The color combinations with the bouquet here are so playful and fresh to the eyes. I love almost everything here in dose of roses, especially the persuede collection. Delivery is great too, very reliable and arrives on schedule.

I went to the web site to buy a mothers day gift. I decided not to buy. They auto generated my information ;requesting refund.
I went to the website looking for a mother's day gift. After getting a better look at the products offered, I opted not to buy. I left the website. Then I received a message saying Thank you for your order. Dose of Roses had auto-generated my information and tried to force me to buy there products. I contacted them immediately and informed them that I didn't authorize any transaction. A lady emailed me back and said she would look into the matter. Then I was told sorry no refunds. I explained I didn't authorize or agree to purchase any of there products. She then tells me sorry you get what you get when your on their site. So I canceled my debit card because of fraudulent chages informed Dose of Roses again, the lady again refused to cancel order. She stated fraudulent or not its just tough luck. So I filed a complaint with my bank and disputed these charges before any item was shipped out. They then told me as long as the items are returned I will be refunded. I explained it hadn't shipped yet. So why not stop it? She stated it can't be stopped. So as the items shipped, they were sent back unopened and refused returned to sender. Representative is still refusing even after the merchandise was immediately shipped back to honor her texted messages which I have stating she would refund the money. This company is committing fraud, when they sent those unauthorized products through the mail I didn't authorize they commited mail fraud. Dose of Roses is committing deceptive trade practices. This company shouldn't be aloud to rip people off. I just want my money back. They have provided proof that all merchandise was returned unopened. Yet they still think they deserve to keep my money. Please help stop this company from committing theft.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back. I didn't authorize these charges, once mailed items were received they were returned back to the postman the same day unopened and returned to sender. They have my money and their merchandise. Yet, they are still refusing a refund. Thats theft by any means. Please help.

The order in question was placed on May 10, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose. After viewing the inquiry, the shipment was returned to our facility and we attempted to refund the purchase. Unfortunately, the refund was not success due to the purchase having a chargeback filed on the customers behalf. The customer now must refer to their banking institutional for a refund.

I had to cancel my bank card because this company continued to charge my card for items I didn't purchase. The bank went after the merchant for these fraudulent charges. They need to credit the money back to my bank. Again,they can't keep the money and their merchandise, that's theft! This company told my bank they would not credit the money back, even after getting there merchandise back. Now they say they will! Since the card is closed they need to credit the money back to the bank. Otherwise,they are committing theft. They can't keep their product and my money.

Unfortunately, we have attempted to refund the purchase but can not complete the transaction due to the chargeback dispute. Since the item was returned to our facility, the dispute will be resolved and the refund will be approved. Although, the customer must stay updated with their bank as they are the party resolving the dispute.

This company fraudulently charged my account. I notified my financial institution immediately. They immediately demanded the company return the money. As of July 8, 2020, the bank is still waiting on there refund. I want this company to refund all the money back to my banking institution immediately! This company is deceptive and needs to be investigated by the Attorney Generals Office for Deceptive Trade Practices.

The order in question was placed on May 10, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose. As we've informed our customer, we can not process the refund on our behalf due to the file dispute. The dispute must be resolved with their banking institution. We advise the customer to reach out to their banking institution for further assistance for their refund to be processed.

I really like the dome roses here at Dose Of Roses, they're classy and affordable, too. The services are good, consistent actually. So far, I'm enjoying my shopping experience.

It's a good morning for me, my packages just arrived on my porch and I am so happy to see how beautiful my roses are. I have no regrets, everything is so worth it.

Thank you DOR for the reliable services, the roses are stunning too. Anyone should see how these roses shine when the sunray touches the dome glass it's enclosed, it's really pretty.

I am grateful for the quick replies I get from the customer care staff here at Dose Of Roses. I never worry whenever I order because I'm always assisted and the transactions are easy to process.

I purchased a product that was not delivered on the date and time promised. I returned the product and never received a refund.
I placed an order that was confirmed on 02/04/20 for delivery on 02/11/20; three days before Valentine's Day. The confirmation on order number XXXXXX stated delivery within 5-7 days business days. I never received an update on my delivery as the date loomed closer, so I reached out on 02/12/20. Later that same day I received a shipment confirmation email and tracking number(1Z7428XXXXXXXXXXXX) which had an updated delivery of 02/18/20. After receiving the updated delivery day, I sent an email to their support email( support number XXXXXX) regarding my dissatisfaction and requesting they handle the issue; no response. At the time their website allowed returns on items purchased within 30 days, as long as they were unopened. I returned my purchase on 02/21/20 via UPS with tracking number (1ZATXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). It was delivered to *** XXXXX and signed for by *** at 11:33am. I followed up via their support email again on 03/02/20(support number XXXXXX), since there is no phone number, and did not received a response. I have yet to receive any type of communication from this company after spending *** to return the item in addition to the cost of the product.

Desired Outcome

I would like for my money to be refunded. I sent the product back within 30 days unopened. I also have additional documentation if needed. The website only appears to allow me to upload one document. I have support emails, receipts, and screenshots of order confirmation. Thank you.

We originally issued store credit for the customers order, although the customer requested for their refund to be processed. We have informed the customer of a possible resolution for their order.

This company is a joke! As of today I have yet to have my issue resolved. My refund is in the hands of "someone in accounting", according to the last email response I received. However, I wouldn't hold my breath with their track record. I sent them countless emails since February without a response. When I contacted the Revdex.com, Dose of Rose miraculously responded to me in less than a week! As a consumer, it's shameful that I've had to go through this just to be treated fairly. I would NEVER recommend Dose of Rose to anyone. Buyer beware!! I purchase a product; it's not delivered on time. I send the product back; well within the 30 day return period, unopened! And I have been waiting for a response for four months! All of that before I can even discuss a refund! And after their response, four months later, they had the audacity to offer me a store credit, LOL! Obviously, I would never shop with them again but that should go without saying! But wait there's more; they tell me I'm sorry sir but we can't issue a refund because we are outside of our 30 day window; you will have to contact your banking institution!! Haha! I've returned the product(within said 30 days) and yet no refund because this company waited four months to even bother responding and now I'm outside of the window! Needless to say I was not satisfied with that option either. So here I am. Waiting for the mysterious "person in accounting", to send my money via zelle. The last time I sent money via zelle it took less than 30 seconds; but for some reason it's been since 06.22.20 and I'm still waiting for my refund. As I stated before, this company is a complete joke! However, I would like to say thank you to Revdex.com for standing up for the consumer! Don't ever but from this company!

I fancy the persuede collection so much that I ordered three bouquets last week. I wasn't expecting much but what I got was so much more than expected, they were breathtaking. Thank you so much, dose of roses.

My orders came in today and everything in it looks wonderful. Literally made my day, I love them all, especially the LED roses. The details are just fantastic. Thanks a lot.

I ordered something from this business on February 7, 2020. On February 10th I received a notification that my item was shipped. Afterwards, I no longer received updates on this item. On March 3rd, 2020, I sent an email expressing my concerns on a refund since my item was never shipped; no one responded. On June 14th, 2020, upon receiving more advertisements from this business, I sent another email stating that I wanted my money back. This time I was contacted & made aware that I couldn't receive my money because it was beyond the 30 day threshold, instead I could either get a replacement or a store credit. This is not stated on the website, anywhere. After not wanting either option because I refuse to shop there again, a store credit was sent to me without my consent.

Love the fact that DOR is very particular with the orders they get. Love that they can accommodate changes with the original orders. I appreciate it, thanks DOR.

Started w/ false advertising then refusing to fix the wrong order sent. Then requested I pay more than the product and wouldn't refund when I denied.
On the 16th of May I purchased a box of roses photographed in a dome shape for *** with the order number XXXXXX. On May 23rd I received the roses but they were shaped completely different than the ones I had ordered in the photograph. I contacted the company immediaty on their only form of contact listed, email. When I told them about what had happened they told me the order was for the ones sent, which was different from the ones pictured. I later put together that it seems that they purposfully mislead me to buy the wrong ones with faulty advertising in order to get more money from me if I chose to exchange it.

Upon the exchange process they sent me an invoice requesting a payment of *** and the return of the large flat box of flowers, in exchange for the large dome box. This is unacceptable on several levels. First, the difference in price between the box I thought I was buying and the box I paid for is *** not ***

Second, this is extremely poor accommodation on behalf of Dose of Roses after I was misled on their website. Again, I intended on ordering the large box that was pictured and ended up with the flat box. This is extremely frustrating and I not only feel misled, I then felt like they were trying to scam me. There was no customer respect in dealing with the customer service, instead they were deciving and rude and unresponsive.

They lacked any ethics in business when handling the return / exchange / refund. They are now refusing to offer me a full refund after using false advertising to get me to make a purchase from them. They lack being responsive and honestly I am worried even if I did send back the purchase I wouldn't get a refund.

They have only proven to be a shady, unethical, deciving, wrongful company. I have lost time and money dealing with them and on top of it all experienced extreme emotional distress with how much money was spent in a false way due to them. Business's should at least make an HONEST effort to fix something they did wrong and instead it was the opposite. They tried to scam me to pay them more money and not give me my money back.

I tried to solve this with them and they will not work with me. I hope that together we can solve this and mainly, prevent it from ever happening to someone in the future.

Attached is the receipt with the picture of what I was lead to beleieve I was buying. What came was totally different.

I WOULD SIMPLY LIKE A REFUND. i am more than happy to even pay for the shipping to send this faulty product back to the company, but I would like them to give me back a FULL refund for what I paid and rightfully deserve.

I wanted to add that it was confirmed the product was delivered back to the company and we have photos to show they were sent in perfect condition. I have sent follow ups with the company asking when we will receive a refund and they still have not answered. They did however finally acknowledge their refund amount that they were originally offering was incorrect and correct it to the right amount. Like I said though they still will not give any update about actually refunding me.

After viewing the customers inquiry, they have returned the item, as well as initiated a chargeback via their banking institution. Once a file has been claimed for a customers ase, they must refer to their bank for their refund. Please note, all Arrangements do have descriptions that include a photo as well as the rose count.

We have filed a claim with the bank due to the lack of response and due diligence from this company. Now, the company is NOT responding to the bank claim. I have spoken with my bank today and they are still waiting to hear back so we can move forward. I did not trust in this company to fill the return after having debated for weeks to process the correct amount then not hearing back from them once the return was delivered. Again in order for my bank to process the cash back, they have to go through the bank of this company which they have still not heard back from, making this still an issue.
As for the "description" mentioned with the purchase. It is clear deception with the photo included showing what I was ordering, and intended to order, as the dome shape arangment vs what was actually sent to me being the flat one. Please see supporting documents for screenshots of what was shown when the order was placed. And what came in the mail. Thank you.

The order in question was placed on May 16, 2020 for our Pink Elegance Large Flat (32 Roses). The chargeback was filed on the customers behalf and will be resolved through the banks. Investigation and processing does take time with banks, the banks have requested the customers information which we have provided. The matter will be resolved via the customers bank since we no longer may process a refund on our end. The customer must wait for the banks response at this point and time.

I never received my package and can't contact the business to resolve.
I've waited patiently to receive the package and have never received it.

Desired Outcome

Full refund including my shipping for wasting time and holding my money.

The order in question was placed on May 15, 2020 for our Medium Pink Rose Bear. The customer reached out on May 26, 2020 stating they have not received their shipment and requested a full refund. After investigating their order, their package was shipped on May 18, but not delivered till May 28. Please note, once an order is placed all customer received order/tracking confirmation via email this way they may locate their packages progression. We informed the customer their package had already been shipped and we could not modify anything. We also let them know if they no longer wanted the package, they could have refused the shipment so it could be sent back to our facility. If the customer is claiming they have still not received their package that was delivered on May 28, we must file a claim for the package. We have emailed the customer with options of resolution.

The blue rose persuede box that I bought last weekend make for a perfect gift for my sister's birthday on Friday. Thank you so much for the fast delivery, I appreciate it. I hope she'll like it.

Scam company I wouldn't waste my money

I feel good buying here at DoR since I'm always guaranteed that my items will come on time. Services have been consistent for months now, my recent orders just came in yesterday and they were radiant as ever. Thank you.

I prefer dose of roses over any other floral shops online. The delivery here is as promised and roses are of top quality. Not to mention, the staff are friendly as well.
