The order in question was placed on February 14, 2020 for our product of the Blue Rose Bear. During this period of time, we received a high influx of orders, which caused a delay and processing and shipping. The order was shipped on February 25, 2020 and delivered on March 3, 2020. The customer does have access to all tracking progression through the provided tracking number, to be able to receive notifications for shipment. If customer has not received order, we can immediately issue a replacement or store credit for future purchases.

The item was delivered on March 3rd. However, I would like a compensation for the delay as the item was purchased as a gift and I had to buy another gift for my significant order because of the delay.

The order in question was placed on February 14, 2020 for our product of the Blue Rose Bear. Due to the customers purchase arriving late we would like to offer an immediate $30 store credit for future purchases! Awaiting for customers response.

Love my orders a lot. The galaxy roses are very mesmerizing, they are breathtakingly beautiful and I'm not even exaggerating.

Item purchased never recieved product.
I ordered an item on February 11th, the business took my money and sent a confirmation email with a tracking number. It has passed the allotted time frame the business presents on website. Order number is ***. When I select the tracking number to see where the product is. It says the UPS label has been printed but not sent to UPS for pickup. I've already contacted UPS that is how I have that information. The amount the product was $44.95. I used my debit card for the purchase. I have contacted the support team for information but they have not returned my email.

Desired Outcome

I would either love to have them finish the job and send me my product or get a refund for my money.

The order in question was placed on February 10, 2020 for one of our Galaxy Enchanted Roses. The customer reached out February 14, 2020 regarding their order. We responded to the customer informing them of the shipping issues in their package. On March 23, 2020 the customer agreed to have a reshipment of their order.

Love the royal blue rose bloom box that I ordered over the weekend. It was everything I looked forward to, the delivery was a day earlier than expected too which was pretty cool. Thanks dose of roses

Scam company. They immediately take your money and never send the product. It's been over a month since the guaranteed delivery date yet hasn't ever shipped. No way to contact them for a refund

I have not received my product that I bought on February 8th 2020, I have attempted to contact the business and got no response.
I purchased a product a light blue rose bear on February 8th 2020, they posted a message on facebook they are delayed in shipping the products out. I have messaged them a few times since then asking about the product and I have not received any messages back.

Desired Outcome

I would of been willing for the product to be shipped out if they would of given me a time frame but since they cant seem to Reply to my messages at this point i want a refund.

After investigating the order, the package has been determined as shipped as of February 11, 2020, but unfortunately has become lost in transit. We have reached out to the customer informing the issue and referred options of resolution. Waiting upon customers response.

Absolutely a scam and horrendous customer service... I ordered and paid for my stuff sometime in January to get it by Valentines day as it was promised. Not only did I never receive my item but I was charged and contacted customer support multiple times and still have heard nothing. Please stay away and do NOT order from here. I repeat this is a COMPLETE SCAM and waste of time energy and Money.... If I could give no stars, I would and twice.

II ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose that was suppose to come in a dome with lights. All I got was a glass flower. No dome no lights. I am disappointed because I got this for as a valentine's gift for my wife, and it is now qhat I ordered. I tried emailing them since they dont have a phone number to call. I have emailed them twice, and its been a few weeks and still no reaponse.

Paid for an order on Valentine's Day and have not gotten it or heard back from the company though I've reached out to them numerous times. Below I will attach pictures that confirm my payment along with the order and tracking number.

I ordered an item for a holiday online. Item never sent out. Customer service ignored my requests to cancel and refund the order.
On February 8 2020, I ordered Galaxy Enchanted Rose (Order #***) via QuadPay instalment. I was paying through QuadPay using a Discover card. The UPS shipping label for the item was created on the same day. Today is February 24 and the item has not been dropped at a UPS facility yet, according to the tracking number provided.
On February 15 2020, I emailed the company's support email (as provided in my order confirmation email) asking for the order to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded, since the holiday had passed and the item had not been brought to a facility yet. I received no response, so on February 19 2020, I contacted the email again to follow up on my cancellation request, to which I received to response again.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a full refund for the amount paid ($37.46) and the order cancelled. I have legally obligated myself to the payments via QuadPay so those payments will still continue, but I would like a full, one-time refund to cover the charges for those payments.

The order in question was placed on February 7, 2020 for one of our Galaxy Enchanted Roses. The customer reached out February 15, 2020 regarding their order and requested an order cancelation. We informed the customer, per our policy, orders can not be canceled. We also let the customer know the package was in fact shipped but unfortunately, became lost in transit. On March 23, 2020, the customer agreed to have their order shipped right away.

I ordered 4 galaxy roses and only received 1 damaged. I keep getting billed. I emailed them multiple times with no response. No phone # listed.
I ordered 4 galaxy roses to be delivered on or before Valentines Day 2020. I received 1 on late evening of Valentines Day and it was damaged and I did not receive the other 3. I emailed the company 5 times with no response. They do not have a phone number listed to call either. The finance company they use QuadPay keeps charging me for the installments on the total order. I have emailed QuadPay 5 times with no response from them. They keep taking my money but I have no products. They also send me emails and text messages daily but will not address my concerns. I want a full refund. I paid $100.87 which I want refunded. This company is a SCAM. I also believe the payment app they use QuadPay is a scam too. I cannot delete my bank account either as their app will not let me. I worry this is a criminal act they are doing by taking others money and not sending them the products purchased. I have all the emails saved that I sent them. I emailed them on 2/14/20, 2/15/20, 2/17/20, 2/18/20, I even filled out their survey they sent me and gave them poor reviews. They will not respond but they keep taking my money and harassing me with emails and texts.

I want a full refund and I want to be able to remove my bank information from QuadPay too.

Received the galaxy rose and it won't turn on. Emailed the company twice this month with no response.
I purchased their galaxy rose and did receive it. I put new batteries in it and it didn't turn on. I emailed the company twice this month and they haven't responded. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just seeing if they'd fix it or offer and exchange.

Purchased an order of 30 roses for Valentine's Day two weeks early in which I never received any confirmation on mailing, or any communication.
Made a purchase for my flowers on February third specifically FOR Valentine's Day and when the day came I had gotten no communication whatsoever from distributor, regarding any mailing or shipping, decided to wait and give it a shot and still have not heard back it is going on three weeks now in which I simply request a refund for this bottom line TERRIBLE service. I oders a galaxy enchanted rose for does of roses on 2/8/20 for $42.46 after the %25off discount, the Oder number is ***. I got an email from them saying Oder *** confirmed like a receipt. I got another email later that day saying my Oder is on it's way being shipped with UPS with the tracking number ***. Said it was gonna be delivered on 2/12/20, I got an email saying it was delivered but I never received any package. I had emailed them never heard anything back and I've email the a few times now still haven't heard anything, I emailed them on 2/13/20 two different time and then on 2/18/20 it's now 2/23/20 and haven't heard anything and still haven't received a package or a refund.

I want a refund. They have poor customer service. Like I didn't spend almost $50 on nothing and I've emailed the company a few time and tried to contact them but I haven't heard anything. It's makes me very upset they are like this no company should be like how does of rose is.

I put in a order through Dose of roses for a galaxy rose and a Pink rose bear(small 8 inch) on 3Feb20. I ordered the standard 3 to 5 day shipping to have it before Valentines day for a total of $80.91. I reached out to the company numerous times as valentines day got close with no response. The number the company supplied never had anyone pick up at all. The company sent me an email on 15Feb saying they recieved a lot of orders and have limited staff to accomplish the orders. However, this was an emailed sent out to the masses on their website, not an individual email at least telling me the status of my order. They charged my card immediately but never so much as gave any update on it at all. I've reached out numerous times to try and get some type of response but have not recieved anything. As of today I recieved an email telling me that they are refunding my money for the bear for but the refund is 0.00 dollars.
Supposedly the rose is on it's way bit at this point I dont want any of it as I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service from this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund from the company. They did not deliver within the time period they said they would.

I have no response from the business and cannot except these so called options if there is none. I contacted their support via email and received an automated response saying my ticket was received and that is it!

The order number provided is correct per the vendor confirmation message from the vendor below. To date, I still have not received any communications from the vendor regarding the incident or store credit. The Revdex.com case response is questionable and my order number is correct.

Attempted to cancel order no reply
I have emailed this company 3 different times now trying to cancel my order and get my money back. They have not even replied to me in a single instance. Now I have an Item that reminds me of a break up and I just want my money back. They have a no refund policy but I think that is unfair if I attempt to reach out to them and reqauest cancelation beforehand. No one at all has even replied to my first email a week ago.

Unfortunately, per our policy, orders can not be canceled at any point or time. The order in question also shipped February 14, 2020, the same day the order was placed, once an item has been shipped, it can not be modified at all. The item was delivered on February 21, 2020.

Although, our policy states orders at no point or time can be cancelled/refunded. An order only may be cancelled if it has not been shipped, but will be refunded in the form of store credit, per our policy. We would like to offer the customer $25 in store credit for future purchases.

If you think that reiterating "theres nothing we can do" is going to get me to close my complaint then you are mistaken. I still have the rose and would gladly send it back. This complaint is not being closed if you keep telling me the same nonsense.

The order in question was placed on February 14, 2020 for our product of the Galaxy Enchanted Rose. Unfortunately, the customer reached out on February 15, 2020, a day after the order had already been shipped out. Please note, all customers do receive tracking information via email immediately. Unfortunately, the order only could have been modified prior to the package shipping. Once a package has already shipped and is in transit to its final destination, we can no longer adjust the order. Per our policy, the customer can return all packages within the last 30 days of placing the order. We are now 3 months from the date the customer placed the order. We would like to offer the customer a $25 store credit via E-Gift Card for the inconvenience.

No product received and no response from customer service to resolve
My husband ordered the Galaxy Enchanted Rose for me on the 14th of February, as well as a rose for our daughter on the same day. We paid in full and I received a confirmation of purchase as well as a tracking number for both products. I was told 3-5 business days for delivery. My daughter got hers, but mine was never shipped and it still hasn't been. I've reached out repeatedly to get help with this, I've been ignored and blocked from their facebook as a result to get this resolved.

Desired Outcome

I want an email stating that the product I paid for to be sent expressed and in proper working order with no issues and I want to see it actually being SENT!! And not showing it's still sitting in Los Angeles. And if not, than I want an response informing me that my card is being credited and I want the money REFUNDED immediately!! This is NOT acceptable!
