I read it on the site before that the roses last a long time, but I'm still amazed with the roses I bought for my wife two months ago. They look as fresh as when I first received them from the shop.

The enchanted rose is a beautiful and iconic object from the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast, which is my wife's favorite Disney movie. The product did not disappoint at all. It currently sits in our room, glowing like a real magical item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered a rose teddy bear for Mothers day and I know with everything going on with Covid that there will be a delay and I was totally understandable of that. I never received any email confirmation of my order or tracking number, I made the mistake of buying without making any screenshot, which I should have as my proof. I still to this day 3 weeks later have not yet received any confirmation of my order. I want my money back, but how? If I don't even have an email that I can send this to. I'm very upset and want my money back!!! This would have been a perfect gift for my mother but never again am I buying something I randomly see on Facebook while scrolling.

Would give them 0 out of 5 stars. The worst customer service ever. I reached out the same day I received the package regarding a missing item from my order and trying to find a resolution. No one responded. I followed up again (they responded this time fairly quickly) only for them to tell me that it was now past the 30 days and they were unable to refund my money. Why is it that I have to settle for a store credit on their error? What happened to responding to my initial email?

Dose of Roses has excellent shipping services. Every order I've ever made from here has reached me on the scheduled delivery time. I truly appreciate the timeliness since the occasion they're for definitely can't be rescheduled.

I have just given the pink gold-dipped rose to my wife and she was really thrilled. The pink was just right and the gold makes it so fancy and almost extravagant. She loved it and I remembered DOR's site claimed one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee.

Placed an order with rush processing and no one every processed my order. I emailed them inquiring and they told me upon checking out item "sold out"
I placed an order April 28,2020 I added rush processing so my mom can get gift by Mother's Day. As per online rush processing allows order to be shipped within 24hrs. I waiting til Thursday April 30 and emailed them asking about order. They emailed me saying my order sold out while checking out. I told them that why wasn't I notified about this especially if I paid for rush processing. I requested I be refunded. No one has replied to me. I messaged them on Instagram and was immediately blocked.

The only problem I have with DOR is that it's always so hard to pick out which gift is the best. You got the galaxy ones for a celestial effect, the enchanted ones to make her feel like a princess, and the really functional makeup boxes. Everything is great.

Dose of roses delivers pretty fast. I fully prepared myself expecting delays and ordered really early. I got my orders early as well. No delay happened.

The site claimed that the products they have were the perfect gifts for any occasion, and I finally got to try it out. I got one for my fiance's birthday, and I got another for my sister's graduation. Both women were thrilled with their roses. The results were what made the products worth the money.

I was in no hurry whatsoever when I ordered from Dose of Roses, as I bought them for random show of affection and not for a special occasion. Still, I appreciate timely delivery and now I know I could rely on this shop for when I do buy something for an event.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! My sister and I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. When they were not delivered on the Saturday before like the tracking number they provided said it would we emailed customer service. We heard back 5 days AFTER Mother's Day (also after receiving 2 fake tracking numbers) saying the item was oversold. So we asked to receive a refund since Mother's Day was long past and we had sent her something else. They are now still refusing to refund our money saying they will send a different item. Mother's Day was over 2 weeks ago, we don't want to send a gift almost 3 weeks later that will probably never get there!!!! Then you can only contact them by email, which of course they have now started to ignore. Also there were plenty more stories like this on their Facebook and Instagram pages which have all been conveniently deleted. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Order flowers from somewhere else!!!

Received damaged item. I want A refund or to be sent a new item.
On 4/23/2020 I purchased a Galaxy Enchanted Rose. I received the item with minor scratches and minor scuff and a small piece of a white foam inside the glass. I immediately emailed the shipper, they offered to give me a *** store credit. I refused their offer because I spent more than that plus shipping. After their offer, I have email them, also I have contacted them through facebook and instagram and they have ignore me. I shouldn't have received a damage item. I would like a new item or my money back.

Every item they sell on Dose of Roses have great quality. I've bought an arrangement before, a rose bear, and a makeup box. So far my purchases have been perfect and I'm excited to order a different item next time.

It's hard to pick out a perfect gift when you only have a vague idea of what you want, unless you're searching in DOR. I was looking for something fancy, beautiful, something not jewelry, and something that would be personal for her. The gold dipped blue (her favorite color) rose was perfect and the fact that I could add a message makes it exactly what I was looking for. Thanks, DOR

Dose of roses is very creative about their products, they truly stand out and you can see the difference with other shops like this. Everything is taken into account. Unique choices, available customization, and they even take presentation into account.

I haven't encountered any problems shopping in Dose of Roses so far. I have been satisfied with everything I got from here. As for shipping, they deliver on time. I haven't had to use their customer service since the site doesn't cause me any worry or concern.

The tracking number given upon ordering, the reputation for good delivery time, and friends who have posted about the products really assured me when I ordered. Now that I received it, I have more confidence than ever to keep ordering from this site.

No one would reject a good DOR product. I could pick out anything no matter the occasion and I can only picture out how happy my girlfriend would be. It's a reliable go-to shop for special occasions. I have tried and tested it myself.

I've heard of galaxy roses before and I just had to buy some for my wife. I worried it wouldn't look as good as advertised or even be on time upon delivery, but DOR proved that I worried for nothing. They look out of this world.
