Never received item ordered for Valentine's Day. Cannot reach anyone to get a refund. UPS code shows item has never arrived at the facility for delivery! I want my money back!!!

These tiffany blue roses are making me feel young with their beauty. I will never get tired of looking at them and they smell good, too, which is a huge plus. The price was worth it for real.

Love the return policy here at DOSE OF ROSES, my damaged items were allowed to be replaced. Very convenient, might have took some time but they delivered.

I think it is quite a step up for DOR to have a return policy and I like that about them. I had staff that helped me process the mix-ups with my packages and the dents that one of my roses have received through shipment.

Dose of Roses is far from horrible. I thought they'd suck since the review are overwhelmingly bad, I had to see for myself. But my delivery got to me on time and my package had no scratch whatsoever, plus the roses are wonderful too.

I ordered a bear a week before Mother's Day and to be on the safe side I paid for 1-2 day express. I was notified today via tracking that my order will arrive after Mother's Day and when I emailed the company they replied and said they have nothing to do with the shipment once it leaves the warehouse. Then why charge extra for express service that you are not guaranteeing? I work for the post office so I know that no matter what express mail is top priority or the customer receives a refund and this company doesn't even offer some of the shipping back. Waste of money

Horrible customer service and FALSE ADVERTISERS. Advised that they guarantee delivery by Mother's Day with express shipping. I paid 2Day that was supposed to be faster on Thursday, to now receive tracking for delivery Tuesday. That definite not 2 Day shipping. I reach out to them within a minute of them creating label and there reply is sorry all you can due is send it back and you will receive partial refund. Will definitely be leaving bad review and disputing charge with credit card.

I have contacted Dose of Roses multiple times through their email with no response. I should have read the reviews first huge mistake ordering from them. I ordered my mom a galaxy enchanted rose on 5/4/2020 (Order #XXXXXX). Got the confirmation email saying label has been created but as of today 5/8/2020 my order has not even been shipped. When I emailed them about the status of my order they basically sent me the same thing I've been looking at everyday. I would like to get the package delivered on time by mother's day or a full refund. Give me at least an answer.

I placed an order about a week ago for Mother's Day. Informed them a couple of days later that it's a Mother's Day present. Only for them to cancel and refund my money back a few days before Mother's Day. Very inconvenient. Will never do business with this company again. Wish I could give them zero stars!!!.
