Dose of Roses is a scam!! I am still trying to get a refund from Valentines Day. Over $300!!! No response from several emails and no telephone number to contact. They must pay someone to post good reviews or make good on some sales and swindle everyone else. Check reviews before purchasing incl. Facebook.

Advertised on website if express is purchased item would arrive by Mother's Day. Item will not arrive until after. I paid $109 for shipping!
I paid an additional $109.09 extra for shipping. They advertised on their website at the time of purchase that if you purchase express shipping it will arrive by Mother's Day. I purchased on 5/6/20. After I purchased I got a confirmation email that said 7 business for shipping. Nothing on my order prior to purchasing the item said it would take 7 business days. That's came only in the confirmation email after they collected my money & I paid the additional fee for express. I immediately started to contact online since their is no phone # listed. I did get a PRE SHIPPING email on 5/7 that stated a label has been created but USPS has not received your package. I contacted them again because I still had no response from my original email. Eventually someone contacted me on Facebook messenger 5/8 at 11:26 stating that the item is still waiting on the carrier. I finally get an update on the tracking on 5/9 and the item will be delivered on 5/12. Not by Mother's Day as advertised, but 2 days after. Before the company starts to say that they can't control the carrier guidelines that's not true. They advertised that they were working 24/7 to make sure orders are out. When you advertise on your website that you can provide a service regardless of you have a 3rd party service doing the delivery you assume the responsibly of making sure that, that service is met. My guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day was with Dose of Roses and if they could not have made sure that was done successfully then shipping fee of $109.09 needs to be refunded to my card. I paid for a service that I did not get. Now that I've read their reviews it seem like they lack customer service. I will provide all communication between myself and the company. I took a screenshot of the website stating express delivery will arrive by Mother's Day, my confirmation email, what little communication from the company, & the tracking information along with the history. Please provide me with a refund if the shipping.
The only resolution that is acceptable at this is a refund for the shipping. There is no need for a store credit. My daughters gift to her grandmother is ruined! We could have purchased any other gift from somewhere else but we decided to order from your company. Her grandmother does not have a child to thank her for being a great mother anymore because he is deceased. So as her granddaughter she tried to make that moment special by using your company. My daughter is 13yrs old, this might be something that an adult can live with. But a kid that is also dealing with the loss of her father takes the time to honor her grandmother on 1 day with the rest of the world might mean more than any of us would ever know. So yes, it's ruined and every dime that I've spent with your company should be refunded but the only thing needs to be refunded is the ridiculous fee of $109.09 I was willing to pay to make someone else's say special! Please refund my card if you care anything about customer service.
The order in question was placed on May 6, 2020 for our Medium Yellow Rose Bear. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Mother's Day, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. The order in question was delivered on May 11, 2020. We have informed the customer of the matter and provided options of resolution. Waiting for customers response.

I do not agree with the company's response. I did receive an email on June 1, 2020 after nearly 1 month from the time of purchase. The email stated that they were willing to give a 60% refund and store credit. I never plan on shopping there ever again due to their lack of details & overall customer service. I am asking to be refunded the full shipping cost of $109.09. This company should take full responsibility that they advertised on their website something that they could not do! As a customer you always assume that the merchant is thoroughly providing all customers with the details & not after they take their money. I purchased because they advertised that the shipment would arrive by Mother's Day & that was not the case. It basically was a bait and switch. I paid for what was advertised & I did not receive the service.

After investigating the purchase, the tracking information shows we shipped the order on May 7, 2020, the day after the purchase was made. Therefore, the shipment was on time and not late. Unfortunately, the shipment throughout the carrier was delayed a day. We do sincerely apologize for any delays due to the pandemic currently going on that is also mentioned on USPS's information. We we can do is refund %70 of the shipping cost. Please advise.
A way to know if an online shop is not scamming you is a working tracking number. I've been scammed by other shops before, so the working tracking number I got from DOR is highly appreciated. I worried the whole time that it would suddenly stop working, but that never happened and I eventually got my order. Great shop.

My daughter placed an order with a Mother's Day guarantee. My order should have been delivered on May 10th. My order was delivered on May 19th. In addition to my daughter communicating with someone, I have tried too. There is no direct number to reach any live person. I also messaged the company today. Someone has reviewed my messaged but failed to respond. The flowers were almost $100 and the service is poor.
I can be pretty demanding when it comes to ordering things online. Little delays really irritate me but I got none of that from Dose of Roses. I got my orders on the day I expected them. DOR deserves my five stars.
I'm so grateful for your continuing services. Though we can't go out to celebrate, I at least got to be consistent with my gift-giving for our wedding anniversary. Celebrations continue thanks to you and your services.
DOR's services have been very good to me. I always get my orders on time an I never once questioned their credibility the moment I got a working tracking number from them.
I ordered a rose bear for my mom before Mother's Day. The tracking showed it would be delivered before Mother's Day. 5/7 rolls around so I double check and NO tracking. On 5/13 I get an email saying my order was out of stock. They told me I can do store credit or replacement. I chose replacement. They confirmed my order on 5/19 and today I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I emailed asking why and they said it was out of stock AGAIN. When I asked about a refund they said the same *** either store credit or replacement that would go out ASAP. I want my money back and I'm never ordering from them again!!!
