Can we make 0 stars an option? Joseph*** & Melisa are incompetent business owners & scammers. They don't answer emails and deleted every single one of my comments on their Instagram along with hundreds from my boyfriends followers. They then blocked me on Instagram. How is this business still open? Can someone please shut these scammers down? They can pay celebrities god knows what to promote their company but can't hire more people to help with the volume of orders. They are a JOKE. I charged back & ordered from 1800 flowers. The roses were here in 4 days.

Ordered the Galaxy rose for my wife received it a couple days before Valentine's Day. Batteries did not come with the Galaxy rose. What's up put batteries in the Galaxy rose it did not work. Made at least 4 attempts to contact the company's website still no answer no response nothing. The no no customer service is badd business. It's a good thing that I got my wife a second gift. Be Galaxy rose was a disappointment. No one to contact or to talk to and reference to a refund. I paid $54 for a Galaxy rose that does not work upon delivery. My recommendation shops some where else not this website.

The Aries zodia rose box that I ordered is extra dramatic in person and I'm loving it. The rosed are very charming and freshly preserved, it's a thing to behold.

This company is a scam. Placed an order on feb 4 I have emailed them several times and have not received any response. Its is now feb 26, not a word.
