Professional service Tech, phoned ahead re: arrival time. Arrived within the appointed time. Completed the check list and emailed us the receipt.

I call THANKSGIVING Night and where 3 other companies stated they had emergency service 24/7 were not the least bit interested in going out to my 4 plex. 1:AM [redacted] the tech from Donnely was out there diagnosed the problem AND WORKED THRU THE NIGHT SO MY TENANTS WOULD HAVE WATER IN THE MORNING At 7:30 AM they had water.
