Donley Service Center

The Donley service tech (Enes) was terrific. He came out approx. 9pm on a Friday night

(whole weekend was expected to be 110 and the a/c was blowing hot air ) Enes quickly analyzed the system and fixed the problem without delay. Enes was friendly and very professional.

Did an excellent job of detecting a leak under the slab and mounting a fix. Initial miscommunication between their staff but excellent quality. Kept us informed throughout the day

I sent an email one evening with a couple of questions which I thought could and would be answered in a couple of days by email. Instead, I got a personal phone call and a service visit to follow up. Way exceeding any expectations that I had.

Donley provided prompt service and fixed my A/C. They charged $250. That includes a $79 diagnostic fee and $15 for a blown run capacitor. The rest was for part installation and system testing. I had correctly troubleshot the problem before calling Donley but had to work. It was mid July and needed A/C asap.

Over the years our family has purchased AC systems from Donley as well as used their plumbing services. They have always been on time, professional and many times have saved me money with helpful hints. I have also found their office staff to be pleasant to deal with.

Donley always meets expectations, professional and polite technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Our repairman was on time, courteous and honest. He serviced our AC and was knowledgeable and gave us a full report. I would recommend Donley Service Center to everyone.

This is the best company! I called at 7:00 on a Friday morning.... a repair person was at my door at 8:00, and air conditioner was up and running by noon. Reasonable price, very friendly tech....

Enes arrived as soon as he could, checked out my A/C unit, went over with me what had to be done and fixed my problem all within one hour. Couldn't ask for better service.

Have used Donley since the original Goettl went out of business. They are not the cheapest but are always courteous, skilled and I have never felt pushed to buy extra services/products. Daniel W. is a great tech as is Walter. I highly recommend them.

Donley was able to respond to my request for a A/C service call within about two hours. Daniel, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and present me with options. Very happy with the service and will continue to call on Donley in the future.

Donley is always my "go to" company for whatever I need; plumbing, AC, etc. They are polite, professional, on time and provide excellent customer service. It is important to me that I am dealing with an honest and caring company and Donley fits the bill perfectly.

I am very thankful and appreciative to Jacque and the technician Juan at Donley A/C. I was stuck in a very horrible position that another company poorly installed my A/C unit and was no longer under manufacture warranty. Juan was very professional and thorough in his inspection and explained my A/C problem in a way that I could understand. Jacque was very helpful in directing me in the right path and I would recommend Donley to everyone. They are very honest and do great work!

This was my first time working with Donley Service Center. Tim Robinson was the Service Technician who came out to assist me. He was knowledgeable , helpful and did a great job of educating me on the repairs that he was doing along the way. Because of Tim Robinson, I am now to loyal customer of Donley Service Center. After reading my review from the prior visit by Donley personnel, one of their representatives contacted me to discuss my issues. He addressed my concerns fully, culminating with an additional visit (today) by one of their service representatives to complete a promised task. Again, all Donley personnel were very friendly and cooperative and the follow-up work was accomplished quickly and satisfactorily. Kudos to Donley for their concern in making my experience with their service a good one.
