I called Donley late SUNDAY evening as my unit was not cooling. They were at my doorstep within the hour. Following a few questions the Donley service rep had identified the problem, replaced the required part, check out the unit and was on his way within 50 minutes.

Called in Sunday night about getting service on Monday, they said they could send someone between noon and 5 pm, that was good for me as the a/c was working on and off. They sent Juan, and that was good, he found the the fan motor was shorting out and called the parts department and they had the motor but closed at 4:30 and it was 4:25 at that time, so Juan picked up the part and replaced the old one Tuesday morning. Everything good now, thanks Juan.

Thanks Ryan for coming out today, and checking my AC. I am a big fan of Donley, as their customer service is the best in the industry. Not only with their staff on the telephone, but especially the technicians who are out in the heat, and have to crawl in small places for a long time.

I was extremely pleased with Donley Service from initial contact to job completion. The Technician Ryan Utsler was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to offer alternatives, the rationale for each and expectations. Value for money was quite obvious from beginning to end result.

I called Donley Service Center to check on our gas hot water heater, as there was no hot water coming from the tap.

Ryan, came to our house and found the pilot light was not lit. He fixed the problem and it remained lit - problem solved. He was very pleasant and helpful providing advice to maintain the life of our water heater.

Donley A/C technician Ryan U[redacted] is an outstanding, professional and skilled technician who responded to my call within hours. He accuately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it at a cost $100.00 LOWER than the recommended Trane part cost. If another call is needed within 90 days, I will not be charged for the service call. The second day when he brought the part and installed it, I was NOT charged another trip charge. I highly recommend Donley to anyone who wants responsible service. Donley will take care of my future air conditioning and plumbing needs.

Dooley Service provided excellent and timely service when my AC unit went out on the holiday weekend. Not only were they able to resolve my dilemma, they only took my arm and not my leg :-) Their pricing was surprisingly affordable.

We have agreed to settle the complaint meeting the customers desired settlement request “Full refund for the unneeded repair performed on 3/30/15…”  totaling $538.84. The customer paid by credit card and we will...

We have used Donleys for many years now for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, problems. They are a top notch company and I would recommend them highly to anyone. Their techs are very polite, and courteous all the time!
