The pink bloom box that I bought last week was breathtaking. The delivery was fast and I get updates about my item shipment, it's nice.

Love the creative memo that dose of roses always put in their packages. It felt so personalized plus the services here are highly commendable as well, fast delivery and easy transaction processes.

My husband ordered me a Mother's Day enchanted galaxy rose in a glass dome that we paid for but never received.
My husband ordered me a Enchanted Galaxy Rose in a Glass for Mother's Day. We ordered it on 5/4/2020 for $60.58. After the order was placed I received the email stating it was on it's way with the order ***. The shipping ***. The only reason we ordered it was because the site stated that it would be delivered in time for Mother's Day. I checked the next day after ordering and it said the delivery date would be on Friday 5/8/2020. On 5/8/2020 I checked the status of the package and it said it was out for delivery by FedEx and would be delivered between 8:30am and the end of the business day. The package did not come that day. I checked the shipping again the day after it should have arrived so 5/9/2020 and it said PENDING. The status stayed pending through Thursday 5/14/2020. I called FedEx and asked them why it went from saying out for delivery to pending. I was told by a FedEx employee that the reason it wasn't delivered and wouldn't ever be delivered was because the company Dose Of Roses only created a shipping label and never shipped my Rose to FedEx. I was upset at that point so I decided to contact the company who doesn't have a phone number only an email. I nicely asked what was going on with my order and if I can be refunded. They emailed me back in 3 minutes and stated my order got stuck in pre-shipment and did not make it to the courier properly and asked me if I would like them to send out another order asap. Again I told them for the second time I just wanted a refund of my husband's money since we did not receive what we paid for. The website States a customer would receive notice if something happens with the delivery but I was never informed about it at all. I never would of found out if I hadn't called FedEx. I believe the company didn't even know my order was stuck in pre-shipment until I brought it to their attention that I never received what we paid for. I am Upset that the first email I sent to the company I stated I wanted a refund and then only after I told them I didn't want them to reship a new order then the company decided to tell me they would not refund me. The company took three hours to message me back to say that they will not refund our money for the product we didn't receive because it's not their policy to give refunds. I am appalled at the fact that I did nothing wrong but try and get a nice mother's Day gift from my husband and children and never received it and am being told I can't get a refund of our money.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of our money due to the fact we paid $60.58 for our order that we never received. The company never updated us that the order was stuck in Pre-shipment and did not make it to the courier properly.

The order in question was placed on May 2, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose. After investigating the order, the package was ready for shipment on May 3, 2020 but unfortunately, was stuck in pre-shipment and was not shipped. On May 19, 2020, the order was refunded to the original form of payment.

I accept their response but they only refunded the money after I argued with them back and fourth and then telling me they were not going to refund the money at all until I told them I had a screen shot of their original policy that aloud returns and then after I asked the second time for a refund they took hours to respond and to my disbelief they sent me a link that was to their new and improved policy of no return. I'm happy I was refunded but not okay with them lying and try and screw my husband out of his money.

I ordered an item on May 3rd. I received an e mail stating it was on its way and then on May 14th they stated it was oversold & offered store credit.
I ordered a 14 inch red rose teddy bear May 3rd. I received a FedEx tracking number and an e nail stating it was on its way. I then receive an e mail May 14th at *** saying "Hi ***,

Thank you very much for shopping with Dose of Roses, we appreciate your patience!! I'm terribly sorry to inform you, the item you have selected, The Red Rose Bear, is currently out of stock. Unfortunately, we oversold the product. We do sincerely apologize for the issue and would like to resolve your inquiry as soon as possible.

What we can do is create a replacement order with new selections, per your choice, or we may issue store credit for your cost. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you!" I followed with an e mail on May 14th at *** stating I would like a refund. No response was given and responded once more on May 15th at *** MDT. There has been no communication regarding the resolution of my issue. I will be calling my bank and warning others of how poorly they handle their customers concerns after they dropped the ball.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund. My item was not available and there's nothing more I desire from a company that lacks communication skills.

The order in question was placed on May 2, 2020 for our Red Rose Bear. Unfortunately, we oversold the item our customer selected and could not have it shipped. We then informed the customer of the situation and suggested options of resolution. The customer requested for their order to be refunded, therefore, we attempted to refund the charge, but unfortunately, were unsuccessful. We informed the customer we could not refund their order and asked if they would accept store credit. The customer did accept the offer and store credit was issued on Jun 5, 2020.

I ordered a dozen roses and only received six roses. Unable to get refund from them.
A dozen galaxy roses were ordered as a gift back in March 2020. I received order confirmation for two half dozen roses. When order arrived, there was only one box that contained six roses. Unable to reach anyone by phone so sent email and never got a reply. I filed a claim with my bank and it was not resolved in my favor as the company is stating they sent 2 boxes through Fedex and that they were delivered. Fedex only delivered one box. Unable to get a refund from the company as they are stating it has been fulfilled on their end.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for half of the order I did not receive of $69.95.

The order in question was placed on March 12, 2020 for two of our Half Dozen Galaxy Roses. After viewing the inquiry, we have no records of our customer reaching out via email regarding the situation. Unfortunately, due to the order being over 30 days old, we can not process their refund to the original form of payment. What we can do is reship the missing items or issue store credit for their cost.

Thought it was gonna be bad but it was actually pretty nice. The roses are beautiful and I got my orders on time without any mix-ups. Staff are cool and professional. Overall it's pretty decent.

The gradual addition of new arrivals here at dose of roses excites me everytime. Love the collections here and the services are good, my deliveries always get here on time.

Quality roses since last year and it gets better by the month. The services are consistently good, too. I get my orders as scheduled, no delays.

I made the grand gesture and apologized for my girlfriend by not making it into her birthday last week. I sent her the bouquet she wanted from this shop in the hopes it may give me some leverage and it did. Thanks a lot, she loved it.

Placed the order and was hard charged (not a pre-auth) and still no product delivered.
Placed the order on 5/11 and received tracking info but the tracking numbers show the items are still at their warehouse. There is no way to contact them and I've emailed them per their request and still no reply. NOW I have to pay $30 ($15 each) fee to my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back.

The orders in question were separately placed on May 7, 2020 for our Single Galaxy Rose. Order XXXXXX was shipped on May 7th but did not have movement and the purchase was refunded on May 23rd. Order XXXXXX was shipped on May 7th but did not have movement till May 26, XXXXX and was delivered on May 28, 2020. On may 23rd order XXXXXX ws refunded for the total cost.

I ordered my mother a flower teddy bear and have never hear a word about my package being mailed off and it's been over a week. Still nothing!

My package still has never even been shipped and I paid for two day shipping .. this is rediculous and I just want my full refund back. This place is horrible and should never be allowed to ship anything with out a way for ppl to contact someone by phone! Emails they never reply until it's way after. This is unfair for costumers. You can't lie to people and jack their money. Where is my package? I just want my money this is to long!

The order in question was placed on 05/06/2020 for our Rainbow Rose Bear. Unfortunately, the package was stuck in pre-shipment and never was shipped. The customer did reach out to us regarding their package. After investigating the order, we did inform the customer their order may take 24-48 hours for movement, as it must be scanned first by the carrier. Unfortunately, their was no movement and the customer requested a full refund. On May 14, 2020 we have processed their total refund for their cost.

They gave me my money back wayyyyy after the shipment never came. My mom missed out on her Mother's Day gift all because of lies and false advertising. If they know the gift Was supposed to take 2 day shipping why two and a half weeks later I'm just getting a refund. They didn't even care that my mother didn't get her gift ..they could've sent something for the inconvenience. This company is awful. My friend said they sent hers a week later and she threw it away, because who the hell wants a Mother's Day gift when it's almost Father's Day!! This company is horrible. I will make sure everyone knows how bad they are I will post them everywhere and make sure they get no business!

My delivery came in pretty fast and everything was neatly-packed, I love it. Thanks Dose of Roses, finally a shop that guarantees quality roses and services.

Just what I needed on Sundays, I finally have my own bloom box that will last for a long time. They look and smell good, just how I wanted it to be. Thanks DOR

The stin robes came in today and they were great, just how I expect it to be with the given price. It feels so smooth and they don't look cheapened out at all.

I'm definitely staying with dose of roses, I get better deals here than any floral shops online. Love almost everything here, the staff are especially friendly too. Delivery comes on time, no delays.
