Brian works for Donley. He was a very competent plumber. His work was excellent.

[redacted] , our technician, turned a potential negative situation into a great situation. We had been given information that unfortunately was wrong. Instead of just saying he couldn't help us, [redacted] made a couple calls and found a solution. [redacted] went above and beyond to get the job done. I am very impressed with the service delivered and appreciate [redacted] professional attitude and help.

I needed an AC inspection, and had some plumbing issues. Donley sent [redacted]., who is experienced and trained in both areas, and his work, attitude and professionalism exceeded my already high expectations. In my job, I try to delight my customers. This time, it was me who was delighted. Due to family circumstances, I had let things go, so my to-do list was long. [redacted] cheerfully spent from 9am to midnight completing that list: he fixed every broken thing, replaced the things that needed replacing with the correct new things in the appropriate size and in my preferred (hard-to-find) colors, made reasonable recommendations while letting me make the final decision. I would recommend Donley Service to anyone, and respect their very real efforts to provide exceptional service by hiring people like [redacted].

The serviceman Tim R[redacted] of Donley Service Center was especially courteous and competent. He explained the condition of the unit very clearly and understandably--and what he felt needed to be repaired, He was very accomodating to my time sensitivity and scheduling of the repair. I will use the company again and recommend them to other people.

The gentleman who did our A/C service inspection, [redacted]., did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing, as well as what we can do to help keep our A/C running smoothly. He pointed out a filter to the outside air that we never knew was there and installed a piece of equipment that will ensure proper drainage.
