We have used [redacted] since 2001. Their customer service has always been professional and affable. Their office staff is always "up" and handles our requests with warmth and humor. The outside service personnel are efficient, thorough and quite outgoing and friendly - what we would call the "old school" way of doing things, i.e., regard for the customers and their needs. If during inspections repairs are indicated, the explanation, procedures and costs are always out front. We appreciate that.

I had a leaky hot water heater. after researching business's on line, I called Donley and they sent a tech out for an estimate. the existing heater was 75 gallons, and the tech asked questions about how much load this water heater was handling. when he heard it was only one bathroom and the kitchen/laundry room, he suggested that a 50 gal water heater would work. he gave me quotes for both the 75 gal and the 50 gal. I ended up going with the 50 gal heater, and saved $1000 over using the 75 gal heater. the tech came back the next day with the new heater, and had it installed in 2.5 hours. he was courteous, professional and very personable. I would definately recommend this company, and will use them again.

I had a concern about the interior evaporative coil because it had a build-up of debris, so I called Donley. They sent a technician out and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Because I have a Home Comfort Plan contract with them, there was no charge for the service.

The technician, [redacted] was knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the situation.

I have come to expect quality service from Donley and hope to continue the relationship.

[redacted] and his apprentice were extremely polite. [redacted] has been the best service man we have ever had with Donley not to say that the rest weren't nice. He just seemed a lot more knowledgeable and was extremely thorough.
