Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

Ordered on February 7, 2020 and still has not been shipped. Tried contacting them several times with not one response.

This business has no physical location, no customer care or customer service number, only an email address that no one ever responds or get back to you. This business is a complete scam. They never sent me any flowers even 18 days later, if they don't have the product or service why run Instagram ads and scam people out of their hard earned money??? Not sure how these people can sleep at night. Hope they get shut down.

My girlfriend's favorite color is black but all this time I have never thought of giving her black roses. I have given her red ones. Now that gorgeous black roses are available, I bet she'll appreciate my gifts twice more

My wife really loved this coral rose makeup box. The box itself looks elegant and the coral rose looks beautiful. She was excited to have a place to put all the makeup I ever bought for her.

The transactions and deliveries were quick, as always. I already have my roses with me and the boxes with it look better than before, not that the prior boxes suck. These ones are just extra pretty.

My galaxy roses are very moving, they are so beautiful and sparkly. The acrylic box where they were put are as beautiful too.

The staff here are professional and friendly at the same time. I never worry about some changes because I knwo Dose of Roses is up for it.

Ordered a week before Valentine's Day (XXXX). It is now 2/27/2020. They took my money but never sent my order out. Ontop of that I've tried contacting them MULTIPLE times through Facebook, email, their website, and their phone number but never got a response back. I just want my refund that's all.

Never received my $40 Enchanted Galaxy rose ordered on 2/7/20. They will not respond to texts, messenger or emails. I've tried and tried and tried. I wish I'd thought to look them up before I placed the order.
