I have paid for this product for delivery and have not received yet or any other factor plus I have emailed them plenty of times and no response at al
I have asked for the first time to cancel and the said it would take 3-5 days for delivery
A refund or a problem solved
The order in question was placed on January 9, 2019, by the customer for our product of
the small blue rose bear. According to our records, the item was shipped on January 17,
2019, and delivered on February 25, 2019, by USPS.
This company doesn't respond to emails and lied about guaranteeing a delivery before Valentine's Day 2/14/19.
Ordered a flower bear that was supposed to be delivered before 2/14/19. It was never delivered and they don't answer emails when trying to find out what happened with my order.
I would like my full refund and for this company to be rated poorly for lying to it's customers about guaranteeing delivery and for not responding to customer emails.
- The order in the question was placed on February , 2019, for the love heart rose bear limited edition. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Valentines Day, resulting in delayed orders. The customer went ahead and issued a chargeback that we accepted.

I ordered from this company and paid for extra shipping to have it by a certain time and when I didn't receive they wouldn't answer my multiple emails
On 2/6/19 I ordered a Ponk Rose Bear for my wife for Valentine's Day. I paid for the "Valentine's Day" shipping to make sure it was here by 2/11/19. When I did not receive it by that date and the package hasn't moved according to the tracking number. I emailed them to ask if there was a hold up was. I emailed them multiple times since asking where my package was and still not have received a response. So my wife's gift did not come in for Valentine's Day and ruined the day for me and my wife.

I want my $9.99 for the Valentine's Day shipping and I either want the bear or the $63.00 I paid for it.
The order in the question was placed on February 4,2019, for the Medium Pink Rose Bear. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the Valentines day holiday causing a delay in processing and shipment. The order was shipped on February 5,2019 and delivered on February 19,2019. We have issued the customer a shipping refund because we weren't able to fulfil their request.
I was billed for a product but never received the product and they have no record of my order.
Purchased on 2/7, I requested order details because they never emailed me my order number on 2/8 and have contacted them each day since with no response.Yet my credit card has been charged 52.99 and they will replay to my emails since last week and there is no phone number to call. Today I contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge against my card.
I would either like a refund or for them to deliver my Valentine's day flowers that I ordered, considering tomorrow is Valentines day I doubt they will complete it in time.
We are unable to locate an order with the email address the customer has provided. In
order to locate an order in our system, we either need the order number, email used on
file for the order, or we can conduct an in-depth search if the customer provides the last
four digits of their credit card used on file for the order with the complete name on the
card used.

Credit Card ending in ***. I was charged $53 over a year ago and they responded today. They are a terrible company with no regard for customer service. I never got my money back and other consumers should know they are a terrible company.
The order in question was placed on February 7, 2019 for our Red Rose Bear. After investigating the order, the package was confirmed as shipped and delivered. We have reached out to the customer on April 22, 2020 informing them of the information and providing options of resolution. Waiting for customers response.
I made a purchase on dose of roses website in January of 2019 for a hand made rose bear. I received a email stating I would be notified when my item was shipped. About 7 days later I sent an email asking about my item and the shipping status, I didn't receive an email until 2 days later saying they apologize for the delay and I would receive shipping info soon as well as 10% off my next purchase!
That was another 7 days ago now and I have been sending emails which I'm not getting any response as of today. I have now emailed asking for a full refund since it is now too late to receive my Valentine's gift to my wife in time. They haven't replied.
