I ordered flowers from the company. I received an email they shipped but when I clicked the UPS link it said my order was cancelled.
On January 28th I placed an order #***. On February 5th I received an email that my order shipped. When I clicked the UPS link it said my shipment was cancelled. I have tried to reach the company three times for a refund without any answer.
A refund of my payment of $81.26.

I placed an order with this company on 2/8/2020 for one galaxy enchanted rose. Rush processing stated it would take about 1-2 days and I paid almost $30 for two day shipping of product. After 15 days, three emails with no response and a bunch of other emails for advertisement, I still do not have my product, nor does the tracking state it has even been shipped yet. I have begun to get extremely frustrated, I understand it was around valentines day and it must have been busy/large order volumes, but at this point in time there is no excuse for the lackadaisical service. I'm not even concerned about the money I just want my product I ordered and was charged for.
All I desire is the product delivered to me that I paid and was charged for.
The order in question was placed on February 7, 2020 for the product of our Galaxy Enchanted Rose. The customer has reached out on February 11, 2020 regarding the order. After investigating the order, the item was determined as shipped as of February 8, 2020, but unfortunately became lost in transit. We have notified the customer on March 20, 2020 informing them of the shipment issue. We have issued the customer a replacement of their original order.
I ordered a product from this business with rush shipment. They have not delivered the product or replied to me in over two weeks.
I ordered a (Medium) Black Rose Bear on 2/10/2020 under order number ***. I placed the order with rush processing and 2-day shipping. This order was intended to be a Valentine's Day gift. On 2/13/2020, I received an email that my order is delayed with no information on when the order would be fulfilled. Understanding of the high volume situation and the nature of this company's business, I waited patiently until 2/23 - almost two full weeks after placing the order - to reach out to Doses of Roses to gain a status update on my order. I have not had a response to my status inquiries nor has my order been shipped. I would like to file this complaint as they falsely advertised "rush processing" while accepting an order that is back ordered.
I am seeking a FULL REFUND on my order - including the rush processing and rush shipping payments. Total amount of $113.03
Product did not work. No contact back from business to resolve issue.
Ordered a product from Dose Of Roses order number 220738 on Feb 7th 2020. Recieved product on Feb. 12th 2020. Upon opening product and installing batteries; it did not work. On Feb 12th request *** and Feb 14th 2020 request *** have sent emails to business through thier website. I asked what could be done since the product did not work. As of Feb. 22 2020 I have not recieved a response from the business which only has an email to contact them with.
Would like to have replacement sent that works or issued a refund.
Just recieved email from Revdex.com stating company has not responded to Revdex.com. I still have not recieved anything from the company to resolve this issue. I have only recieved two emails that seem to be automated thanking me for the purchase.

I ordered a galaxy rose, it was paid for when the order was processed for $44.95 (not including shipping). I paid for standard shipping. I have received a confirmation order and a ups tracking number. The item has not yet even been shipped by ups. I have contacted them through email twice and no reply. I have tried calling the phone number I found for them and it rings twice then just says "all agents are busy".
I would like to receive a full refund for this product as after looking at reviews I see this is not the first time this has been an issue and I do not wish to receive any products from this company I would like to order from another company.

After investigating the order, the item was determined as shipped as of February 14, 2020, but unfortunately became lost in transit. We have reached out to the customer on March 20, 2020 informing about the shipment issue. We have offered the customer to have their order replaced or have store credit issued right away. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. We are waiting for the customers response.

I paid shipping of $24.13. My order # is ***. I On Monday, February 17,2020 I emailed ***: Hi ***,Has my order been processed yet? I paid for rush shipping and UPS next day air saver. Please update me on my order.Thank you,*** No response. I sent the email again on Wednesday,February 19,2020. No response. Today, Sunday, February 22, 2020 I sent this email: Hi ***, Has my order been processed yet? I paid for rush shipping and UPS next day air saver on February 15th. Today is February 22nd.Please update me on my order.Sincerely, ***. I received confirmation emails that all of those emails were received by the company and have not gotten a response to either one. I visited their instagram page to find that comments were being made by other customers who were experiencing the same issue. Bought product and never received their orders or a response. I bought this expensive gift for my mom for Valentine's day. I want what I paid for and my money back. This is unprofessional and unacceptable on so many levels. Please help.

They lied and said they refunded my order. I called my bank and they said nothing was processed on Dose of Roses' behalf. Dose of Roses later emailed me on March 24, 2020:

Thank you for reaching out! I have looked into your refund transaction and unfortunately the banks will not let refunds for this transaction go through. We're a small business and trying to make this situation work, we'd really appreciate you taking the store credit. If not, unfortunately the situation is out of our hands.

I am highly disappointed and frustrated that I wasted money and time contacting them.
The order in question was placed on February 15, 2020 for our Prismatic Galaxy Arrangement. The original order, was out of stock, and the cost spent was issued into store credit. The customer did use the store credit to create a new order. Unfortunately, the refund we attempted to process was not successful on our end. We did make the customer aware of the issue, then providing store credit and willing to have the original order shipped out. The customer did not confirm wanting to have their original order replaced.

This company collected money and did not deliver product, and will not respond to any form of communication.
My husband purchased flowers from this company for Valentine's Day and paid extra for expedited shipping that promised roses to be delivered on 2/14/2020. The roses never arrived and it's 2/23/2020 nor can we get in contact with costumer service. Emails, calls, Instagram messages have been ignored.

I never recieved my package. Since Feb 12, I tryed to contact the company I send it 3 emails and I they don't respond. Ups refund the money them in February 20, 2020. I still waiting for the respond. I wrote on instagram, they deleted my messages.

Attempted three contacts for a refund of a product that was falsely advertised and sold with no response.
Ordered and received a product that was falsely advertised. the material, workmanship and quality of the product was far below the advertisement. The product was listed as being manufactured with unique properties, materials and quality - but was in fact a cheap injection molded, low quality product. Upon receipt I immediately contacted the company for a refund - using their online web-form. In addition I sent three emails to [email protected] on 2/12, 2/15 and 2/20 with no response. I further began to investigate this company on the Revdex.com.org and other internet review sites and found they have a pattern of abuse, fraud and misleading of customers. I took that collected information and am filing this complaint.

Terrible service!! They charged for two items; only sent one and then issued a gift card as if I would want to shop there again. And there no direct customer service number. Will never shop with this company again.
One of the best things about dose of roses are their handmade acrylic glasses. The rose arrangements here are wonderfully done as well.

I love how freshly preserved my roses are, plus they are shipped with such care, there are no dents whatsoever with my packages.
Among all collections here at dose of roses, the marbleous collection is my favorite. My white roses were so beautiful and the delivery was super fast.

I know the roses here are quite expensive but so far my purchases have been worth it. It's such a plus that they smell good too.
They charge your card and 9 times out of 10 they will not send you anything and they WILL NEVER RESPOND!!!!! Buyer beware. They are fakes, scam artists and criminals!!!!!!
It's our five year anniversary and I decided to make things more fun somehow. The roses and the satin dress I ordered from here really did the trick. She said it was both a sweet and sexy move.
