Donley Service has been great. They take the time to explain what they did to inspect the system. They were timely and did what they said they were going to do to the system.

A recent failure of one of our air conditioners was promptly repaired by a Daily Service Center technician. I have had a service contract with Donley for over 20 years and have always found their service technicians to be very capable, prompt and courteous.

Technician was very helpful. Donley over all seemed very honest.

Our AC unit stopped working during one of the hottest periods this summer. Donley was able to make it out first thing the next day. [redacted], our technician, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, provide "temporary cooling" and called as soon as the parts came in as promised. Great service, professional and knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend.

Called on labor day, they had someone out in 2 hours or less. Cost was a little more than expected but fair, and I really cant say if it was high or low. I do think it was fair considering they came out on Labor Day.

They cleaned up and took my old water heater.

As usual, our Donley service technician was professional, competent and efficient in our plumbing repair yesterday. We have utilized their home service contract for years and are pleased with the services.

We have used Donley for all of our refridgeration needs for about 30 years. They are always courteous and careful inside our house. We have met a lot of Donley's employees over the years and all but one have represented Donley as honest, knowledgeable employees. Today was no different. [redacted] was the service tech for our annual checkup, and he was, as always, courteous and friendly and professional.

Our service agent, [redacted], was as nice as could be. He was professional and efficient. He answered all our questions and explained things well.

Donley serviced my air conditioning unit this week, and I was very impressed with their thorough job. They gave me a 3-hour window of when they'd arrive and called me twice with updates. The technician [redacted] was courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to answers my questions. They use hand held computers and were able to email me my receipt and records. Overall, they exceeded my expectations.

I needed an AC inspection, and had some plumbing issues. Donley sent [redacted]., who is experienced and trained in both areas, and his work, attitude and professionalism exceeded my already high expectations. In my job, I try to delight my customers. This time, it was me who was delighted. Due to family circumstances, I had let things go, so my to-do list was long. [redacted] cheerfully spent from 9am to midnight completing that list: he fixed every broken thing, replaced the things that needed replacing with the correct new things in the appropriate size and in my preferred (hard-to-find) colors, made reasonable recommendations while letting me make the final decision. I would recommend Donley Service to anyone, and respect their very real efforts to provide exceptional service by hiring people like [redacted].

[redacted] , our technician, turned a potential negative situation into a great situation. We had been given information that unfortunately was wrong. Instead of just saying he couldn't help us, [redacted] made a couple calls and found a solution. [redacted] went above and beyond to get the job done. I am very impressed with the service delivered and appreciate [redacted] professional attitude and help.

The Tech was polite, competent and solved our problem. He said he would call us back to make sure it was running properly and he did so. We were very satisfied with Donley Service Center and their employees.
