recommend to a friend if not for the cost associated.
