Ordered a week before Valentine's Day (XXXX). It is now 2/27/2020. They took my money but never sent my order out. Ontop of that I've tried contacting them MULTIPLE times through Facebook, email, their website, and their phone number but never got a response back. I just want my refund that's all.

My sister always wanted a bloom box for her own but never gets the chance to buy one, she's always tight in budget. That's why I got her your yellow bloom box for her birthday. You should have seen her, she was very happy. Thank you so much.

I ordered a galaxy rose from them on 2/7, they charged me on 2/8, I still don't have my product. I have attempted to contact them through email about the issues still no response, do not do business with this company.

It was a spontaneous thing for me to order roses here at dose of roses and it has been the best decision I made this week. Love everything about this shop.

My yellow roses bloom box is full of vitality and energy, it's contagious. It inspires me to get up every morning. Weird but true.

This company is a scam. Placed an order on feb 4 I have emailed them several times and have not received any response. Its is now feb 26, not a word.

I am crazy about my dose of roses yellow rose necklace. I never expected it to be this beautiful and chic. I wear it to work on most days and my colleagues are asking me where I bought it so I recommended the shop.

I ordered a rose a week and a half before valentine's and it still hasn't been shipped. Emailed 4 time and no response. Even asked for it to just be refunded but no response. IT'S A SCAM

The Aries zodia rose box that I ordered is extra dramatic in person and I'm loving it. The rosed are very charming and freshly preserved, it's a thing to behold.

Ordered the Galaxy rose for my wife received it a couple days before Valentine's Day. Batteries did not come with the Galaxy rose. What's up put batteries in the Galaxy rose it did not work. Made at least 4 attempts to contact the company's website still no answer no response nothing. The no no customer service is badd business. It's a good thing that I got my wife a second gift. Be Galaxy rose was a disappointment. No one to contact or to talk to and reference to a refund. I paid $54 for a Galaxy rose that does not work upon delivery. My recommendation shops some where else not this website.

Can we make 0 stars an option? Joseph*** & Melisa are incompetent business owners & scammers. They don't answer emails and deleted every single one of my comments on their Instagram along with hundreds from my boyfriends followers. They then blocked me on Instagram. How is this business still open? Can someone please shut these scammers down? They can pay celebrities god knows what to promote their company but can't hire more people to help with the volume of orders. They are a JOKE. I charged back & ordered from 1800 flowers. The roses were here in 4 days.

My first orders came in today and I am amazed by the quality of roses I got. I expected beautiful roses, of course, but these are just so EXTRA. It exceeded my expectations. Definitely not the last time I'll be buying from here.

I can't suggest any changes for this shop as of the moment. Everything seems to work pretty well right now. The delivery, especially is highly commendable.

It's embarrassing but I cried tears of joy when I first saw what my boyfriend got me earlier today. The red rose bear was crazy beautiful!

With every changes in Dose Of Roses, I feel like I'm growing with this shop. I can still remember the old layout to the website and right now's way way better. The services did not change though, still as good as before.
