Hello my Son purchased his girlfriend and arraignment before Valentine's Day at your Sherman oaks location and the flowers although being stored away from sunlight and room temperature setting they have started to discolor he only
Purchased them believing they lasted 5 years very disappointing what do I do
About something like this these roses are a little over 5 months old I have reached out via email and insta gram Looking into this company it's nothing but complaints about the scamming people and not responding to emails for customers it's so upsetting to spend so much money for roses that are supposed to last forever and for them to not even respond to an email

Desired Outcome

I would simply like a replacement and a refund for all the trouble

Due to covid response was delayed but the company took care of the issue

This business is a complete scam. Straight from their site "The process by which our roses are crafted is very unique! First, we take the roses that are grown from our farms in Ecuador and use a special technique that freezes them and make them into molds. We then use the frozen moldings as a model to replicate thousands of unique Galaxy Roses that live forever.

Finally, we cover them in an iridescent holographic coating to make the rose and petals sparkle in the light. Then we hand place each iridescent holographic coated petal which makes the roses look so eye-catching!"

None of the Galaxy roses are actually real. They are cheap PLASTIC. They are NOT real roses, they are NOT dipped in an iridescent holographic coating they are iridescent plastic. They are also claim to be real gold. It's not, again it's PLASTIC. Complete and utter scam.

I ordered a small blue rose bear from dose of roses for *** the item was never received by wife and eventually sent back to dose of roses.
I ordered a small blue rose bear (order number ***) from dose of roses for *** on February 10th 2020 the item was never received by wife in Canada and it was eventually sent back to dose of roses. When I contacted their "support" to tell them what happen and I needed help to have it sent to the right location, all I received was an automated response email saying "Your request (***) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." I did add additional comments as well saying "Please don't ever use usps for shipping anything ever they are the worse don't leave a slip after they fail delivery and send the package back immediately after the first attempt if you gonna charge people over *** for delivery services please use a reliable one." Now I thought okay its being looked at they will get back to me like any reputable business would instead I never receive a single word back. They managed to send me promotions info though. After a few weeks went by I contacted them again through email stating "I ordered from you guys on valentines day and never received my order at this point I just want a refund, this has easily been the worst service I have ever gotten and I want nothing to do with the company anymore. I've contacted you twice already and never received a response. This is the order number ***."I received a second automated response and never heard from them. I paid for this order with my Chase visa debt card ending in ***.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back at this point it has been a stressful situation that truly didn't need to be if they had a real support team and a number that was actually in service.

I do not accept their response because they never reached out to me once if they had it would of been resolved long ago. I sent emails along with them having my personal cell number in the order conformation so for them to say they reached out to me is a lie. I have nothing in my email as of right now from them nor a phone call. Only resolution I see is to send me a refund and we part ways.

The order in question was placed on February 10, 2020, for our Rose Bear. According to the tracking information, that our customer had access to as well, the package was returned to our facility. Unfortunately, we have passed our systems 30-day threshold to process a refund for your purchase. However, we can send a replacement or provide store credit for a later purchase. What we can do for your missing order is send a replacement right away or issue store credit for future purchases.

A previous complaint was filed and this company stated they would resend merchandise to fulfill this claim but that has not happened.
This is in reference to Complaint ID#: ***. Please see the prior activity Logs for this complaint. To sum it up, the company stated they would honor resending the merchandise I did not receive. This complaint was closed 6/26 because I agreed to that settlement. However this has not been fulfilled by the company. They never resent the merchandise or reached out to us. Since they have not fulfilled the previous claim I am now reopening it and requesting a refund. I do not want to do business with them again! Please help us resolve this issue!

Desired Outcome

I want the company to resend the half dozen galaxy roses as promised from the prior complaint case or give me a refund. This has not been fulfilled.

The order in question was placed on March 12, 2020, for two Half Dozens of Galaxy Roses. We understand the customer received half their order and must have the other half shipped immediately. We have reached out to the customer confirming their shipping address is still valid so we may send the replacement.

Purchase was not delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air and item was defective.
I paid for Rose Enchanted Galaxy and additional for UPS 2nd Day Air on Dec 24, 2019. I did not received the item until MORE THAN A MONTH later. The item does not even turn on/work as expected. I had tried calling the number in their website and no one ever answers and I sent multiple emails and have not received a resolution. Our investigation shows that, UPS did not even receive the package on time for a UPS 2nd Day Air until much later. I have lost faith in this business practice and their products. Not to mention their poor customer service, where no one reached out to me back to investigate. I am left with a product that does not work.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund which includes the shipping fees paid, as the product was not even sent to UPS on time. If there was a complication/delay from their end, I should not have been billed for 2nd Day delivery and should be informed. I am NOT looking for a store credit as I have lost faith in this business and their product.I am more than happy to send this product back to the business at their expense.

Unfortunately, we have passed our systems 30-day threshold to process a refund for your purchase. What we can do is replace the package as well as issue store credit for future purchases.

Dose of Roses is not honoring the Lifetime warrant that they promote.
I contacted Dose of Roses via email that my gold dipped rose that was given to me as a valentines day gift was damaged. I emailed requesting the use of the warranty, after many email I was told that they only have warranty for transport and delivery of rose. That is not what is advertised, why would they list a lifetime warranty if it only appied to shipping? I gave proof of my gift with pictures of the box and the rose.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for Dose of Roses to honor their warranty as it is listed and advertised, and is currently still advertised as stating "lifetime warranty".

In my original point of contact, I did notify Dose of Roses that my rose was a gift.

Ordered a product for my wife for a gift. They processed the order and took money from my account but never received the product. Tried emailing
Ordered a enchanted galaxy rose for my wife for *** They processed my payment and never received it. Tried to call a number I found online for them. Tried to email multiple times without a response and tried to message them on Facebook with no response. All I would like is to have this resolved. I gave them the benefit of a doubt with the current pandemic going on but now it's getting irritating. I do have a statement from my card that I use to buy stuff online as proof of purchase as well as a email confirmation.

The order in question was placed on February 8, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose. After viewing the inquiry, the package was shipped but unfortunately, had been lost in transit. We have came into contact with the customer and provided a replacement order on July 9, 2020.

Dose of roses is a shop none like other, may be too good but it's true. Services are spot-on and the roses are divine, and I'm not even exaggerating. Thanks for my recent purchases, I love them.

There are a lot of special items here at dose of roses and I am excited to add more to the ones I have here with me. Their products here are just so beautiful, none that I've seen before.

The perfect gift for the perfect girl, thank you for your collections and fast delivery services. My girl loved the tiffany blue roses a lot.
