I ordered roses for my daughter on February 1, 2020, with guaranteed delivery by Feb 11, 2020 (in time for Valentine's Day). February 10th comes around and I'm trying to track my order with the BOGUS tracking number they gave me. I reached out to them via email (couldn't find a customer service phone number on their website) to let them know the tracking number wasn't working and to also make sure the delivery would still be here by the 11th. I never received a response from them, and February 14th came, so I emailed them to please cancel the order because I was leaving town the 15th and wouldn't be at my house to receive the delivery, and also because I had got my daughter another gift elsewhere. Still no response. I had chosen the Quad Pay option at checkout, so of course I'm still being charged for something I never received. Thank God my bank is working with me, I had to file a claim to get my money back.
Oh, and on top of that, I reached out on their Face Book page, and THEY BLOCKED ME! I now see I'm not the only one who got screwed over.

I placed an order for a product 2 weeks before valentine's and paid for expedited shipping. 3 days before Valentine's I see that the shipment label was created but the company failed to notify UPS for pickup. I sent customer service an email and "coincidentally" that same day (within an hour after my email) I noticed online that they shipped out the order. I never received a response from them and my order came a week after Valentine's day. I have tried contacting customer service for 3 weeks now but with no luck as they do not respond to any of my emails.

This company is unprofessional and not trustworthy. Terrible customer service and product. I would never buy from here again. Something needs to be done with the company.

Scam!! We ordered from them, they never shipped it. My fiancé emailed 3 times, I emailed 4 and we got NO response. I also commented on their Facebook page and they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting on any further posts. I had to then resort to dispute it with my bank. I was reading reviews and getting some Insight and I have read that all of the " good " reviews are scam reviews put in place to make people think it's a good thing to buy. I have all the emails, Facebook comment blocking, confirmation emails, etc. to prove it. I would highly suggest investigating this so people don't get scammed any further!!

I placed an order on January 11th for a Teddy Bear made of Roses to be delivered on Valentine's day, using their Valentine's Day Shipping which indicated a delivery date of 2/11. It is now 2/25 and nothing has been delivered, and none of my customer support emails have been answered. I even tried PMing their very active Instagram page and nothing. The tracking number I got still says "Awaiting Shipment" as of 2/3. It has been extremely frustrating working with this company and I absolutely regret every buying anything from them.
